After graduating from Wheaton College (IL) in 1998 with a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology, Jennifer worked for Prison Fellowship Ministries, for Representative Greg Ganske (R-IA), and as director of SERVEnet.org before arriving at The Heritage Foundation in August 2001.
Jennifer lives with her husband John in Montgomery County, Maryland.
