Switzerland-based engineering and construction firm Foster Wheeler AG said Thursday its board has made changes to the company's senior leadership team.
Robert C. Flexon will become CEO on June 1, replacing Raymond J. Milchovich, who will remain with the company and serve as non-executive chairman of the board and consultant to the company through October 2011.
Umberto della Sala, president and chief operating officer of Foster Wheeler, plans to stay with the company through 2013.
The company is moving its operating headquarters from New Jersey to Geneva.
