Was the Copenhagen Global Warming Summit Walk-Out a Win for the U.S.?

“Get the bonus, we will get your children,” “Jacob the Killer” e-mailed AIG executives.

“In China they execute executives like you,” read a sign held by protestors outside AIG offices.

“All you mother******s should be shot…we will hunt you down.”

“Thanks for [messing] up our economy and taking our money,” wrote others.

AIG executives have been harassed and threatened … not just by fellow Americans, but by the government that’s supposed to be bailing them out. New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo threatened to release their names if they did not return financial bonuses, which many received in lieu of salary while trying to save the company. And while President Obama and Commerce Secretary Tim Geithner feigned outrage over the legislative provision of which they were both fully aware, to secure those bonuses, they maligned Wall Street types as often as they could, alleging repeatedly that it was specifically AIG executives who caused this “crisis.” Television and print and late night comedians have been eager to join the fray as have politicians from both parties. Anyone for a good lynching? Can there be any denying that the dynamics at work are not more than a hair’s breath different from the mob at a hanging or an arena?

“Never waste a good crisis,” said Rahm Emmanuel recently … quickly echoed by Hillary Clinton. That philosophical method goes at least back to European Communists who trained Mao Tse-tong in the art of disrupting in order to take power in China. They taught him to work through labor unions and natural disasters, stirring up dissension and distorting facts to agitate and pit people against each other. Class envy was a powerful tool used not only by Mao but by the Bolsheviks in Russia. “Fairness” and “equality” were established to make the state the center of all things. But in order to get to that point one had to sufficiently agitate to gain power. Create disturbance, anxiety—and “never waste a good crisis.”

“Agitate” repeated Saul Alinsky, who made it relevant in modern day America with “Rules for Radicals.” Hillary Clinton wrote her masters thesis on Alinsky while Barack Obama was the star “organizer” of his methods.

It’s not that there’s no wrongdoing, no natural disaster, no need for “fairness” in the workplace. It’s just that the Left takes these opportunities to twist and distort and confuse and promise things they can never deliver. Once the people have figured that out, more often than not, it’s too late.

The newest method, coming out of the Sao Paulo Forum in South America involves a change of sorts. Whereas revolutions in the past were bloody, the new plan is more seductive because it works through the system. Get elected … establish power … undermine the law and the constitution … disrupt and contaminate the election process and then you have the same radical result: revolution.

Ask Hugo Chavez, ask Alejandro Peña Esclusa, who has been tried four times for opposing him. The people of Venezuela, especially the poor, were promised everything by Chavez but by the time disillusionment set in, he had changed the constitution and cemented power in a way they could not overcome without bloody rebellion.

AIG is certainly not perfect, but it is not a demon. Neither is big business, nor the wealthy. God bless them for the contribution they have made to our national prosperity, for their charitable work here and abroad, for creating jobs and giving opportunity to entrepreneurs and artists and gifted people everywhere. As we descend into “fairness,” we will miss them and long for the days when their bonuses were all we had to fret about.

“I’m having a very good crisis,” declared Hungarian-American-leftist-billionaire George Soros to The Australian newspaper. “The financial crisis has been ‘stimulating,’ the ‘culminating point of my life’s work,’” Soros reported to the Daily Mail Online.

We can’t know for certain who is orchestrating our downfall in this moment, but you can be sure this cagey financial giant of MoveOn.org and Daily Kos fame is giving us a major clue.

Confusing. Or we supposed to be up at arms at George Soros because of the hints at the end that he, or someone like him, is secretly behind the current crisis. Or are we supposed to be disgusted by the kind of person who would try to agitate anger like that as argued in the rest of the column?

One gets the sense that Rios has such a knee-jerk inclination to blame people who don't share her politics for ludicrous conspiracies that she couldn't help herself from doing so in a column attacking the habit of people (naturally limited to those who she disagrees with politically) to blame people for ludicrous conspiracies.

Soros = Creepy
Anyone not concerned about George Soros really is not paying attention. Be very concerned. Pray for America. Only in God will we find the answers for our nation. Thanks Sandy for your insight ....and the warning.

Who's next?
The highlight of this morning's news involves the sacrifice of the CEO of GM, who was forced out of his job by the current administration. How sad that this man is being held accountable for the situation the company is in now. One man can do only so much, but is blamed for the actions of so many. When government thinks it can do all things, it will find that it can do no good things. Companies will look at their remaining options and realize that there aren't too many choices left and leave for better (if there are any) pastures.

Soros and those who believe as he does, will find that, in the end, a sad and weak people are better than no people at all. Totalitarian leaders don't last for long but their power comes at a price. To end their power cost much, much more. Which will you be willing to pay for?

The Revolution has been televised
There are not enough people around today, I believe, who remember the guerrilla tactics of the far left during the late sixties and early seventies, particularly regarding (peaceful) anti Vietnam war marches and civil rights issues, which were turned into riots and urban racial warfare. The extreme left wing got control over much of the opposition to LBJ's (and later Nixon's) administration because they were well organized and had very strong goals that they believed in. Why should we be shocked to see this kind of result happening today when the left has a leader like Obama who was trained to think and act this way, even though from a younger generation, a Congress that adheres to this via Pelosi, Reid and other Democrats and a billionaire financier like Soros who can fund this using a complicit media. The "Revolution will not be televised" as a revolution, but it will be produced as a plan for positive hope and change. Very slickly and seamlessly by Azelrod, Emmanuel and friends, I might add.

So, here we are, now. Our only hope is to expose what's being done, which Sandy Rios is doing well in this article and hopefully vote out the Democrats and RINOs in the next election,if we still can and are not under Marshall Law, by that time. It is very very serious.

REVOLUTION IS COMING
and this time, it will not be the Left, and the "poor" who rise up. It will be the taxpayers, the producers, the innovators, the entrepreneurs, and those who actually contribute to society.

Enough is enough.

Once again...
the leftists show themselves to be seriously stupid and hypocritical. Seems they get really ticked off if AIG profits off of the misery of others but has no problem when Soros does it.

Laura61 is correct! Revolution is coming.

You forgot to add that were gun owners, and it's our sons and daughters in the military. We out number them, and our cause is right.

WHAT WE HEARD
"Never let a crisis go to waste".
But, what was said behind closed doors that we didn't hear: " We can hardly wait until the crisis WE created hits, WE'LL be unstoppable, WE'LL HAVE IT ALL"!

WHAT WE HEARD

We Need To Understand
People who want to stop this Alinskyite agenda need to understand that these people are our enemies. While the Dems are lying about who they are to a gullible electorate the Reps are talking 'bi-partisanship'.There are NO moderate Democrats. Anyone who votes to make Pelosi or Reid Speaker or majority leader is no moderate, no matter what they say to the dupes back home. ALL Democrats approved the two billion dollars in the Porculus Bill for ACORN to continue to destroy the integrity of our voting system. But we hear the same whimpy prevarication from most Republicans. TheDemocrats have a 'war room' to attack their critics and the Republicans have plans to become even more accomodating to the democrat's leftist agenda. As for Soros, that lying, vile swine surely must be old enough to kick the bucket soon. What a great day for freedom that will be!

Yes but will hell have enough room for the fat pig.

OBAMA
put the bonuses back into his porkulus package to create a Really Big Show. I'm sure if anyone looked into it they would find he hired the buses and the protestors.

Class warfare will not work in this country there are too many real Americans that believe in hard work. We believe being wealthy is something everyone should and can attain. OBAMA"S weak and foolish plans for our destruction will not prosper.

Where is
James Bond when we need him. Does Soros own a big fluffy grey cat?

Let's not forget that we have another Army,
Prayer Warriors who are on their knees pounding on Heaven's doors for rescue. That's our most powerful weapon.
I've thought about a couple of things regarding this spiritual side of our situation. I believe God is allowing us to go through this fire so we will turn back to Him. We couldn't
think for an instant that the continued torture and execution of preborn babies and of baby's with the gall to have survived abortion which cause an above his paygrade delimma for the O becuase to let them live..would kill Roe v Wade and the cash cow from baby killing industries.

And
when Abraham interceded for Sodom/Gomorrah God promised him that if He found 10 righteous men in those cities He'd spare them. He is God, He knew before He promised there were none, so I look on this story as being for those who followed down the years..and now for us. We do
have more than ten righteous men women and children in this country..there was no landslide for the baby killers, just a small majority if that considering ACORN and the dead.
And those righteous people are interceding for this country.
And I did a kind of comparison of O and Pharoah
of Exodus..there are a lot of similarities both personally and the way they ruled the people (O
thinks he's Pharoah so he's ruling..for now). They both started out putting contracts on babies for different reasons but still they wanted dead babies. Pharoah had pagan priests
praying around him..O had vicki Gene Robinson the heretic praying at his first gala celebration at the Lincoln Memorial..(looks sort of like a pagan temple doesn't it? I think its a beautiful awesome building but given
the pagans that follow O and prayed there it does fit.) Pharoah thought he was a god, equal to God Almighty..O refuses to stop the idolatry
around him, so he thinks he's a god..Wright obviously didn't clue him in that GOD doesn't like that very much. Pharoah refused to bow to God..Pharoah chased the Hebrews..Pharoah got wet and couldn't swim..bye bye Pharoah. Now
O has challenged God..there will be a day when he too has the choice..repent, obey God or
....

I'm Having a Very Good Crisis
yall cain't see the forrest for the trees!! ThERE IS NO "LEFT & RIGHT" IN THE POLITICAL WORLD! THERE IS ONLY THE "REALLY HAVES" AND THE "HAVE NOTS". All these repubs and dems are in the same party!! There is no REAL difference!

Fabricated quote
The Daily Mail recently published an article with the following fabricated quote, which has spread over the Internet: “'I'm having a very good crisis,' says Soros as hedge fund managers make billions off recession.” The Mail article was bylined “Mail Foreign Service” and did not cite a source for the alleged quote. In fact the Mail’s made up “quote” was a reworded version of the headline an article published a week earlier in The Australian. The title of that article by Peter Wilson was “George Soros interview: A very good crisis.” The first line of that story is “George Soros is having a very good crisis," Wilson’s words, not Soros’s. Nowhere does Soros say, “I’m having a very good crisis”.
