Partner Communications Co. said Monday it has appointed a former investment banker to its board of directors.
The Israel-based telecommunications company said Osnat Ronen has worked as a general partner with Viola Private Equity since 2008 and previously worked 14 years with the Bank Leumi group.
The company had more than 3 million subscribers in Israel as of Sept. 30.
The stock gained 18 cents to close at $19.29.
