Power company Ameren Corp. said on Friday that Stephen R. Wilson has been elected to its board.
Wilson, 61, is chairman, president, and CEO of CF Industries Holdings Inc., which makes fertilizer. He has worked for CF Industries or its predecessor for 19 years, and has been CEO since 2003.
Ameren shares rose 82 cents, or 3 percent, to $27.80 in afternoon trading.
