Vishay Intertechnology raises 4Q revenue forecast

Vishay Intertechnology Inc. on Monday raised its revenue forecast for the fourth quarter as demand picked up at both its semiconductors and electronic components divisions.

Vishay expects revenue of $580 million to $600 million for the three months ending in December, up from a previous forecast of $530 million to $570 million.

Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expect revenue of $557.9 million.

Shares of Vishay finished Friday's trading at $7.54.
