DuPont Fabros Technology Inc. said its board has declared a dividend of 8 cents per share for fiscal 2009.
The dividend will be payable on Dec. 30 to shareholders of record as of Dec. 24.
The real estate investment trust, which focuses on owning data centers, also reiterated that it expects to pay a quarterly dividend of 8 cents in 2010.
