Maybe Obamacare will prompt consumers to give a look at state Sen. Ted Gaines for insurance commissioner. Kashkari is having fun dismissing Brown's beloved high-speed rail as the "Crazy Train." Donnelly is ready to pounce the next time overconfident Democrats overreach.
