Idopas, yes the comments are a mess. The problem is that government can create an atmosphere that is conducive to business or not. When government heaps on more mandates (HCR) increases business cost (increased minimum wage, Cap and Trade), and increasing regulation that does nothing but increase the bureaucracy (Banking reform) you have an atmosphere that is not conducive to business. Also, with the Democrats letting the Bush tax cuts expire next year you have another cost heaped on businesses.
