BioMed Realty Trust Inc. said it boosted its quarterly dividend 27 percent, or 3 cents, to 14 cents per share.
The San Diego real estate investment trust, which operates scientific research properties, said the dividend is payable on Jan. 15 to shareholders of record Dec. 31.
