Yes, Deb, I will. I hereby call on all of the following groups to stop with their post-election tactics of hate and fear:

Gay rights activists who tear crosses out of the hands of little old ladies.

Gay rights activists who invade church services in Michigan.

PETA.

Gay rights activists who are attacking the Mormons who had the decency to accept the 1879 Supreme Court ruling saying that states had a right to help confine marriage to one man and one woman by criminalizing bigamy.

And, finally, gay rights activists in California who are trying to use the court system to nullify the rights of the people and “disenfranchise” the majority of American voters.

I don’t think we’re actually headed for totalitarianism, Deb. But if we get much closer, I’ll have to buy a few more guns for insurance. Have a nice day,

What's with the anger? I don't understand where you're coming from? Why are you "embarrassed" about knowing about guns? I think that's a good, practical thing!

The Good Doctor
doesn't really know that much about guns. If he did, and wasn't just trying to tweak a person who seems to be writing him a sincere missive with his usual passive-aggressive nonsense, he'd know that the Remington he claims to have given the neighbor's kid would've been a better choice for when his childhood dog was whipped.

I am somewhat ashamed that I know more about guns than a self-professed "right-winger," especially in light of the fact that I live in Mike's base of operations, am liberal, and voted for Obama in the primaries and general election.

But then again, Mike's particular brand of conservatism is more about appearances then reality.
