Nordson Corp. said its board declared a regular quarterly dividend of 19 cents per share.
The company, which makes equipment that applies adhesives, sealants and coatings to food and beverage packaging, autos and appliances, said the dividend is payable Jan. 4 to shareholders of record as of Dec. 22.
