Dynamic Materials sets 4-cent quarterly dividend

Dynamic Materials Corp. on Thursday said its board declared a regular quarterly dividend of 4 cents.
The metal products maker said the dividend is payable Jan. 15 to shareholders of record on Dec. 31.
