NB&T Financial Group Inc. said Tuesday its board declared a fourth-quarter dividend of 29 cents.

The parent company of National Bank and Trust Co., a retail bank and insurance provider, said the dividend is payable Jan. 25 to shareholders of record on Dec. 30.
