With unemployment at 10.2%, what will happen by the end of Obama's first term?

The New York Times Company has a serious problem on its hands. The actions of their sales department for their keystone paper fall directly in the category of corporate theft.

A standard full page ad in the New York Times costs about $180,000, which is roughly the rate for most national newspapers. Recently, however, the sales department allowed the socialist network Moveon.org to run a full page ad for $65,000, a rate nearly one third of what any other organization would pay.

A Times spokeswoman told the Washington Post, “The advertising folks did not see the content of the ad before the rate was quoted.”

How does this change the situation? So the New York Times sales department decided that because Moveon.org wanted to run an ad, they deserved a rate one-third less than the standard. Is every nonpartisan political organization provided this rate? Surely not.

Recently a friend of mine shared a Norman Thomas quote with me: The American people will never knowingly adopt Socialism. But under the name of 'liberalism,' they will adopt every fragment of the Socialist program until America will one day be a Socialist nation without knowing how it happened.

The New York Times sales department has aimed to make their paper a tool for the indoctrination of the Americans. And the socialists will stop at nothing to achieve their mission. No other possible explanation can be provided.

Americans are sick of the same political shell games, and despite the promises the socialist left made during last years election cycle, nothing has changed. Congress has accomplished none of their hundred day agenda, yet they are now almost a year into power.

Democracy for America, another socialist organization, conducted polling last year after the November elections, which showed that 41 percent of Americans believe the Democratic Party has no plan or mission. Last years elections were not the sign of a liberal agenda; rather they were a statement against President Bush.

New York Times please stop the games; American families are not falling for it, and Americans are not biting on a socialist agenda. The Great Experiment has already failed.

If the mainstream media is going to be this partisan, maybe it’s time we make them register as political parties. I'm sure they would love falling under the restrictions McCain-Feingold forces everybody else under...
