Will the Dems' health care Christmas Present to America be an improvement or detriment to our health care system?


A funny thing happened on the way to Hillary Clinton's announcement that she's raised a record-setting $26 million dollars this quarter.

It's one of those funny things that most Americans probably won't notice. But once in awhile, those pesky reporters serve a purpose. Sen. Clinton's refusal to come clean about what part of that $26 million is for the primary and what part is for the general election can give us a strong glimpse into the secretive, ambitious, scheming ways of the woman who wants to return to 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.

Allow me to explain.

The Clinton campaign announced that 50,000 donors contributed the $26 mil. Trouble is, since they won't reveal how much is for the primary and how much is for the general election (something the John Edwards campaign did disclose), there's no way of knowing how much of that money she can actually get her hands on. Because under campaign fundraising laws, she cannot touch any money donated for the general election unless she wins the primary. If she loses the primary, all the general election contributions must be returned.

For all we know, Team Clinton has collected $1 million dollars for the primary and $25 million for the general, making her "record-setting" fundraising quarter a laugher.

Few, if any, political observers believe that the Clintonistas don't actually know what the breakdown is.

So what we're probably left with is one, big, fat headline that is utterly meaningless: "Hillary Raises Record $26 Million." Which is precisely what she wants.

Politically speaking, Hillary Clinton is all about style over substance. Forget the truth, she and her husband worship at the altar of focus groups, polling, surveys and looking good in front of the masses. Continued...

Dick Morris claims Mrs. Bill Clinton was banished from policy meetings after her fiasco with health care and then stormed back during Monica and has pretty much run Bill every since. UGH! Can you imagine living with that horrible witch? What a nightmare - no wonder he looks like walking death as of late.

I predict she'll make it to the nomination, carried by a bunch of blind, foolish women who think that getting Ole Hill elected is more important than protecting the country, or even their own pocketbooks, which will be picked clean to finance a raft of new social programs if Hillary gets into the presidency.

I also predict that in any debate with a competent adversary, her platitudes and shallow answers (she doesn't dare reveal her true Marxist/socialist roots) will turn off a percentage of her base, those not already sick of her duplicity and phoniness, and she won't win.

Trust in the Clintons
I believe Hillary has only honorable intentions and that Hillary probably doesn't have an accounting on her fund raising that would tell her the difference between funds for the primary and funds for the general election.

I believe Hillary really doesn't know who hired Craig Livingstone or why he was found in the White House in possession of the FBI files on prominant republicans and democrats.

I believe Hillary really doesn't know how those Rose Law Firm billing records appeared in her living quarters.

I believe that Hillary really didn't know her husband was a filanderer.

I believe Hillary knows nothing about the whereabouts of her chief of staff after the death of Vince Foster. (Seen removing a box from Foster's office)

I believe that Hillary really did vet the intelligence information before providing her approval to go to invade Iraq.

I believe that Hillary really does oppose our troops in Iraq.

I also believe that if Hillary loses the primary, any funds that Hillary collects for the general election will somehow be reported as collected for the primary and expended. The funds will remain in her personal bank account. She's like that.
