Real estate investment trust Glimcher Realty Trust said Monday its board declared a regular quarterly dividend of 10 cents per share on its common shares and operating partnership units.
The dividend is scheduled to be paid Jan. 15 to shareholders of record as of Dec. 31.
Glimcher, based in Columbus, Ohio, also declared dividend on its preferred shares.
The REIT's stock price rose 9 cents, or 3.4 percent, to $2.77 on Monday.
