Acorn International Inc., a television shopping marketing company, said Monday that it will market Sheer Cover cosmetics in China.

Under the agreement, Acorn will be the exclusive agent for Guthy-Renker to market and distribute the cosmetics. The one-year contract will be open for an extension based on performance.

Other terms weren't disclosed.

Sheer Cover is one of Guthy-Renker's most popular lines of cosmetics.

Shares of Acorn fell 17 cents, or 3.5 percent, to $4.70 in morning trading.
