Will the Dems' health care Christmas Present to America be an improvement or detriment to our health care system?

“It is puzzling to the court that the promotion of tolerance would take the appearance of such intolerance as is contained in the religious materials distributed with the Safe Space program.” Federal Judge Owen Forrester writing on diversity at Georgia Tech.

The Atlanta-Journal Constitution (AJC) may have taken the place of The New York Times as both the most liberal and least credible paper in America. And Andrea Jones may well be the least professional reporter at the AJC.

Some will recall Jones’ crass assertion that plaintiffs in the recent Sklar v. Clough federal case against Georgia Tech were suing for the right to be “intolerant.” When I called her out on this, she responded via email suggesting I lacked credibility by saying that I was just a “blogger.” This is significant because I have never “blogged” nor inhaled while doing so. In other words, Jones used a factual inaccuracy in an effort to defend herself against my accusation that she is prone to factual inaccuracies. People like Andrea Jones make my job very easy. Now, I can even wear pajamas while I work.

Of course, when a federal judge stated that, in this case, he was surprised by the level of intolerance in the name of tolerance exhibited by Georgia Tech, Jones was not there to give the statement the ink it deserved. But she did help Tech lie about crucial aspects of the case, which have now been brought to light by Judge Owen Forrester.

Judge Forrester seemed most appalled by a false press release in which Tech officials said that the institute “will not be required to take any action” and that “the judge ruled in favor of the Georgia Tech free speech zone policy and the use of student activity fees” and, finally, that “Georgia Tech practices are exactly the same as before the suit was filed.”

Here’s what Judge Forrester had to say: “Anyone with passing familiarity of the instant litigation would not be faulted for questioning the accuracy of numerous portions of this short press release. In fact, all three of the four challenged policies are materially different than they were before the suit. As to the fourth, although this court did not order a change, the court did not discuss Georgia Tech’s student activity fee program for 23 pages in any way to ‘rule in favor’ of the program …”

The fact that the federal court did not believe plaintiffs Sklar and Malhotra had standing to challenge the student activity fee program is not the same thing as saying that the plaintiffs lost and Tech won. For those who don’t understand what that means, Judge Forrester offers an explanation:

“(T)he court’s order on summary judgment certainly indicates potential constitutional pitfalls to the manner in which Georgia Tech administers its student activity fee program. Based on Head (the relevant precedent), the court finds that Plaintiffs are the only prevailing party in this litigation.

Just in case Andrea Jones failed to grasp the meaning of the last paragraph, here is a translation that even a blogger could understand: Georgia Tech lost and is in danger of being sued again.

And www.DrAdams.org is looking forward to another battle with Georgia Tech. But there is little doubt that Tech will try to avoid an admission of defeat when they get caught with their pants down again.

Last time around, Judge Forrester ruled that “Defendants Dean Ray and President Clough in their official and individual capacities had violated the Establishment Clause by favoring one religion over another in the state-associated Safe Space Program…” Consequently, the court “directed Defendants to remove the religious information from the Safe Space training manual.”

Nonetheless, Tech tried to get out of paying legal fees to the prevailing party by saying they obeyed the order a year before it was issued. Judge Forrester called Tech out on this lie as well:

“Defendants motion for reconsideration is based on an assertion that religious material had been removed from the Office of Diversity Program’s Safe Space web site a year prior to the court’s ruling. This was certainly news to the court. This court had been dealing with motions regarding the religious material for about eight months and used every means known to it to encourage settlement. At no time did the Attorney General for the State of Georgia even hint that the issue was moot and instead continued to litigate aggressively.”

Judge Owen Forrester rebuked Georgia Tech in his latest legal ruling, which mentioned “the lack of candor of Georgia Tech throughout the litigation of this case.” Someone needs to do the same to Andrea Jones and The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Their lack of journalistic integrity is an embarrassment to bloggers everywhere.

Yup - that's what we've called in in Atlanta for years. It's a liberal Democratic rag. The Ops-Ed editor, Cynthia Tucker is among the MOST liberal there is, and that mindset permeates even their "news" folks. Here's an example of how bad it is - I attended a banquet in the spring for the staff of the Red & Black, the University of Georgia's independent student-run newspaper, of which my daughter is a staff member. Ms. Tucker was the featured guest speaker. First she felt the need to slag bloggers for not being "reporters", and therefore having no journalistic standards or the need to ensure that their writing was factually accurate. This, after all of the news stories that were broken by bloggers or the "news" that bloggers have debunked, both because the bloggers actually applied the basic journalistic principle of checking facts, which is becoming increasingly foreign to the MSM. She then went on to tell these college-age journalists of the future that, when writing a news story, there was no requirement for a reporter to check their biases! In other words, bloggers have no credibility because they blur fact and opinion, but reporters are free to mix in opinion with facts... Unbelievable!! And the AJC wonders why circulation is nose-diving!

The Government, Divorce, and the War on
"For whatever reason, social conservatives focus considerable political effort on abortion, gay rights, and obscenity, but pay scant attention to divorce. Perhaps they think that ship has sailed for good, whereas other battles still offer winnable stakes. Perhaps too few look at our "family courts" and see a culture war; or perhaps too many lack the conviction to fight it. And when conservatives do target divorce, rather than lobby for legal reform of the "no-fault" divorce system, or changes in the way courts award custody or child support, they have preferred to employ the tools of ministry, treating divorce primarily as a moral problem rather than a political one; its attendant social evils as a consequence of sin, not of bad policy."

“They indulge in an infantile belief that if you successfully assassinate the character (in this instance "successfully" means "to the satisfaction of other leftists/socialists...etc.") of an ideological opponent, you have, ipso facto, refuted the substance of their thesis”

Interesting, so you are saying that when someone says “if Adolf Hitler (Oops! I forgot. He's one of theirs!)” they are doing a bad thing.

Maybe you have to repackage your grouping of “leftists/socialists/communists/jihadists/moderates/independents/progressives” to something simpler like “anyone who doesn’t think like me”.

AJC Rag (cont.)
mimic the Federal Model of Socialism. The larger Atlanta grew, so did it's city and country governments, until it had mimicked New York, Chicago, LA, Philadelphia, Washington D.C. and became the overtaxed and over legislated place in the south. This type of bureaucratic insanity began in earnest in the mid-1960's when LBJ declared his so-called "War on Poverty" and the huge Federal Bureaucracy began to expand exponentially and has ultimately destroyed a work ethic for many and pride, self respect, and family values for many who were wooed into the Entitlement Mentatlity. The states began getting Federal Mandates to Mimic the federal model, and government has grown and grown until we now have the current mess in Atlanta, and every other large bureeaucratic city and the nation at large. Politicians found that they could get elected over and over, the more poverty programs they expanded and enlisting new welfare recipients who became voters. To get elected in any Socialist city or state, all you have to do is promise more welfare spending, and voters line up as if in any line where you say, "we are giving more money away." This is the Liberal Democrat strategy and they keep getting elected, especially in large cities where many citizens depend on government for everything such as rent, food, medical care, utility bills, etc,, and get cash
to boot to buy cars with flachy wheels, boom boxes, Bling, Bling, drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, the latest Nikes, etc. So, it is no wonder none of these folks care to get a real job. They have more disposable CASH than the average worker who has to pay his or her own way as well as pay taxes to Support The Liberal Democrat Give Away Programs. This is the same Platform Obama is Running on. Better get out and Vote No to his Tax and Spend Democrat. You think it is bad now, you have no idea how bad it can get.

And the AJC has to promote It's Liberal Democrat Agenda and Propaganda.

The AJC is no surprise
The state of Georgia, as a state, has been sliding deeper and deeper into a heavily legislated and taxed state with a huge State Bureaucracy as well as county bureaucracies as Georgia Ran Headlong, beginning in the mid to late 1970's to more and more mimic the Federal Model of Socialism. The larger Atlanta grew, so did it's city and country governments, until it had mimicked New York, Chicago, LA, Philadelphia, Washington D.C. and became the overtaxed and over legislated place in the south. Andrea Jones...
...commits an obvious error in logic which is universally practiced by leftists/socialists/communists/jihadists/moderates/independents/progressives/liberals (What are they calling themselves this week?). They indulge in an infantile belief that if you successfully assassinate the character (in this instance "successfully" means "to the satisfaction of other leftists/socialists...etc.") of an ideological opponent, you have, ipso facto, refuted the substance of their thesis. By their reckoning, if Adolf Hitler (Oops! I forgot. He's one of theirs!) were to announce that the earth revolved around the sun, due to his "standing" I would be obliged to reject his hypothesis, without bothering to produce any evidence to the contrary. If your goal is truth, you won't get there by this route. If, however, as is the case with the Andrea Jones's of the world, your goal is to avoid thinking, you've hit paydirt.

Sadly, she's emblematic of the quality of the persons to whom our universities are handing out journalism degrees.

winter dafney, robin, and Mike R
you are all correct...I was just going to give up on this thread when I hit on you few people making sense.
It's getting harder and harder to skip over the idiocy, tho, and I guess I will just read Mike's great columns and forget the comments.
Sorry, Mike, the idiots have taken over and it makes for a poor dialog. or no dialog!

Cost\
How much does the cost of these university "pograms" get passed on as tuition. Likely all of it. Then the cost of litigation and the cost of administration etc etc. All the cost of indoctrination of our kids. And we're ultimately paying for it.

Thank you Mike for writing columns about the classroom junk, the GLTB buildings and programs etc all supported by tax payers. If more people become aware of how much the cost of a college education is going into this non education garbage, they might start holding their local colleges more accountable.

BTW How about the professor who is busy desecrating the host and ripping up the Quran? Great model but the university is standing by him.

To toomuchsense
The printed and visual news media folks deserve their hard-earned reputation for "lack of respect, disgraced and contempt".

If it weren't so hopeless, I would suggest they report something outside their biased and bigoted personal views. Or in spite of them. They might even become part of the reading and thinking public [although I doubt it -- it would sully that same reputation above].

Toomuchsense:
Too many examples to fit into 2,000 characters, but here's one:

“Any affirmative action program that doesn’t take race into account is worthless.” --- New York Times, referring to the University of Michigan AA program.

“Our affirmative action program doesn’t take race into account.” --- New York Times, referring to Jayson Blair’s hiring.

After the Blair scandal, the New York Times should have done the "honest and fair" thing and committed hara-kiri.

Need I mention Dan Rather?

Bloggers are Essential
It's a good thing we have bloggers. Otherwise those of us who are willing to make an effort to become informed would have no viable alternatives to what have become liberal-progressive-Democratic propaganda machines, AKA the traditional mass media.

Keep up the good work, Mike, and thank you.

Just a second comment.
It's amazing the lack of respect, disgrace and contempt that most of the public have for those employed in the newspaper trade. Most citizens upon hearing someone works for the local newspaper, shudder in relief. That we personally, have respectable and decent occupations. Where honesty and fair play are required, to keep one's job.

According to the decision...
...Dean Stephanie Ray:
– has been deeply involved in the formation and continued development of the Safe Space program;
– has made substantive contributions to the Safe Space manuals, brochures, flyers, training guides and training outlines
– She receives e-mails from individuals interested in the training program and invites people to Safe Space meetings;
– has participated in a variety of meetings for Safe Space and has used her office to print Safe Space materials;
– has sent reminders of upcoming meetings;
– has requested feedback on evaluations and has sent Safe Space training materials via e-mail to individuals;
– was copied on e-mails between members of the Georgia Tech Student Services department and student coordinator for Safe Space ;
– provided feedback to the student coordinator and others;
– along with the student coordinator is the moderator of Safe Space’s listserv;
– has provided her office space and refreshment budget for Safe Space events;
– has directed the student coordinator in terms of dealing with negative reactions to Safe Space;
– corresponded with an individual outside the Georgia Tech community on the Safe Space program.

Yet, “Defendants defend themselves from Plaintiffs’ claims by arguing that the Safe Space program has no ‘government’ involvement...” and “the program materials are ‘student speech’...”
http://www.telladf.org/userdocs/sklarruling.pdf p. 36-41

Andrea Jones is just another example of
inept and dishonest journalism. Of course the proof of this was well stated by Mr. Adams. But also by the snowballing drop of newspaper readership by the public. Self inflicted cancellation by their own readers, is but one of many signs of the moral decay of the editors.

svpallava @ 1:00pm:
No, they are not the same person. I’ve seen them both on TV. Cynthia McKinney was (was, thank heaven) a representative from Georgia. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cynthia_McKinney shows a picture of her.

Here is a bio of Tucker http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cynthia_Tucker (no picture).

Judgement
"To criticize popular taste is to invite the charge of elitism, and to defend distinctions of value - between the virtuous and the vicious, the beautiful and the ugly, the sacred and the profane, the true and the false - is to offend against the only value-judgement that is widely accepted, the judgement that judgements are wrong."
Roger Scruton

Look, I disagree with MellorSJ2 ...
(btw, is there a "2" because the first one was banned?) on social issues, but if I understand Mellor correctly, we do have common ground. We are in agreement on reducing the size and scope of government.

The thing is, most of SAY we want government out of our private affairs. But the minute someone steps on our toes, looks at us cross-eyed, says something derogatory, or acts affectinately in public to someone we think they shouldn't, we get our panties in a wad and ask the government pass a law to "protect" us from it.

Please people, grow some testicles and stop asking Big Brother to step and massage your sensibilities because they've been hurt. I heard or read somewhere (here on TH?) that all of us want a nanny state, we just want different nannies. Well, not me. Establish reasonable laws that respect each individuals liberties and use the power of government to enforce them. Period.

And before some idiot out there accuses me of being a cold hearted so-and-so, please know that I would love to see everyone employed, have health insurance, a roof over their head and food on their table. I just don't think it should be done via government fiat.

As near as I can tell...
Mellor is so messed up because he is going through that traumatic time of life known as puberty.

Great article...
MikeR and WinterDafney, I agree with your posts. I just skip over the Will junk and try to find the posts that actually relate to the article. This ruling actually gives me a glimmer of hope that our institutions of higher learning will be protected by the courts. There is so much corruption of basic American principles under the guise of political correctness...it's nice to see the law protecting the truth once in awhile.

For seesthelight @ 12:40
You're right about the urinal-constipation not doing research.

I can remember an entertainment column in a February 1995 edition which described a then relatively new CD as the singer's "debut release"; I had seen a similar description in Country Music Magazine in October 1994 and sent them a correction that the particular CD was the singer's SECOND release (and that I had a copy of her debut release--which I still have, BTW, along with her other five CD's to date)--CM Magazine acknowledged the mistake in its next issue.

By contrast, when I sent the same fact to AJC, I never saw the correction published--and when I called about it, all I got was lots of obfuscation.

For sedonaman @ 10:42
I can actually remember once (either in 1999 or 2000) discussing Cynthia McKinney and Cynthia Tucker with another church member. He actually wondered if the 2 Cynthias are the same person--which I thought an excellent question given that both (Cynthias) are extreme groats.

AZPhil on the Mars landing
Of course he could, he just loves the size of those interstellar probes! And when he's done with Mars, we all know where he's going next. Uranus!

Convolution
Dr. Adams nails the AJC in its total liberalism. I abhor reading most of the editorials. And the articles written by so many so-called journalists who are so immersed in their liberal perspective that they are unable to write objectively. There is little fact or truth found in the AJC reporting. Their sources such as Associated Press are liberally biased.
Headlines are negative, or worded to promote a response from those who have lost the ability to comprehend. They emote from their feelings about all the images from which they get their definitions and vocabulary.
It is exasperating to read some of the comments expressed by those who are operating from an "irregular ridge on the surface of the brain" and their words are "vanity"-like smoke- no real substance.

"xian"
Fiddler1, I believe that MellorSJ2 is using a shorthand expression for "Christian." The first letter is the Greek letter chi, which is the first letter in the Greek word that is translated "Christ." In my own notes, I will write "Xn" instead of writing the word out fully, but in anything I write for other people, I write "Christian" out fully so they will not have to puzzle out what I mean.

mellor
just what is an "xian"??? An inhabitant of the planent Xia?

Mellor SJ

is fully aware how perverted same-sex sodomy is. He is simply enslaved to his passions. He is struggling with his guilt. He knows he must repent to find peace.

For Kyle @ 09:11
I remember hearing that reference (urinal-constipation) about AJC even 14 years ago when I lived in metro-Atlanta (1994/01-1996/06, 1997/05-2001/01)--and the term sounded apt even then.

will
Are you tring to convince us that you're not really a bigot? Sorry, but you failed.

Will
Here comes Will, who could relate homosexuality to a story on the Mars landing.

Cynthia Tucker ...
... is opinion editor of the AJC and has been on The News Hour (PBS). I remember sometime about 1993, Hillary went to Red China to meet with her feminist socialist cronies to figure out more ways to extract more out of society (read: men). About the same time, The Promise Keepers were holding their meeting in Seattle to encourage men to meet their obligations to society. The Promise Keepers was the subject on that particular evening, and according to Tucker, THEY were the real threat.

I've had to stop reading the comments to Mike's articles. Don't have the time or desire to follow the 'Will' thread.

Sad because there used to be relevant discussion here.

Oh Will...
One thing about that church preaching love and acceptance (Unitarian Universalist). It is NOT a Biblical Christian Church. It is a humanist organization based on wordly standards.

That being said, the man that did the shooting does not speak for me or any other Christian I know. I'm sure he will be judged unworthy in the final judgement. Sorry... Biblical reference, Matthew 25:31-46.

MellorSJ2
do you fly on your broomstick, or use it in other ways?

Go Mike
Good work! G. Tech et al should be smacked down in court whenever they don't follow the Constitution, which I'm sure they would love to exchange for that wonderful, liberating, guarantor of fairness set of principles called Sharia.

Is he really this stupid?
Or does he play one on TV?

Who Says
Will is NOT a pedophile? I want proof.

Alright
Fall in!

Mellor, ya dimwit, did you just threaten John McKain with forceful sodomy?

What a dimwit!

Good article. Keep playing hardball where ever possible!

Mellor
You seriously can't come up with anything better? Talk about small-minded. I expected better. Again, as weakdave said, just because we don't agree, we are bigots. Typical argument, but it will only last so long bud.

Actually AJC didn't replace NYT
Urinal-constipation was known (among Atlanta locals) to be more liberal than NYT even as of 14 years ago; unfortunately, the AJC is not as much circulated outside Atlanta as NYT.

Sargie-poo
Simple question; simple answer.

Now, get over your military fantasies (is it the sadism or the beautiful young men?) and get a grip on yourself.

Come on!
I wish we could focus on the topic. The plaintiffs deserve to win. I don’t even support their position as much as I’m appalled at how GA Tech handles their business. Tolerance is the biggest hypocrisy of the left, just as rectitude is for the right. As I said in Mike’s last column, I think the opportunity is good for conservatives to increase their influence in education.

Alright
Fall in!

Mellor, front and center.

Let's see what this puke has to say:

"No. But it is all I need"

Listen up, meathead, you've just shown how moronic and small-minded you really are. You don't need reasons or rationale, you don't need examples or well-thought out arguments.

Instead, you think covering your ears and saying "no" is enough to deny truth and reality.

You're a pathetic little pissant with no real intellectual capability.

The only service you provide here is to give the rest of us countless hours of comedic relief.

'Nuff said!

The Other Name of the AJC
I live in Savannah, GA now for school but am from Atlanta originally. The name many of us like to use to refer to the AJC is the Atlanta-Urinal Constipation. This story explains why.

Mellor
I am and a very tolerant one. I don't care what Will does in his home but I don't want him getting in my face with his deviation. When someone defines himself or herself by how they have sex it is a symptom of a mental disorder.
Do you think it's OK for me to not accept Will's lifestyle choice? That's what tolerance and freedom is all about.

John, John
And what websites do I belong to, eh? You have a list?

Mike is a twerp. But he has enough smarts to keep churning out gay-bashing articles that pay his bills.

Feel free to waste your money any way you choose.

So? You lose.

Andrea Jones...
...probably heard the word "blogger" (sounds like whitey?) somewhere and thought it smart on her part to equate you to whatever she thought it meant. Of course the ALC is a fake newspaper...look at the audience it pretends to serve.

Mellor the village idiot
You seem to be taking advantage of TH tolerance. The websites you belong to would not allow us to post opinions and FACTS that are contrary to their skewed beliefs. Mike is doing a great job using the system that sick libs like you have used against REAL Americans for years. He needs help and I will send him some money. Don't forget about Michael Savage. He needs our help fighting another friend of the libs, CAIR.
Here is something for you to ponder:

Higher education today is almost an oxymoron. Higher indoctrination is more like it.

Seems to me that the mind set of the universities is to remove from our society any tqrace of honor, respect and decency. How did this come about? Must have been a lot of good men and women who did nothing when they saw the evil that was taking over.

Alright

So it's okay for you or your buddy to criticize and use harsh descriptions of others, but when the other side does, all of a sudden you cry bigotry?

You're like a little kid in a playground pushing other people down, but when they jump up and push you down, you start crying "no fair, no fair!"

Get out of here, punk, you disgust me.

Therefore we must Focus are energies to destroy the adamms thingy"

Dr, Adams : "By the way 'dearies', when the Islamists finally take over, you three and all like you, will be no more. Sadly, it will not be pleasant. You now live in one of the most tolerant nations on Earth, and when your heros take over, you will all be toast.

I will say a prayer for you."

weakdave
"Isn't is bigoted and small minded of you to make the above statements."

No.

AJC
is quickly catching the NYT with editors that don't put out the truth? Well I'll be darned. Didn't think that was possible.

Bigoted or small minded
"Here in Tennessee I discovered a church that was not bigoted or small-minded in the least."
"This sure beats the heck out out of virgin births and a Law Book condemning congregants for eating pork and a Great Flood that kills practically every living thing (done, of course, by a merciful, loving god)."

Isn't is bigoted and small minded of you to make the above statements. I love how the left calls the right intolerant, bigoted and small minded, just because we don't agree with you.

Swampfox
And to whom do you pray?

Thanks Mike
Thanks for sharing the news of this triumph of justice and sanity in the courts system. On another note, I think that henceforth I will just step over Will's crap and move on. I advise the other understandably irritated conservatives to do the same.

The very fact....
The very fact that this "church" founded a chapter of the ACLU (Anal civil liberties union) would be enough to interest Willy. And to SOME enough to shoot the place up.

i don't understand
why Will is allowed to take over the comments and is encouraged to do so.
Why don't you all get your own site and debate with Will ad nauseum if you wish.

Mike, another good column. Keep on nabbing the hypocrites. Your column is one of the first I turn to and always enjoy.

Mr Garrison
How's Mr Hand?

Will has a perversion?
I thought he was left-handed...

mellor
But they only hate h*mos, commies, and liberal morons who come to a conservative site and post their drivel day in and day out,as long as you're not one of those...oops...strike three and all that. lol

The Knoxville shooting
I can only pray that the man responsible for the Knoxville shooting is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law possible. From what I have read the good citizens of Knoxville have been overwhelming in their support for the church and people that were attacked.

I'm just relieved....
...Will's perversion is homosexuality, and not pedofilia.A lot of children are relieved, also.

Journalistic Integrity
Is "Journalistic Integrity" an oxymoron?

"Gay-Friendly" Churches for WIll
Will, there are several Protestant denominations that now approve of sodomy in the parsonage and ordain homosexual ministers.

Will, do you genuinely believe that religions generally DO NOT counsel their congregants to employ reason and heed scientific findings?
Will, I had science classes in a Catholic parochial school. Where do you get these ideas?

Will

Will admits, "I did not realize that there were churches out there preaching love and justice and respect..."

There's a whole lot you don't realize, and that's a fact.

Yes, But
What else can you expect from a liberal who claims to be a reporter? They think that not only do they deserve their own opinion, which they assume every intelligent person shares, but they also deserve their own facts - whether such facts exist or not.

I once derided the residents
of the entire state of Tennessee as "hicks" and "yahoos".

I would like now to apologize for such monstrous manners. It was because of the recent weekend shootings at a Knoxville, Tennessee Unitarian Universalism Church that I decided I had painted middle-americans (living in "flyover states") with too broad a brush. Here in Tennessee I discovered a church that was not bigoted or small-minded in the least. Here was a church that did not preach a doctrine of eternal damnation, that opened its doors widely to gays, lesbians and bisexuals (even encouraged gays to self-acceptance), that fed the homeless, that founded a chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union, that was active in the abolitionist movement in the 19th century, a religion which counsels us to heed the guidance of reason and the results of science.

This sure beats the heck out out of virgin births and a Law Book condemning congregants for eating pork and a Great Flood that kills practically every living thing (done, of course, by a merciful, loving god).

Je regrette, Townhallers.

Perdoneme, Townhallers.

I will not paint with so broad a brush next time.

Grazie.

I did not realize that there were churches out there preaching love and justice and respect; that encourage it's congregants to seek their own spiritual path; that it's congregants to

I do not see
how the Judge could have possibly tolerated this amount of intolerance in the name of tolerance. I know I could not have tolerated this much intolerance in the name of tolerance. The Judge surely has more tolerance for intolerance to tolerance than I do! I'm outta here, I can't even tolerate myself now...lmao...is that intolerance also?

Yes Will!
Think of it as a challenge to invent some new convoluted logic and circular reasoning to somehow, somewhere tie this to your sexual preference.

Let's see
Will could say that the Judge's ruling left the "back door" open for another insertion of litigation. Maybe he can try that on for size.

Regarding the issue, thanks to Dr. Adams for holding G. Tech's feet to the fire and for the well deserved ridicule of the pathetic reporting by an emerging journalistic rag.

Hurry up, Will!
Quick! Think about how you can make this about your anal predelictions.
