The board of directors of CH Energy Group Inc. has declared a quarterly dividend of 54 cents on its common stock.

The dividend is payable Feb. 1 to holders of record as of Jan. 11.

Poughkeepsie, N.Y.-based CH Energy operates the utility Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corp.
