The problem with cutting off the money is that the USD, the American Dollar may be past the point of no return, and will collapse. This could be the October surprise. Obama's handlers know that something has to happen that's not direct assault, so the American public doesn't go ballistic. So economic collapse would be perfect. That way he can still blame Bush, and "have to" install martial law. Then it's take all guns, arrest of dissidents, gulags, etc. A real dictatorship.

Who will finally decide if Obamacare is legal according to the constitution? The supreme court. So far he's managed to insert two judicial puppets. What if every state decided that the citizens of their state do not have to obey certain federal laws? They can according to the Constitution of the United States. Excuse me, very few people who are employed by the federal government do not agree with the United States Constitution. Just eliminate all insurance companies, their buildings, computers, and employees, and get rid of all Government health care employees. That would also eliminate the need for people in each and every doctor’s office and hospital, who spend their day filling out insurance forms.

In the KY Senate Race, the Dem candidate is Jack Conway who is pro-Obamacare. As KY AG, he refused to contest Onamacare as other states are doing. .... This is why Rand Paul will win.

d g---I believe it has been pointed out that the AG has more or fewer rights to act on his/her own in the several States. I mean that the Legislature may have to approve certain actions. Perhaps Kentucky puts that limitation on its chief law officer. Or it may simply be that the KY AG is smarter than those elected in a few other States.

Every month as the Health care laws come out of the HHS, since the Congress left it up to the HHS to implement it, citizens are seeing the oppressive death care unfold. The multitude of agencies, commities, boards, panels, and councils that will suck up most of the money, whose purpose is to confuse, block, delay and just plain deny benefits to all those saps who thought they were getting a free ride.
