Do you feel the leaked information from a global warming alarmist organization is meaningful?

My fellow Americans, we have a problem. We spend billions of dollars on homeland security, but our government can't even track and deport convicted criminal aliens. These are not the well-meaning "newcomers" who just want to "pursue economic opportunities" by "doing the jobs no one else will do." These are foreign-born thugs, sex offenders, murderers and repeat drunk drivers who are destroying the American Dream.

If our immigration and entrance system cannot effectively monitor, detain and kick out convicted criminal aliens -- including illegal border-crossers, illegal visa overstayers, fugitive deportees, and green card holders who have committed serious crimes and aggravated felonies -- what good is it?

The terrible kidnapping and murder of 12-year-old Zina Linnik in Tacoma, Wash., on July 4th is a typical example of the criminal alien revolving door. Terapon Adhahn, Linnik's suspected kidnapper and killer who allegedly snatched her from the backyard of her home, is a permanent legal resident from Thailand. He was convicted of incest in 1990. Adhahn had sexually attacked his 16-year-old relative and pleaded down from a second-degree rape. Two years later, he was convicted of intimidation with a dangerous weapon. Section 1227(a)(2)(C), Title 8, of the U.S. code dealing with immigration states: "Any alien who at any time after admission is convicted under any law of . . . using, owning, possessing, or carrying . . . any weapon, part, or accessory which is a firearm or destructive device . . . in violation of any law is deportable."

But Adhahn was not deported. In fact, as Lorie Dankers, spokeswoman for Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Seattle, admitted: "He escaped our attention."

Just like illegal alien gangster Mwenda Murithi, who was arrested 27 times without deportation before being arrested in the shooting death of 13-year-old innocent bystander Schanna Gayden last month in Illinois.

Just like illegal alien thug Ezeiquiel Lopez, who built up a six-year rap sheet without deportation before being arrested in the murder of Deputy Frank Fabiano two months ago in Wisconsin.

Just like illegal alien Juan Leonardo Quintero, who had been previously deported after committing crimes from indecency with a child to driving while intoxicated, but who traipsed back into the U.S. last fall and was arrested after allegedly shooting Houston police officer Rodney Johnson four times in the head during a routine traffic stop.

And the list goes on and on and on.

It is not "anti-immigrant radicals" who are fed up with the failure to kick out and keep out criminal aliens. Zina Linnik's uncle, Anatoly Kalchik, points out that his family was a family of legal immigrants who all obeyed the laws. The Seattle Post-Intelligencer reported: "Zina's uncle was angry that the suspect had not been deported after being convicted in a sex crime. 'We are all immigrants, but we come legally,' Kalchik said of his family. He added that the adults all cleared a criminal background check. 'If someone is a sex offender, or any kind of offender, he has no business being in America,' he said."

Federal auditors and immigration officers have tried to blow the whistle on this recurring problem for the past 10 years. But the Department of Homeland Security inspector general reported last year that of an estimated 650,000 foreign-born inmates in prison and jails this year, half will be removable aliens who won't be removed because the detention and deportation office "does not have the resources to identify, detain and remove" them.

And that's just a best guess. Despite federal mandates, cooperative agreements and endless political promises, there still is no working nationwide system in place with basic information about incarcerated criminal aliens. Don't we have enough homegrown criminals without the added public safety menace of known, convicted criminal aliens being released from prisons and jails to disappear and commit more crimes?

Rep. David Price, a North Carolina Democrat, is sponsoring legislation to require monthly prison and jail checks by DHS to track incarcerated illegal aliens, increase spending on criminal alien deportations, and expand a program known as 287(g) to encourage more local and state officials to cooperate with the feds to help identify and deport criminal aliens in their hometowns.

Why the hell aren't we doing all this already? How many more innocent lives will be taken or ruined before we do?

After the defeat of the Bush-Kennedy amnesty bill last month, I received tons of e-mail from readers asking: "What can I do?" Answer: Don't wait for Washington. Sign up to help pressure our government to rid this country of convicted criminal aliens at www.deportthemnow.com.

For Zina. For Schanna. For Deputy Fabiano. For Officer Johnson. For our safety, sovereignty and the protection of the American Dream for those who deserve it.

Good grief!
Can't Chertoff get anything right?

THIS is another reason Bush wanted scamnesty passed: wave of the wand and Voila! No more illegal aliens, so they're doing a 100% effective job.

Unbelievable
that those in charge (our so titled leaders) can't and won't do anything about these criminal.

robert, slacker, hal et. al. What say you?

Michelle says......
..."Why the hell aren't we doing all this already?"
--------------------------------------------------
Because if we just went in and did it all these asssshoooole lawyers wouldn't be able to collect all their exorbitant fees from the government trough. These poor bastareds could never afford a lawyer on their own and the bleeding hearts would NEVER let them not have all the same rights as legal citizens and sojourners.
TBC :>|

Thank you, Michelle ...
for keeping us informed, and thank you for the link.

We have more work to do.

Where are Michelle's priorities?
Doesn't she know that her carbon footprint is too large? That everyone does not have equal healthcare benefits? That we still aren't distributing enough free condoms to teens and pre-teens? That the fairness doctrine needs to be reinstated because conservatives dominate the airwaves and a free market economy can't be relied upon to align supply and demand when it comes to people's choices for political commentary?

So there are a few bad apples amongst the millions of people who deserve a shot at the American Dream. Sheesh. Give 'em a break.

Besides, you can't possibly expect us to keep tabs on every immigrant in this country. We're much too busy tabulating and tracking more important things - like spotted owls. We're

I'm also quite sure the criminal tendencies in the individuals you cite most likely spring from the fact that our immigration quotas are too small and we made it too difficult for them to get here, depriving them of a universal, inalienable right to live on American soil should they so decide. So ultimately, it's our fault. Deportation? Quite the contrary. We should be ushering them into universal health care to undo the damage we've undoubtedly inflicted upon their psyches.

Michelle, spend your time writing columns about the issues that really matter. We have a planet to save, universal healthcare to enact, sexual freedoms to protect, and important messages that must receive affirmative action-like preference.

nevadamistermom
Writen like a true narrow minded socialist utopian. I salute you for your courage in showing your true colors.

Kraut
I had hoped that my sarcasm would be more obvious.

What scares me is that when a conservative (like myself) tries to be intentionally over-the-top and outrageous, that it can be so easily mistaken for actual liberal ideology.

That's a sobering commentary in and of itself.

Kraut, I recommend you try it sometime. Try to write the most outrageous, illogical, convoluted, and baseless satire of what a liberal would say...make it as over-the-top as you possibly can. And then see how many people mistake it for the real thing.

Loyal Democrat, a frequent poster here on TH, is a master at this type of satire.

Above the Law
I credit the efforts of the many attentive citizens who voiced their objections to the outrageous "Immigration" bill in the Senate.

Though it was effective for now, George Bush and his like-minded compadres have not wavered one
inch from their desired goal.

What steps has the government taken, if any, to enforce our immigration laws and close our borders following the "defeat" of this bill?

More Americans HAVE to be educated regarding the ultimate plans to gradually (slowly, sneakily) create a world government.

No more America and it's Constitution and freedom.

What must be done to halt them in their tracks?

nevadamistermom
I had to check the byline to see if it was written by Loyal Democrat.

Maybe we should let the people who tracked cattle for possible Mad Cow disease track the illegal aliens.

nevadamistermom
I thought it was a great post.

Cancer
Though not a doctor, my understanding of cancer is that it is cells gone awry. They are rebellious cells, if you will, that cluster together, feed off of the healthy organism, send out "runners" (metastasize) and make more clusters. The healthy person will die because these rebellious cells contribute nothing and take everything. Internal defenses may hold them at bay, but short of excision, the healthy organism will succumb and die because of the malignant onslaught.
Michelle faithfully diagnoses the growing cancer of unregulated immigration and failure to excise those who contribute nothing, but rather live off of and destroy the organism, America. We must not fail this test.

Homeland security
is just another overpaid, under worked bureaucracy.
Great article Michelle. We must let the twits in Congress know that we haven't forgotten the fence.By the way, where is the fence?

Michelle
Brains, astonishing beauty,if this woman can cook I'm going to ask her to marry me...okay the heck with the cooking, thats what take-out is for.

nevadamistermom
Your sarcasm was indeed NOT lost -- a great post indeed. You said it all so well, I couldn't do better!

And of course, Michelle nailed it perfectly. Anyone who sees the amount of money collected as taxes in this country KNOWS it would be an easy job to screen them all out and deport them. We just don't spend our tax money in this useful fashion.

As I said in a previous
thread, what we need is a writ of mandamus issued to the government to force them to enforce the law.

Is there someone out there who has the resources to push this through?

Scenario....
Please talk us through the scenario of 12+ million separate court cases; 12+ million jail cells filled; 12+ million transportation technicalities; 12+ million more tax bills to pay for it all.

How, with exact detail, do you people plan on deporting 12+ million illegals?

Criminal Aliens
Michelle I love your views on just about everything...this is relevant and needs taking care of..I know you're a blogger...so am I....Recently I have been harrassed by Canadian Stalkers that appear to be Islamists....I had someone deleted from Yahoo 360 yesterday morning screen name Victory 4 us all he was back last night as Victory 4 us all-Victor by last night...his little group of stalkers includes Sweet eye Sweet Essence and Just me .These "people" use all of the freedoms we have and smear good people, especially beautiful women and guys like me they would never dare insult in person. I suspect these people are a terror cell, but Yahoo 360 allows them to continue unchecked! Grandmaster Ro (Sgt Watrous USAF 69-73 Ret.)

Porous border
What good would it do to deport the 325,000 removable aliens currently in our prisons when they can just waltz back across the border?

Check out NumbersUSA.com for easy and free ways to fax your immigration opinions to elected leaders.

America, we have a problem...
I agree 100% that we ought to be enforcing immigration laws that would prevent foreign criminals from entering and remain in this country.

But as bad as this problem is, it is a symptom of an even much larger problem that is wreaking havoc in every aspect of American life.

The problem is the virulant activist Left who think that a strong America is scary, and are doing everything they can to make her die the "death of a thousand cuts."

This is why we can't get the Left to cooperate with us on issues that seem obvious to normal people, like guarding the borders, winning the war, preserving the nuclear family, and protecting the innocence of children.

Even weirder are the Globalists who are supposedly conservative, but are joining the Left in tearing down the boundaries, knowing full well that it will lead to a permanant underclass in this country, so that they can compete with the Communist Chinese.

Very disturbing.

Ellen Waldstein
Ellen sez: "How, with exact detail, do you people plan on deporting 12+ million illegals?"
***************************************

This is a part of my point from my last post.

In the old days, you found an illegal alien, you tossed him over the fence.

But the Left has chosen the court system as a major tool in destroying the United States from within. Somehow illegal aliens keep gaining more and more rights, which they do not deserve, simply through the toxic pushing and shoving of the Left.

Normal Americans are generally good sports, and allow the activists to win "that round", thinking that in the long run common sense will prevail.

But the Left does not hold good sportsmanship as a value.

While they are busy teaching America's youth not to strive to win (ie: refusing to allow kids to keep score in soccer games), they themselves are desperate to win the culture war, and will stoop to anything to prevail over the traditional culture.

This is how Ellen can ask a question like that. First make it really hard to accomplish something that should be easy, and then whine that it is too hard to do and that we should give up.

A typical, but unfortunately effective tactic of the Left.

And Further More
the reason that those tactics are effective is because the American people have been civilized into passivity.

We complain about these things to one another, but don't make our anger and frustration known.

The recent group effort to stop the Senate immigration bill harnassed the impotent frustration that normal people are feeling about our country being stolen out from under us.

The vehemance that came out in all of those emails and phone calls shows how there is a lot of pent-up energy out there.

People are hoping for a leader, someone who will step up out of a patriotic love for country and stand for the prevention of the nightmare we fear is at our door.

It seems simple to me
We just need to change the laws and make it mandatory that every police officer who happens to obtain or arrest anyone in a criminal act, needs to be checked for citizenship.

Regardless, he needs to go to court for his crimes, and if he was deemed not a citizen of the US, tack that puppy onto his list of crimes, and viola, get him the fork out of here after the gavel has dropped.

I don't care if it was for jay-walking, going through a red light, petty theft--if they are not a citizen, get them out. That would solve a large percentage of illegal criminals we have harbored in this country.

Guaranteed demand...
It seems to me that my premise is absolutely true: by NOT building the fence (or anything to control who wants to come to our country), by NOT rigerously enforcing our existing laws and putting the criminals in prison, by NOT keeping track of those who do come here temporarily and legally but overstay their "visit"... and more; that governments and agencies at all levels are GUARANTEED to have a huge demand for existence!!! I believe that some city police departments, for example, are purposefully weak on capturing criminals with a weak judicial system (revolving door) that always keeps their demand for existence at the highest level. They could truly care less about the safety of their communities/cities population. Call me a conspiracy nut, but where do you think many of the unions in this country got all of their power? They set a great example for our police and judicial forces to follow, huh?

Just out of curiosity....
....what makes any of us believe that any of these great countries to the south of US will even accept large numbers of US deportees -- let alone millions of them?

IMHO we need to develop ways to make it impossible for the illegals to live (even exist) here in our country.
TBC :>)

even in tiny Manchester NH
In Manchester, NH an illegal alien, Adalid Ortiz, finally turned himself in after being sought in connection of brutally beating another (illegal alien) with the claw end of a hammer.

Let's see if he gets deported (my guess is no).

Ellen
Here's a scenario--First build a wall, a virtual wall, and where needed a great big brick one. Go after employers who use this new slave class for their own profit.
Then, realize that these people are NOT CITIZENS and have NO RIGHTS to a trial.

Then, the governments makes a database of all legal immagrants in the past say--10 years--with handprint I.D. Legal immagrants would want to update the new database so as not to be deported. If they are not on the lists. . .

Then within a few hours put them on a train back, lock the doors and make a non-stop train ride to the border. I'm pretty sure AMTRAC, or some other train company could use a government about now. For other illegals I'm sure the airlines could use some government contracts, a few flights a months would probably do it.

The neat part of any actual (mine is just what I could come up with while sitting in my jammies) deprtation plan is that eventually the problem lessens and fewer people need to be deported, and the money we spend can taper off.

Now can you answer a question for me? What will 20 million + illiegals cost America, in say 5 years, in loss of life, crime rates, tax burden etc. if we do let them stay and put no fetters on them whatsoever? Paint me a picture of what that would look like. Oh wait we already know what that looks like--L.A.
And between you and me, you couldn't pay me to live in L.A.

re: Ellen's comments
You send them back one at a time...But first you stop anyone else from coming in. It's ludicrous that in El Paso Tx you can see the border from the interstate. There were no fences, no guards, you could see the dumpy shacks on the Mexico side of the Rio Grande...it pissed me off. At that point all they have to do is walk a little bit, swim, walk a little more and WOW civilization. There is nothing to deter anyone, at least at tht point along the freeway.

I am a citizen, I pay taxes, I have never been arrested, I am trying to raise my children to be honest contributing adults and it takes over 3 months for me to get a passport to LEAVE the United States. It takes only a few minutes at El Paso Texas for Mexican aliens to find social security, jobs, welfare and healthcare. We should be using every dollar possible to secure that border with agents, National guard, etc

You tell me how THAT is logical. They didn't get here overnight and we as taxpayers and voters have allowed these DO NOTHING legislatures to vote in circles for the last 20 years. Why should the issue be tabled until after the 2008 election? Yet that is what has happened after the last bill defeat. Why should Congress be allowed any holidays or vacation time? They should be working day and night until they get this done. And WE SHOULD DEMAND IT of them, they are supposed to be working for US, the citizens.

If you want to speed the deportation up some, start conducting random mass raids all over the country day and night but don't announce them ahead of time publicly to anyone esp the media and ACLU, LULAC and others. Start hauling these aliens to jail and then release pics to the media. I have a feeling when other illegal aliens start seeing their pals being hauled back to the border or put in jail, there will be a HUGE migration back the other direction. They will leave out of fear.

Then we as taxpayers demand that no Congressman, representative, etc receive any kind of salary, healthcare or federal benefits until they come up with a workable solution and then IMPLEMENT it. Then we vote them ALL out and start over in 2008.

Ms Waldstein, there is a simple solution
to the illegal immigration problem. Fine the individuals, companies, and government entities that employ illegals. Dry up the jobs and the illegals will ebb. Your attitude is only part of the problem, however. The real problem is that too many US citizens claim to want an end to the illegals but continue to hire them -- directly and indirectly.

Ellen Waldstein
You asked "How, with exact detail, do you people plan on deporting 12+ million illegals?"

The answer: one at a time.

Disingenuous America-lasters like yourself are terrified that ANY attempt will be made to put ANY of the lawless border-jumpers out of the country. And so, you seek to discourage ANY effort by focusing on the seemingly insurmountable task of deporting them all - as if there would be no benefit to deporting 8 million, 6 million, or 4 million of them.

Ideally, I would like to see everyone in this country illegally put out. But I will settle for putting as many out as we can feasibly round up. It doesn't have to be accomplished tomorrow or even next year. And we don't necessarily have to run down each and every one of them in order to warant the effort. But we do have to start now and we do need to keep on putting them out, so long as the need is there.

Ellen Waldstein
Michelle was recommending deportation for the criminal illegals, not all 12+ million. For the non-criminal illegals, Brian Levy has the right answer.

CLOSE THE BORDER TODAY
CLOSE THAT SOUTHERN BORDER TODAY -FBI says the terrorists are getting thru - still no action!!!

Use our army, if needed, but do it NOW!!!

SHAME!!! CLOSE IT NOW!!!!

"Git 'er Done"
1) Seal the border.
2) Provide blind online access to the Social Security and Green Card databases, so that employers can enter the name, age, sex and SSN or Green Card number of applicants and current employees and know instantly whether the data set is consistent.
3) Provide employers with secure access to the databases and require that they pre-check all applicants and check all current employees within some period; and, prohibit them from employing anyone whose data is inconsistent, or anyone without ID.
4) Block federal funds to any state that issues drivers licenses to illegals.
5) Block federal funds to any "sanctuary city".
6) Require cities with "day labor shelters" to pre-screen data sets before workers can be "picked up".
7) Require cities to conduct random screenings at day labor pick-up points. (If the landscapers know where they are, so do the police.)

When the opportunity goes away, so will the opportunists.

Ellen Waldstein
How to deport them all? Ray Nagin has a bunch of busses.

Law Enforcement Resources:
What would happen if we took all the law enforcement resources away from the "National Click-it or Ticket" campaign and reassigned them to locate and deport illegal aliens?

One unfortunate consequence that I can see would be that America's felonious non-buckler-uppers would still be free to ravage the freeways without the threat of a $45 traffic ticket.

But I think this is an idea that we should consider, and one we should propose to both our lawmakers and to our law enforcers.

Waddayathink?

Quarter of inmates foreigners?
650,000 of 2 million people in our jails and prisons is a substancial number and at an average $50k per year per person to keep them there it seems someone is not doing their J-O-B.

Even if we were to deport only half of these people immediately, this would free up $16.25 billion annually to improve the prison system and reduce over crowding. And once again, why are we giving early release to people in jail from over crowding, oh, that's right, crime is another job category that Americans won't do!

ellen waldstein et al
they could walk north, so they can also walk south - if we enforce penalties for employment of illegals, no schools, hospitals for illegals, ETC. - JUST
EXACTLY AS IT IS IN MEXICO AND IN EVERY COUNTRY IN THE WORLD - no laws for invaders.
THEY WILL DISAPPEAR.

THat'sNOT THE PROBLEM - THE PROBLEM IS eradication of USA - see your gvmt actions to do that, posted by your govmt: http://www.spp.gov

then wake up and try to think.

FBI: Iraqis Being Smuggled into U.S.
You can read about it here: http://www.drudgereport.com/

And here: http://blogs.abcnews.com/theblotter/2007/07/fbi-iraqis-bein.html

~snip~

The FBI report, issued last week, says the smuggling organization "used to smuggle Mexicans, but decided to smuggle Iraqi or other Middle Eastern individuals because it was more lucrative." Each individual would be charged a fee of $20,000 to $25,000, according to the report.

"WHERE'S THE FENCE"!!!!

LOL, Rocker!
Your post was hilarious!

Living proof there's no literacy or IQ test required to post comments on this site.

Geraldo blasts Michelle
That icon of PC open borders wisdom Geraldo blasts Michelle whenever he can suggesting she is a racist bigot and hateful for not wanting to embrace ILLEGALS and give them welfare, a well-deserved path to citizenship, 40 acres and a mule, etc. After all, "they are just doing those jobs Americans won't do and we must have their labors... and they are less prone to crime than the native born" (Say WHAT?!?! ILLEGALS take to crime like ducks take to water! See identity theft, tax dodging, welfare fraud, gangs, drugs, prison populations, at large felons.)

Has anybody noticed that virtually every prominent hispanic brays this sort of disingenuous drivel, but nobody in the MM suggests that this is arrant ethnocentricity? (see Senators Salazar, Martinez (also head of RNC--Rino Network for reConquista), Menendez and Commerce Secretary Gutierrez, Linda Chavez, etc., ad nauseam.) These wealthy hispanics are just like other "elites"... they LIKE their cheap domestic labor, and the miscreant employers want to milk them, but the closest these rich folks really get to ILLEGALS is when ILLEGALS nod deferentially from a mower at the C.C. The elites only really begin to understand the pandemic danger to America when they get rear-ended by a drunken, unlicensed, uninsured ILLEGAL who cannot speak any English who then gets an ACLU lawyer to sue the rich guy for obstructing the road with his gas-hog Mercedes SUV.

Michelle darlin', you keep on rattling their cages, and those of us in Middle America will keep fighting to save America from the ILLEGAL onslaught which ineluctably threatens to destroy what has made America great by morphing her into a balkanized, bilingual, bicultural third world welfare state with pandemic social pathologies. Today's America can ONLY benefit on balance from legal, educated immigrants with skills. The madding crowd of undereducated, indigent ILLEGALS are ALL inexorably net drains on society who spawn more just like them (Heritage).

Keep contacting your people in Congress, folks! We won a key battle, but must also win the war! Here just below is the EASY way to reach those in Congress at their OFFICIAL contact sites... bookmark it and contact them often. People just like YOU derailed Scamnesty recently in a possibly watershed response from the vox populi, BUT WE MUST NOT WASTE THE OPPORTUNITY.

Tell Congress that you want TRUE enforcement FIRST; BUILD THE 500 MILES OF APPROVED WALL AND HIRE THE THOUSANDS OF APPROVED BORDER GUARDS; NO fallacious path to citizenship; NO welfare for ILLEGAL aliens; NO voting without citizenship; let the border guards do their jobs, and free Campean and Ramos; a proper interpretation of the 14th Amendment (madres of anchor babies are NOT
subject to our jurisdiction-- they are ILLEGALLY encroaching); and English should be our OFFICIAL and ONLY language.

Please see what you can do to join the fight to save America while we have time here below... the first is the best at organization and provides targeted e-mails you can send to Congress... there are also sites where you can learn more about the depth of the concomitant problems associated with the unchecked invasion of ILLEGAL aliens:

Brilliant post. Cogent, articulate, well-reasoned. The omniscience displayed is particularly impressive, being able to divine an individuals citizenship status and duration from a thumbnail photo.

Keep it up. You're a credit to all those who share your ideology.

To nevadamistermom
Is it omniscience or omnipotence? After all, don't the all-knowing liberals also have the all-powerful control to make everyone do as they desire. Don't the laws that the liberals get passed only apply to "the unwashed Philistines" and not to themselves? Doesn't the all-caring feelings of the liberal override any logic or common sense of the rest of the population?

Ellen Waldstein
Please explain how we are going to collect and process 300+ million federal and state income tax returns EACH YEAR, and prosecute those in non-compliance.

Details please.

YOU BEAT ME TO RacistRocker! What a Racist Scumbucket of a Liberal! I had him in the crosshairs, but you drilled him! EXCELLENT JOB!

Self righteous right wing lunatic."

Great post to Rocker - and all I could think to say was get the "F" off this thread and pray for a brain.

LOL, George
I probably just rolled out of bed earlier than you, and lucked onto the worm.

Thanks, man!

Lodestar--Geraldo
Looks like Geraldo is the Illegal Alien's answer to Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson.

Hmmmm
The government can't identify these illegal criminals yet Michelle manages to find examples to cite.

If the local police can check someone for warrants or a valid drivers license, even with other states, when they are stopped for say speeding they have the system in place to do any kind of quick background check, including for citizenship. It is called NCIC.

Not having the resources is an excuse. If they need people to do the menial task of searching through court records to identify illegals, I'll do it!

DHS was created to bring the federal law enforcement agencies all under one umbrella and have them better interact with each other. As is with most government agencies it would appear as if the opposite is what happened. They just made a bigger bureaucratic mess with more excuses rather than solutions.

GW does not understand that until
he addresses border security that he loses his defender of America argument as a reason for the ongoing war on terror and more specifically the war in Iraq. This is a HUGE disconnect. I will always back my President but damnit, he's making it too hard! GW needs to decide right now if he's going to be a lame duck President or if he's going to damn the torpedoes and accomplish something in the next 18 months. He can start by exercising and sleeping a little less each day and addressing this issue that Americans want dealt with immediately.

This President Will not Do It
This President will not deport those who should not be here. He has been quite clear that the border will not be secured and the law will not be enforced as long as he is President. We must make certain the next one will secure the border and enforce the law. Duncan Hunter is the one guy running that I trust to actually do the job. Rudy, Romney, etc, are recently saying what you want to hear to get your votes, but their previous statements, actions, and records suggest less than serious commitment to border security and immigration enforcement.

illegals and crime
why should we excpect the govt to enforce the border when the biggest cheerleader for illegals is President Bush. He actively encourages illegals to come by claiming our economy needs them and that the illegals are doing jobs, he claims americans won't do. American's won't do those job at the slave wages that employers pay without supplying benfits. But even at those low wages it is still more than these illegals made in their countries of origin. The american people spoke in a loud and unified voice and still the senators and the president don't get it. We want the border closed and the illegals deported. When will this president take his oath of office seriously and defend us against the invasion from the southern border. Or is it he just doesn't care. We are told he is a compassionate and caring person. It appears the only compassion he displays over this issue is for the illegals breaking our laws and stealing our social services. At this point one just has to ask what exactly is going on with the president's thinking

Presidential Candidates
It's time to put them on notice about this issue. Seal the border or forget it.

Hey!
If illegals will "do the jobs Americans won't do", how about we locate a couple to replace Chertoff and Bush?

Bman and lolo
it will be far cheaper in the long run to charter every bus in the country and start returning the illegals than to allow them to stay and bankrupt america by continued theft of our social services and raiding an already depleted social security system and medicare system due to congress raiding those funds over the years. Obviously the president and the senate fail to comprehend this issue

The Prime Reason EVERYONE
Wanted amnesty was to afford the business community amnesty and protection, since they are the primary beneficiaries of hiring illegal aliens. They reap the benefits and we get to pay the bills, which are as pointed out, more than simply monetary in nature.

Another case of your life or the lives of your family, not being worth more than the financial benefits garnered by unscrupulous and greedy business people. That's the simple truth of the matter and therefore not reportable by the major media because they all have a finger in this pie.

Zina's rapist amd murderer will, if convicted, only receive life imprisonment. They don't do the death penalty in Washington state or Oregon either. It's too expensive and besides, they're just too civilized for that there. Make no mistake, there are politicians to blame here again, oh yeah and let's not forget our civilized radical socialist media either.

On the other hand
There has been a case in Georgia where a young lady has been having to fight deportation under the Clinton crime/terrorism law because of -- gasp! -- a hair pulling incident with another teen when in high school. How did that one come out?

More irony from a celebrity anchor baby
I swear, you can't make this stuff up!

@nevadamistermom
I thought it was a fabulous post. ;-)

About MM's column.

I am a strong supporter of MM's stance on deporting illegals who commit crimes.

In fact.. I'm so strong a supporter that my brain can't even wrap itself around the concept of NOT instituting 287(g)...

although... NAMM's post helped me understand some ;-) hehehehehhehe

Don't deport, force them home
As many others have said, JOBS are the reason illegals flood into our country. Deprive them of jobs, along with free social services, and they will hot-foot it back to south of the border pretty fast. All they want here is the money and the freebies -- not the American lifestyle and citizenship -- so if we cut off the jobs along with the services, American will go from being the Land of Plenty to a barren wasteland pretty fast.

spoofsayer
I thought her parents were legal immigrants who went through the proper steps to become American citizens, you know followed the law. Maybe you have more detailed information on this, or maybe you are just blowing wind because you have no real arguement.

By the way, the article was about deporting alien residents, regardless of their status, who had commited crimes. Now if you have a problem with deporting aliens convicted of criminal behavior then say so, maybe you feel like some crimes should be overlooked.

Ellen Waldstein
We would deport the illegals one at as time as they are found -- it's cheaper to find and deport than it is to pay for the social services and the chaos and deaths that they create.

Better yet -- build a wall and put the National Guard on duty. According to the movie "Borders" (Chris Burgard writer and director), drug smuggling and human smuggling stopped when the Stryker group was there for 30 days before being sent to Iraq.

The illegals will self deport if we enforce our laws, esp. against employers of illegals.

Take away chain migration and anchor babies and we're half-way home.

Let them organize themselves while here, go home and change Mexico so that it becomes a land of opportunity like the US.

Duncan Hunter
is the man who shows that he "gets it." Tom Tnacredo also -- we need to keep screaming their names at the media elite who insist on telling us that we want McCain, Romney or Guiliani -- we don't, so let's keep making noise where it counts.

Government's job
If you read the constitution, I believe you'll find that the government's primary responsibility is to protect America and Americans. Today's polititians will not carry out their responsibilities because to do so might offend a potential voter.

Over the past forty years, we have become a nation dominated by eunichs, and we have elected eunichs to protect us. Probably a bad idea.

You must vote them all out of office if our country is to survive.

Michell Malkin is a second
generation citizen born in the US to parents who were citizens. Her grandfather was a veteran of WWII and served under Macarthur.

Now, THIS
... we should spend money on. What a comment on our government that we are not funding this form of enforcement.

Wild West is right...
There is no reason to expect that El Presidente Bush will fulfill his obligation to enforce our immigration laws in an effective manner. As MM points out, the feds are unwilling to fulfill their obligation to apprehend and deport criminal aliens. Does anyone want to take bets on how long it will take the IRS to contact me if I choose to stop filing tax returns? It's a matter of priorities.

I travelled across the Country recently using my Visa card. It struck me that when the card was swiped the company knew where I was and whether I was eligible to make a purchase for the amount requested. This was determined almost instantaneously. Why not issue social security cards that have a magnetic tape like a credit card? When an employer hires a worker they swipe the card on a credit card reader and receive a number to verify the check. If someone is illegal they don't have a card, or if their visa is expired or does not allow employment the employer, and ICE, are notified. Subcontract it to Visa/MC/AmerEx etc. They can use existing infrastructure.

Sure, write letters and make calls, but look to 2008 for enforcement. Check out where the candidates stand on immigration enforcement. Tancredo, Hunter, maybe Fred Thompson. If you like what you see send them a check. I'm convinced that if any of the annointed Republican candidates win we are in for more willful neglect of duty.

What is amazing
is how many people don't understand that the USCIS cannot even process legal alien and citizenship applications without problems and delays. This is with people that are cooperating fully, obeying our laws, and want to assimilate and be part of the USA.

If anyone applying to enter the US (legally) has a felony conviction on their record then they are refused admittance. This background check is required from age 16 and every city in which one has lived.

The least we can do is require local police to check immigration status and prior convictions before releasing a suspect from custody. Also require local courts to check immigration status and prior convictions prior to sentencing; then require an automatic notification to ICE upon sentencing and 30 day notice to ICE prior to release from prison.

PS. My mother was an immigrant, my wife (now US citizen) and two of my children are immigrants, all legal so I do understand the system and process very well.

flame
the discussion primarily concerns itself with the problem of the illegals. I would gather there are also needed changes to the legal immigration system. We are hoping the president will waken from his slumber and induce the senate to make meaningful changes to the law, plus enforce the border and deport the illegal law breakers

Slumber, Wildwest?
Coma is more like it.

Brian R
I am hopeful he will awaken. His position of leadership gives him the best opportunity to force action. He has the support of the public, yet he ignores us to placate the special interest. For the sake of our country I hope you are wrong

Gabby
To pat my own back, I and some others got Navarette booted from the site late last year, in a big controversial "Attack of the 50-Foot Bloggers".

It was another great Voice-of-the-People Moment!

Wildwest, I'm a bit puzzled
You wrote Jorge Bush has the "support of the public", and if you're referring to Mexico I'm sure you're right.

But in THIS country his poll numbers are in the toilet, so I'm not sure where you're going with that.

brian R
I meant that the people support enforcing and closing the border and want no amnesty. We also want deportations. The president would have the overwhelming support of the the people on those issues

Aaaah, Wildwest
In other words, he WOULD have their support IF he was doing his job.

Yep, I can agree with that.

Nay nay
According to you neocons, a baby born to immigrants here on work or travel visas is *still* an anchor baby, because the baby lubricates the "guest" worker's path to premature citizenship, and immediately heaps a load of Federal benefits on the baby.

Anchors aweigh!

Gabby and BrianR,
I was one of those vocal posters with regards to Ruben Navarrette...ended up not being able to post for about a month afterwards too. It did not have anything to do with my posting language, just the fact that I was stated the liberal Hispanic-American (to which Navarrette refers to himsself as) did not belong on TH. Now I just have to see him in our local paper, LOL.

'soothsayer', EVERY Michelle Malkin column brings the EXACT same post(s)from you. Your mommy must have not noticed you escaped from your time-out mat. Give it a rest, would you? Head back over
to dailykos or move on.org where you fit in (both in chronological age and emotional maturity.) Same for you, 'moral_majority.'

Everyone read this breaking story
Stop blogging for a second and read this. http://www.firesociety.com/blog/100/15791/?src=111 Its important.

Anchor babies
Check out Tom Tancredo's sponsorship of a bill that would -- once and for all -- eliminate legal residency/eventual citizenship for anchor babies born of illegal alien parentage. A "reading" on this from the SCOTUS is also needed. The ruling hinges on the question of US jurisdiction, and I believe the US doesn't really have jurisdiction over these babies. Let's make this retro-active if possible, as the current and potential drain on taxpayer funds is enormous.

My local branch of Bank of America has looked more like a branch of the Bank of Mexico in recent years--especially on Fridays. Another good place for an unannounced ICE raid? I am convinced it -- like raids on workplaces -- would yield lots of border crashers...

Virginia Patriot
I have to disagree with you on this issue you stated. Ron Paul is the one who will enforce this and a lot more. He is the best man for the job. But thats just my Opinion. http://www.ronpaul2008.com is the place to go.

Mac
I do too like what Tancredo has to say about our illegal alien problems. Seems like he has absolutely no tolerance for what's happening to this country like the rest of us. He's not afraid to show it.

MR BUSH-PUT UP THE DAMN WALL!
Sick to death of these"Seinfeld-do nothing " senators and congressmen. DO IT NOW!!!

Sorry, "me"
Mr. Jorge Bush has better things to do, like securing the Latino vote in Juarez.

ground zero
I live in Los Angeles, it is THE ground zero in showing what happens when laws are not enforced, and the local enforcement agencies have no power or interagency coordination. LA is this bureaucratic behemoth, that finds Americans easily enough to punish or fine for minor infractions, but illegal aliens are literally given a pass on nearly EVERY law exponentially.

I work with the LAPD, and the crimes that occur run the gamut from violent crimes to traffic infractions, NONE of which now can get an illegal alien deported.
Every part of our infrastructure is crumbling or destroyed already.

No exaggeration.
Other cities in America aren't yet feeling the weight that we are.
And when they do, it'll be too late.

If laws can be passed to exclude gay citizens from the protections of the Constitution, what's stopping this President and other citizens from acting against illegal aliens?

Starting with the abuse of the 14th Amendment concerning birthright status.

How is it posssible, for a tourist, illegal alien or any other non conforming visitor to the US, drop a baby and it's a legal citizen?
Our government should have been adjudicating THIS law, instead of spending so much time trying to pass an amnesty law.

Whoo-Wee-- this was a good one! ;>)

LOL, Lodestar
Some things just naturally lend themselves to humor.

Or reality.

firetoice/nutnfinr/ellen
You two have the best advice Ellen could ever receive...and for free!

One at a time...with a stop at Sheriff Arpaio's tent city for those who fail to head home on their own!

I've said before, give everyone 30 days to leave and on the 31st day, begin the "one at a time" routine...if every city/town/state did their part, the cost would certainly be less than what we are spending on benefits that should NEVER be given to illegals.

And I liked the idea of using all those school buses in N'orleans...and what the heck, let's give the school bus drivers all over the country a little extra cash by utilizing those empty buses over the summer!

If we posters can come up with sound ways to expedite this process, WHY CAN'T THE GOVT??????

lodestar
You are a GEM!

Am I the only one
who questions what the big deal is about having all these illegals in our country "doing jobs that no American will do" when all they do is send all of the money out of our country as soon as they get paid??? No local community benefits from this income...it is a huge drain on local economies.

Let's see now, they go to our hospitals for health care, get food stamps to eat - all at the expense of the ordinary hard-working, tax-paying American...and they do this because they don't have any money...because???? they send it all back home to Mexico!!!

WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE????

wildwest
"I meant that the people support enforcing and closing the border and want no amnesty. We also want deportations. The president would have the overwhelming support of the the people on those issues."

If, indeed, English is the official language of our country, I am constantly amazed that our elected president and congressional representatives fail to hear what their constituents are saying!

BUILD THE DARN FENCE! ENFORCE THE CURRENT LAWS! DEPORT EVERY DAY UNTIL THEY ARE GONE!!!!

Treaty?...No. Non-binding agreements...yes. Congress' hands tied. Make no mistake, Bush has gotten our governmental departments and agencies rolling full steam ahead - NAFTA superhighway from Laredo to Toronto, guidelines for Mexican trucking companies, TTC35, Kelly AFB conversion into port of entry, KCS-Mexico RR merger, China and India agreements with Mexico to build ports on west coast with highways to Laredo just to scratch the surface. No oversight. Facts.
6] 2007, Immigration-reform bill S1639, section 413…..formal recognition of SPP by our government and official open border statement…..rejected.. Immigration reform and open borders ain’t going away though. It will be back dressed differently before 2010. HCR40 is going to die in committee.

Once the machine is firmly "locked" into Mexico-Canada trade and open borders, the sovereignty and independence of the U.S, will be submerged.....sovereign and independent decisions can no longer be made. A trilateral governing body will do that. There will be no such person as an illegal immigrant, so why build a fence? U.S. dollar…out. Amero……in. Targeted to be complete by 2010.

Our first order should be, BRING THE UNITED STATES BORDERS UNDER FULL CONTROL OF THE UNITED STATES. Demanding only border "security" merely plays right into the hands of Homeland Security whose function is to secure borders against terrorists and criminals, not "low-risk" traffic. That's why the 2-step dance. The people need to declare who and what comes across our borders. Need to learn the difference between an American and a U.S, citizen. It’s going to happen unless we can quickly become educated and become the government "of the people, by the people and for the people". If this is what it means to be a bigot, so-be-it. The powers-that-be are sitting back, clanging gongs, making noise and being amused while they watch us yank the donkey tail.

Here's a Good One
My Russian born wife now speaks fluent English with just a trace of an accent. She's a nurse an inner city hospital that serves thousands of uninsured illegal immigrants for free. She was attending just such a patient when the woman blurted out that "you American nurses" should be "forced" to learn Spanish so that you can do the job better. My wife almost choked laughing at that suggestion.

Hey,
these people are just a few of the votes democrats hope to gain in the upcoming elections. Why deport them?

Pays to deport them

"14 Reasons to Deport Illegal Aliens:

1. $11 Billion to $22 billion is spent on welfare to illegal aliens each year. http://tinyurl.com/zob77

6. $3 Million Dollars a DAY is spent to incarcerate illegal aliens. http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/0604/01/ldt.01.html

9. $200 Billion Dollars a year in suppressed American wages are caused by the illegal aliens. http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/0604/01/ldt.01.html

10. The illegal aliens in the United States have a crime rate that's two and a half times that of white non-illegal aliens. In particular, their children, are going to make a huge additional crime problem in the United States . http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/0606/12/ldt.01.html

11. During the year of 2005 there were 4 to 10 MILLION illegal aliens that crossed our Southern Border also, as many as 19,500 illegal aliens from Terrorist Countries. Millions of pounds of drugs, cocaine, meth, heroine and marijuana, crossed into
the U. S. from the Southern border. Homeland Security Report: http://tinyurl.com/t9sht

12. The National Policy Institute, "estimated that the total cost of mass deportation would be between $206 and $230 billion or an average cost of between $41 and $46 billion annually over a five year period." (No longer available from http:// http://www.nationalpolicyinstitute.org/pdf/deportation.pdf but can be downloaded free from http://www.nationalpolicyinstitute.org/publications.php?b=deportation)

13. In 2006 illegal aliens sent home $45 BILLION in remittances back to their countries of origin. http://www.rense.com/general75/niht.htm

So using the LOWEST estimates, the annual cost OF ILLEGAL ALIENS is $338.3 BILLION DOLLARS A YEAR

So if deporting them costs between $206 and $230 BILLION DOLLARS, get rid of em', We'll be ahead after the 1st year!!!"

If you live in California you must have heard of the population projections for your state. They are saying by 2050 an additional 23 million people will be living in the Golden state. That makes 60 millon people. Due to the fact that there is a negative outflow of Californians, the entire increase is from legal and illegal immigration and their multiple descendants.

Also the Latino takeover of Los Angeles will be almost complete by then. In 2050 approx 8.5 million Latinos/Chicanos/Hispanics (have to cover all the bases so not to offend anyone) will call California home while the number of Anglos will have decreased to approx. 1.5 million. "White Flight" is in full swing.

All of this from the immigration of foreigners in and the emigration of natives Californians out. Ain't multiculturalism great?

An Epidemiology Issue
This is tangential to the thread but I don't see anywhere else to post it and I think it's worth noting. It's something that had not occurred to me until I read about it yesterday. On July 17 the New York Times had an article about Mexicans coming to the United States to work contracting AIDS from prostitutes and carrying the disease back home to Mexico. They may be away from their wives for years so it's not surprising that they seek sexual relief; prostitutes show up at migrant camps on payday. Mexico now has the third-highest number of AIDS cases (9000) of any country in the Western Hemisphere, after the United States and Brazil, and many of the patients have contracted the disease while living and working in the US (34% in one community that was studied). While many of the workers come here legally as migrant farm labor, those who are here illegally probably have less access to health care, but the situation sounds equal-opportunity-bad.

So often we hear of Mexican immigrants in the context of how they hurt the United States. It seems that being in the United States can also them, and that they go home and infect their wives (and unborn babies) is truly tragic. This report is surely a call-to-arms for epidemiologists and for public health workers both here and in Mexico. If you just think of what AIDS has done to Africa, nobody could possibly want that to happen in Mexico.

(Is somebody going to post that AIDS is God's punishment on illegal immigrants? I think I'll just go to bed now and not wait to see. There are some things a person can't stand.)

Lilly, You are right about a tangent
Lilly,

I live adjacent to an agricultural area (within 2 miles) and I have ample opportunity to observe the activities of farm workers. Many, if not most of the prostitutes that service the migrants are themselves illegal immigrants. In fact, trafficking in young women for sexual use is a by-product of the cross border flow that any good liberal should deplore.

I'm not religious, so you may rest assured that I don't speak for God. However, contracting the AIDS virus is not something that evil Americans do to the poor, illegal immigrants. It is a result of an activity that they do themselves.

By the way, you left out a verb in the second sentence of your second paragraph. Being so fastidious about proper grammar, I knew that you would want to be alerted to your omission.

How hard is it to find them?
I don't know about you, but if I buy a magazine, log on to a website, have my power, phone, cable, etc connected, or even try to pay cash at a local retailer they need my name, address, phone number, employer, mother's maiden name, first pet, first grade teacher, rank, serial number... I swear, I can't buy lemonade from my neighbor's daughter without providing a list of identfiers. I don't believe for a second "they" can't find and deport the illegals.

Turn it over to private industry. Then the illegals would run for cover. H@ll, I missed a 12$ payment on my local newspaper in 1996 and they still manage to get my phone number, inform the creadit agencies and harrass my dog!

Lilly - A work of art
I started to write a serious rebuttal, but had to stop myself.

The reasoning in your epidemiology post is so wrong, on so many levels, that the longer I looked, the more it took on a stark beauty - a purity of irrationality that is so complete as to be only rarely encountered.

I'm in awe.

Deport Them
Here's what I just don't understand. Everyone says that you cannot deport all the illegals. I mean everyone. Even those staunchily opposed to Illegal Immigration always starts out saying, "Now, I know you can't deport all of them..." Well...why the heck can't you? Why is it that as soon as someone is identified as an Illegal Immigrant, they are not immediately processed and shipped back to their country of origin? having a child born here is no excuse. That child was born here ILLEGALLY! It was done as a fraudulent act and during the commission of a crime-illegally immigrated parent. therefore, the child should not be given the right to call itself an American Citizen, and instead should still be considered a citizen of it's home cuntry, the country of origin of it's mother. Or, the child is deproted with the parent(s) (oh who are we kidding, parent) and, upon it's 18th birthday, allowed to take a background check and then allowed into the country after successfully passing. this myth that the economy would crumble should that occur is just that, a myth. there is no basis in reality for it, since we have unemployment at 4.5%. this means that everyone collecting an unemployment check will now be allowed to work those jobs vacated by the illegals after they are deported. There is another myth that they are doing jos Americans won't due. Only 25% or there abouts, of agricultural jobs are being done by illegals. that means that 75% or so of those jobs are being done by AMERICANS, thus Americans can and will do those jobs. The reason it is not 100% is because the illegals work for next to nothing and don't demand Union wages. You would think that the Unions and Dems would be behind the deportation of illegals 100% if they were actually for the working American person like they claim. These illegals are stealing jobs away from Americans daily. however, their hypocrisy knows no bounds so no one is surprised.

Also, we need to make sure that the language reflects the truth. Stop calling it "The immigration Debate" or whatever else. Make sure that the term ILLEGAL is always used and used prominently. That little ommission is done on purpose and for the reason that it changes the argument drastically, labeling us all as racists etc.

Deport them all, whether they have a criminal background or not. The very nature of them being here means they now have a criminal background.

Outlaw Aliens
Outlaw aliens can be deported. That is a fact that cannot be denied.

Our cowardly and lazy politicians and bureaucrats are the problem. They do not have the will to enforce our laws.

Maybe we should start by deporting them.

Outlaw Aliens
Business is also to blame for our outlaw alien problems. Business needs to feel real pain for breaking American law.

Post a $10,000.00 reward for each outlaw alien caught working illegally in America.

Make the employer of that outlaw alien responsible for paying the reward, by law.

I'll bet the ranch that illegal hirings would stop, pronto amigo!

Deport them
now

Deportation
ICE can only deport Mexicans to cities on the border, so when our criminal illegals are deported, it is just to that point. The criminal illegal alien, if hispanic, can then hop right on back. I work in Corrections, and I know personally of an inmate who was back in a local jail for a NEW CRIME within 24 hours of release from prison. We need to secure the border NOW, and not only deport, but KEEP THEM OUT.

Thank you Michelle...
I was wondering how long it would take you to write about young Zina Linnik. Unfortunately, it seems that hers is not an isolated case.

Build the da*n fence!
Jail those who hire illegals!
Deport the da*n illegals now!

I am John Doe

This is policy, not law

This is simply policy set up by the Skull. It would be very easy to deport all Mexican illegal aliens to the south of their country. We have really nice Navy ships that can carry quite a few people when they are interdicting the drug trade from South American and Mexican cartels.

Over 1,000 drug war deaths this year
Right on, Michelle

The last time they had a revolution in Mexico, 250,000 fled north. So far this year there have been over 1,000 killed in operations against the drug lords. Just wait.

Illegal? Stage left....
I would like to offer a solution to the immigration problem.

Take a look around. Can you spot an illegal? No...no one can and this is the problem.

Everyone traveling to another country should have a passport so why not a visible one? A fashionable bracelet would do. One with the country flag on it, a personal photo and a bar code of some type for security to keep databases up to date. They can change every couple of years to stay current like plates on a car. Surely there is a company that can create one that is hard to duplicate. Besides, remember they will change every year or two.

This would keep the legal visitors from being questioned and no problem getting housing and employment.

Anyone without one can be rounded up and sent home. Personally, I think they would return on their own if they don't have a bracelet. This would give me comfort about terrorist running around in our country.

Critics will balk about people being "tagged" but they will get used to it such as everyone having to put on clothes everyday.

nevadamistermom...Now this was good
for a laugh. I could almost picture someone starting to type and then deleting the whole thing and shaking their head....

I'm in awe.

An Epidemiology Issue (Reply)
Lilly is shockingly obtuse. She is worried about Mexicans who engage in unsafe sexual practices here and take STDs (she specifically mentions AIDs) back with them. What about the millions of illegal aliens here who may be carrying diseases which have been defeated here but are still widespread in the 3rd world? As an army reserve officer I led Medical Civic Action missions in the Horn of Africa and we would often set up our medical clinics near TB or leprosy quarantine areas. Diseases such as these and icluding cholera, typhoid, diptheria, yellow fever, rubella even polio are still present and in some cases widespread in the 3rd world and undoubtedly have been carried here by illegals. Funny how the shamnesty bill did not require any type of medical examination for illegals yet a medical examination and innoculations are required for legal entrants (including tourists) seeking visas at our consulates overseas.

Number of AIDS cases
It is also not surprising that Mexico has the third highest number of AIDS cases in the western hemisphere after the US and Brazil since it is also the third most populous nation in the western hemisphere after, you guessed it, the US and Brazil.

Say bubye to outlaw aliens
The existing condition of illegal migration in the USA, being so convoluted, the perversion of our systems of government, stage-managed and the opposition to sovereignty so cunning and entrenched; appalling numbers of resident illegitimate aliens has become not only common but the enablers of what has become an enormous problem have actually succeeded in coercing pro America activists to go after the worst of the worst, first.

There’s nothing wrong with that other than the reason why.
Our own federal Government is aiding and abetting the unlawful entry and residence and at the same time granting millions of taxpayer funds in support of the trespassers and their supporting organizations, instead of coming to our rescue.

I want the criminal aliens to be deported before a single other child is harmed, that’s an amazingly easy concept to grasp.
I want to see our Government do their job.
I just expect Americans will need to get real angry before there’s movement.

So, let’s get busy and crash their phone system, again.

rocker
You are an idiot.

Deport them now
When your boat is sinking, you bail like mad while you try to fix the leak and prevent the water you are tossing overboard from seeping back in. While we are developing ways to reduce and stop the flow of illegal immigrants into the country, we should be throwing out some already here. A good start would be simply to deport anyone who is arrested for anything. Identifying illegal immigrants who commit crimes should be the responsibility of local police. Taking action to prioritize and deport the worst should be the responsibility of the Feds.

Deport
I will drive the first bus !!!!!!!
