Baldor Electric declares quarterly dividend

Electrical equipment maker Baldor Electric Co. on Tuesday declared a quarterly cash dividend of 17 cents.

The dividend is payable on Jan. 5 to shareholders on record as of Dec. 15.

Shares of Baldor Electric fell 41 cents to $27.01 in afternoon trading.
