3Com Corp. said Monday it has won a contract to upgrade the computer networking infrastructure of the Court of Justice in the state of Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
3Com earlier this month agreed to be acquired by Hewlett-Packard Co. in a deal valued at $2.7 billion.
Shares of 3Com fell 6 cents to $7.36 in afternoon trading.
