Will the Dems' health care Christmas Present to America be an improvement or detriment to our health care system?

One could almost understand his initial reluctance to answer questions about his connection to the Jihadist website known as “Global War.” After all, the initial accusations that he gives comfort and aid to our enemies were all made by people who write while wearing their pajamas.

But I became 100% convinced of his connection to the site – the one that encourages Jihad and helps people learn how to make bombs – when I read the April 2006 Columbus Dispatch article by Kathy Lynn Gray. The damning portion is reproduced below:

Kent State University has been dealing for several years with the case of a Muslim professor, Julio Pino, who calls himself "the most dangerous Muslim in America."

Pino, a tenured associate history professor, angered some faculty members in 2002 when he wrote a column in the school newspaper that was an ode to a Palestinian suicide bomber. Pino called the bomber a martyr.

English professor Lewis Fried called on the university to fire Pino, but Kent State President Carol Cartwright said at the time that the school supports the free exchange of ideas.

Pino now has a blog on the Internet where he writes that U.S. servicemen are butchers who massacre Iraqis and urges readers to "join the Islamic resistance."

Pino said yesterday he had no comment. - kgray@dispatch.com

By the way, the “most dangerous Muslim in America” line came right from the “Global War” blog site. His response of “no comment” can be roughly translated as follows: “(Expletive) you, infidel. I have tenure.”

But it gets worse. On my second of three calls this week to the Department of History, I laid out my accusations on Julio’s voice mail. He declined to comment. His silence can be roughly summarized as follows: “(Expletive) you, infidel. I have tenure.”

And then Fox News got involved with an invitation to Pino to debate me on “Fox News Live” Thursday morning (March 1st). He declined Fox, which can be roughly translated as: “(Expletive) you, infidel. I have tenure.”

Next in line was the staff of Special Report with Britt Hume. When they somehow got through to him directly, Pino refused to deny his association with the “Global War” blog – a refusal which can be roughly translated as: “(Expletive) you, infidel. I have tenure.”

His Chair did not help matters at all when publicly admitted this week that Pino has confessed to him that he does contribute to the site – although he does not “own” it. Well, that certainly clears him. Just like the guy I know who committed murder and later said – after being caught with the smoking gun - that he didn’t “own” it. He just fired a few shots from it. That’s all.

And speaking of smoking guns, I’m holding one right in my lap as I write this short column. It is a profanity-laced email from http://global-war.bloghi.com using the email address (jpino@kent.edu).

How about that, ladies and gentlemen? Kent State issued a statement yesterday - after an investigation that took hours – saying that there is, a) no evidence connecting Pino to the site (which contradicts his Chair’s statements), and b) no evidence he used Kent State resources in the activities he allegedly wasn’t involved with.

I would say that establishing Pino as an active Al Qaeda sympathizer was difficult but, clearly, that would be a lie. And that might get me promoted to the administration of Kent State University.

It's easy to attack...
someone we don't know based on half a story. I've met Pino a few times and I think he seems like an alright guy. I'm not defending him because I don't know if this stuff is true or not...but I dont see any hard evidence at all from Mike Adams...He makes some lofty claims and when I clicked on the blog I found no proof of Pino. He's just an opinionated professor. They are everywhere. That's how they are supposed to be. That's what makes college classes interesting - all the wacky opinions of all the different professors. I'd rather have that than go to a school where everyone thinks the same and no one ever makes outrageous claims....Professors like Pino make me think independently...

The thing I find the most humorous is that, as a patriot myself....I stand behind our constitution....and I believe in letting people be innocent until they are proven guilty...

I was a lib once...
back when I was in my teens. Then I matured in my thinking and put off childish thinking.

P.S. Except for the occasional joke that nobody laughs at besides me.

Jack Bauer
Jack Bauer and CTU, where ARE you?!?!!?

This guy needs to be checked out by the
FBI, and or CIA, If he truly supports Jihad and radical Islam, he needs to be picked up and sent to GITMO. Whether he has tenure or not, he needs to be picked up and tried as an enemy of the US. If we keep pussyfooting around with these murderers, we are going to see more 9/11 type attacks on our soil. I have no trouble remembering the devastation on 9/11. I have no trouble remembering the first WTC attack in 1993.
What will it take to wake up America to the fact that these people do not valus human life, Especially ours!

Hit the pocket book
When Kent State alums start sending email and letters to the Kent State president about withholding future donations due to Julio at the school yard, the guy will get re-assigned or put on leave.

Private donations are critical, even to institutions that as supported largely by tax dollars.

"I myself have been on the receiving end of an Internet-based smear campaign where inflammatory things I had not written were but which appeared to be from my address and/or site were attributed to me and sent to my employer."

That's interesting. I got an e-mail sent to me that purported to com from my e-mail address; my ISP says it was a "spoof." That was last year and I haven't seen another but who knows where the spoofer is sending and what?

Questions
For those who continuously cite free speech. (They are rhetorical for all of you mush-minded libs)

1) Shouldn't we all make an effort in life to do the right thing?
2) Is Pino doing the right thing?
3) Do you believe that there is truth to the statement "with great freedom comes even greater responsibility"?
4) Should we have laws that mandate acting responsibly?
5) Should we be able to act responsibly on our own even if there are no laws requiring that we do?
6) Should we as tax-payers provide for the livelihood of those who wish us dead?
7) Should a patriot like Dr. Adams be criticized for shining a light on the fact that tax payers are providing for the livelihood of one who wishes us dead?

Purplestater
A reasoned approach is always best in these matters. The witch hunting tone and the violent rhetoric only undermine our message. And I say this as someone who's been trying to bring this story to light for a year now.

My blog has been getting a lot of hits because of this and in an effort to calm things, I put up a small post about how I think this should all turn out. It might surprise you.

If Dr. Pino is really up to the things Dr. Adams says he is, it's up to *the authorities* to deal with this.

Thanks, Cate.

Thanks, Cate. That makes sense. I was not saying it's not possible, but I did find the way Professor Adams described it to be lacking in details with which to judge his statement.

I'd still like to see Professor Adams himself specifically address this and let us know how an email from a kent.edu domain address was sent from the bloghi.com website and could only have been sent from the account user of jpino@kent.edu.

I myself have been on the receiving end of an Internet-based smear campaign where inflammatory things I had not written were but which appeared to be from my address and/or site were attributed to me and sent to my employer.

Yes, some people feel that much emotion and hatred about some topics. So, yeah, please indulge me as I point out how, based on what Professor Adams has presented here, this does not quite appear to be a slam dunk.

Any participation by Professor Pino on that site, even if he is not the owner, is enough for me to feel anger, as I'm sure it does most of the readers here. Now, I have faith that the vast, vast, vast majority of readers here would not do anything like this, but is it not possible that someone(s) here might feel that Professor Pino shouldn't be allowed to squirm his way out, so faking and sending a few carefully placed emails to really put him on the radar screen is justified if it gets him fired and/or arrested.

There are people here talking about ways to kill and/or desecrate Professor Pino here; isn't it plausible that one or two (among thousands) might think it justifiable -- or even morally imperative -- to plant an email?

If this guy has done what Dr. Adams says he has done, then the FBI and other appropriate organizations should be informed and be investigating. But Dr. Adams is not police, judge, and jury. Neither are we. We have a right to contact Kent U and express our outrage; students there have a right to boycott his classes and picket his classroom and/or office. But the insidious spread of information about Professor Pino's personal details and the lack of due process in determining his guilt makes for a very precarious situation.

Is it plausible that Dr. Adams has this wrong and Dr. Pino is little more than a sometime contributor to the site, talking about what he thinks is wrong with American policy but not egging anyone on to kill Americans? Perhaps. And is it plausible that Dr. Adams and/or a number of commenters here are encouraging -- perhaps inadvertently, perhaps with some deliberateness -- a person with both access and zeal, maybe someone who is a bit borderline, to take out the professor?

We live in a society of laws. If Dr. Pino is really up to the things Dr. Adams says he is, it's up to them to deal with this.

muddying the story

I think you missed my point. Professor Adams is ratcheting up this situation when, if his information is correct, that is completely unnecessary. He seriously undermines his case by *interpreting* silence and no-comment as profanity and fighting words.

If his accusation stands on its own, that is totally unnecessary and even distracting.

As for me "[not attempting] to defend [my] opinions," you completely missed my point. I was underscoring how an inability or unwillingness to respond can mean many other things besides "(Expletive) you, infidel" or some such tone. In my case, it might have meant I'm too busy studying/working today and this is no longer worth my time. For someone else, it could mean other things. It was wrong for Professor Adams to muddy this topic in this way.

Kent has the deep pockets.
Kent is aware of Pino's acts to incite violence.
If it can be shown that Pino was acting as an Agent of Kent and one of Pino's students harms someone or damages property, Kent MIGHT also be liable?

great idea
I think drewrush may have hit on a great idea.

"It's called a restraining order (they're easier to get than you think), the second amendment and a good dead bolt."

Perhaps local citizens around Kent State could obtain a restrianing order against Julio Pino. With the 100 foot rule, his mobility could be tremendously impacted. Just think, gas station owners, grocery stores, banks could have restraining orders that prevent him from going near them. Maybe even another professor at Kent State could have one that prevents him from being in his office or classroom.

Then with our second amendment rights (if we still have them), it would allow those of us who do come into contact with Mr. Pino to be able to protect ourselves when he may act out on his thoughts.

And finally, the dead bolt on our doors to keep him off our property if necessary.

Thanks drewrush for these terrific ideas, since we're left to protecting ourselves when those we pay to do it, seem not wiiling to do it.

Free speech-how far?
School kids- 17-18-19 year olds. These are the targets of a coward like this. We pay our tax dollars for this? The young people I speak with in this day and age are for the most part the most informed and clueless generation ever. Yup, informed and clueless. The amount of information available now days is exponentially higher than at any time in recorded history and increasing every day. However, kids have been indoctrinated into the lie of multicultural garbage, relativistic nonsense and post modern views of any historical event. The excuses for this man teaching his evil boloney is because he has 1st amendment rights. Yet when a conservative comes to a college campus and speaks (Coulter, minutemen and others to numerous to count) it's physical attacks and shouting down. We are in a dangerous time frame in this country. Men like this who promote this sludge are basically threating the lives of the very people they are employed by. Yet the weakkneed college administrations cow-tow to these cretens as though they were entertaining the court of Athens. We are living in the sickest era of our history, and the historical era we are living in could well be our last.

Bleeding Heart
By all means open fire on someone standing on a soapbox making speeches in your front yard. It won't go very well for you. You actually have to be in peril - and usually being confronted with violence in your home - to use deadly force. The best you could hope would be to get charged with manslaughter, although murder would be far more likely.

On the upside, Austria would likely name a stadium after you.

And you're also off base on the freedom of speech argument: calling for the violent overthrow of the government isn't protected. Neither is incitement to criminal acts (and terrorist acts would certainly qualify).

Pino
The problem with prosecuting this guy for aiding the enemy in time of war is that we are not at war. If the government would get its act together and make it official, then we could deal with guys like this. As it is, the whole thing about aiding the enemy and being an enemy combatant doesn't fly.

So, if we stick to the rule of law, this guy is not doing anything illegal.

What a mess!

You guys ARE using fragile bullets?
Don't forget the drop of crazy glue to seal those hollow points.

Old Sarge re: website link
I had the same problem; as you say, we need to be prepared but blocking access hinders that. So who did the redirect?

As for greasing the bullets, lard is rendered pig fat and should work fine in the nose cavities of hollowpoints. Hpwever, a friend told me not to try packing buckshot in lard because it will make a mess and jam the shotgun. Let's see: how feasible is it to load a slug backwards and put lard in that cavity?

Kent Liability?
If one of Pino's students bombs a shopping mall, could survivors and relatives of the dead sue Kent for condoning Pino's teachings?

KSU's statement
Regarding the picture on his blog...he used to use his faculty picture. This was one way in which he was tracked down in the first place.

KSU's statement
KSU was contacted nearly a year ago about his blog and the seeming links between Prof. Pino and the IP addresses coming from the university. They were ignored. Their statement that they have no evidence is a lie. It was sent to them last year.

FBI sting thing is the hoax
the FBI sting is from a parody site and was a way to try and prevent possible jihadis from visiting his site.

email
the email Mr. Adams refers to was a an email sent from a blog notifier on which Dr. Pino had commented. It not only lists his blog but his email address. In this case his email address at KSU.

To JF
Interesting point, but I believe the University would be treated as an employer rather than a government intity in this case. They should be able to apply sanctions as desired as long as they do not violate existing State law or any contract that they have with the creep.

Now the State AG could not prosecute because they would be a State Agency and not an employer.

Liberal Reality Check - Lesson No. 19
Leftists have no concept of what freedom entails, what it looks like in practice, or what it takes to preserve it. Contrary to the juvenile “say what you want and bear no consequences” mentality that dominates leftist thinking (or what passes for it), the free exercise of freedom can, does, and should bear negative fruit for those who make poor choices in their exercise of it. While what leftists describe as freedom of speech or action would more accurately be described as freedom from consequence by responsible adults, unfortunately there is no inalienable right to freedom from consequence to be found in the constitution or in God’s natural order.

On the contrary, it is only the promise of that moment of reckoning when one is held to account for the consequences of their action that discerning, freedom-enjoying people are able to focus their intellectual, moral, and self-disciplining impulses towards hopeful productive ends.

So does Julio Pino have the right to say what he wants? Sure, within certain limits. Do I have the right to complain about what he says? Absolutely? Can I demand that his publicly-subsized employer fire his sorry a@@? You betcha. Will anybody’s rights have been infringed by these exercises of freedom? No. Once everyone has had their say, and acted within their rights, will everyone be happy with the outcome? Unlikely, but that’s the way it is supposed to work in a free society.

RetMSgt
Beautifully said. Do you think the lefties will get a clue? I have hopes, but I don't think they will. I fear we are in a national death spiral. Too many lefties, add the radical muslims and illegals, and we patriots are significantly outnumbered. First, they'll "law" us to literal death. Then?

maroon
"Mr. Atta and the rest of the 911 terrorists. They broke no real significant laws, therefore there was nothing that could have been done. We only need to wait for murder to be committed, then perhaps the people we pay to protect us can act. How can we win? How do we protect ourselves from avowed Al-Quaeda sympathizers and probable future terrorists right here at home?"

The solution isn't that difficult if democrats wouldn't tie our hands. It is comprised of the patriot act, wiretapping and racial profiling.

"It's like women who are being abused by their husband/boyfriend who want protection. The woman must wait for the abuser to really inflict damage before the police can act."

It's called a restraining order (they're easier to get than you think), the second amendment and a good dead bolt.

Pino running a sting for FBI?
A blog post at this url...

http://asmalldoseofreality.bloghi.com/2006/04/09/fbi-running-muslim-sting-operation-through-kent-state-university-associate-professor-julio-assad-jibril-pino.html

...from 11 months ago, says that Pino was running an FBI 'sting" operation from his website. No evidence is cited in the post to support this contention so take it FWIW.

Two days ago (found this googling Pino) an organization called the "Islamic Community Net" sent this urgent message to their followers to avoid the Pino website because it is an FBI sting. This is from the moonbat indymedia site, and it is clearly also written by moonbats (9/11 was a Mossad operation...there's no evidence bin laden was connected to 9/11...you know the drill)Here's the link:

http://cleveland.indymedia.org/news/2007/02/24619.php

..so again, take it FWIW, but I thought I would at least introduce this possibility to the comment thread for discussion.

If it is indeed an FBI operation, it would possibly help explain a few things...1)the fact that KSU has not acted against the guy in the period of more than a year during which there has been attention paid to this guy and his hate message...2) why they put a different photo of Pino on the hate website, and 3)why he has issued flat "no comment" responses to inquiries by Adams and others.

here, BTW, is the official statement yesterday from Kent State University:

http://www.kent.edu/media/NewsReleases/StatementRegardingAssociateProfessorJulioPino.cfm

bleeding heart
"Free speech is free uncensored speech."

That sentence provides just a part of the definition of free speech, to wit: free speech as unbridled by editing and censoring either in print or out in the open. The whole point is that censorship can take on many different forms, from prohibition to criminalization to restriction based on contractual agreements.

"I am not a lawyer or a law student. I don't pretend to be."

I am not a lawyer or a law student either. But I can read and think instead of mindlessly chanting "free speech means you can say anything!" You of course give no thought to the fact that "harm" as a consequent to free speech can take on many forms, and that "harm" need not be physical in nature to disallow some forms of speech.

"The "Rule of Law" is a republican chant that I have to agree with."

If by "Rule of Law" you mean, the active process of determining rights and the violations thereof, then I doubt it can be considered a "republican chant." But, you're a liberal, so you think what you believe should occur should be legal regardless of what the constitution, case law or common sense tells you.

Playing by the rules is handcuffing the
good guys.

Evidently many of you believe a radical traitor like Mr. Pino who is seeking the overthrow of the U.S.A. gets a free pass due to the typical ignorance of lefty interpretation. Letter of the law vs. intent of the law? Lefties are great at the law letters so they can twist them to their designs.

They have to be as they have NO understanding of the concepts of freedom and responsibilty.

So what are sane people to do? Dip some hollow point rounds in pig feces?
Do you lefties have ANY clue that you are taking away all of our tools to deal with people who want to kill you? Of course not. (answering my own question)

When law no longer works to protect the citizens, and we're getting there - too many lefty twists now - historically the guns are brought into play. Do you lefties REALLY want an armed conflict here? When you continue to tie the hands of the good guys, what do you expect?

But I forget, you lefties cannot distinquish the good guys from the bad guys - everyone's the same.

Hint: the bad guys are the ones trying to blow you up or cut off your head.

Excellent post, Dr. Adams.

Tenure
There should be no such thing as tenure, which nearly rhymes with manure...

Treason vs Free Speech
Bleeding Heart Liberal writes: Friday, March, 02, 2007 12:40 AM
Mind reading 101

BHL: It appears that free speech includes the intent to murder all citizens of the United states and all others that do not subscribe to his religion. That in MHO means that he is avocating the overthrow of our government for which we stand. That my friend is not free speech but treason, if he is a citizen. Tenure or no tenure. Of course Liberals have vacated the degination of treason in this country so you stand on sound groung. Maybe not.

Maroongold
"I suppose that since there is nothing that can be done to eliminate Julio Pino as a threat to U.S. citizens, we must assume that there was nothing that could have been done to prevent Mr. Atta and the rest of the 911 terrorists."

It's funny that you should ask this. I've been wondering for a long time exactly what the phrase "against all enemies, foreign and domestic" actually meant in the enlistment oath that I took when I joined the Air Force. What could someone like me do if this guy Pino lived right next door and I was aware of his actions? Or what if I had known that Atta was planning something subversive? Let's say I call the FBI and they do nothing. I call the police and they do nothing. Then the morning of 9/11 comes and I see Atta and his friends leaving for the airport. What do I do then?
It has gotten to the point that if you take some action as Dr Adams has to identify someone as an agent of the enemy, you are the bad guy. You're apparently encroaching on some "right" that they have to endanger the public. And this whole "freedom of speech" argument is getting tired.
Until liberals like Bleeding Heart gets a clue what real responsibility is, they will just keep going on with the same rhetoric. Notice how he's so caught up with the speech right issue but doesn't even address sedition or treason. That's because those words don't even exist in his "enlightened" world.

Dead Fish
"...How can we win? How do we protect ourselves from avowed Al-Quaeda sympathizers and probable future terrorists right here at home?..."

If ya gotta ask, you're already dead

we can't win
I suppose that since there is nothing that can be done to eliminate Julio Pino as a threat to U.S. citizens, we must assume that there was nothing that could have been done to prevent Mr. Atta and the rest of the 911 terrorists. They broke no real significant laws, therefore there was nothing that could have been done. We only need to wait for murder to be committed, then perhaps the people we pay to protect us can act. How can we win? How do we protect ourselves from avowed Al-Quaeda sympathizers and probable future terrorists right here at home?
It's like women who are being abused by their husband/boyfriend who want protection. The woman must wait for the abuser to really inflict damage before the police can act.

"Charged, judged and lynched"?
Charged and judged, yes. Lynching must wait till we get properly match his weight to the "drop schedule". Can't have his old noggin come popping off on us. That just wouldn't be right. It's especially hazardous since he can't have very well developed neck muscles as they didn't have to support much by way of brains. Maybe we could just give him the ole Danny Pearl treatment. A little first hand experience with "religion of peace" tactics.

Free Speech; ps for Rick

Free speech is free uncensored speech.

I am not a lawyer or a law student. I don't pretend to be. The "Rule of Law" is a republican chant that I have to agree with.

Judging from the creative pen names on this site, Mr. Adams' allegations about Dr. Pino cause me to wonder about the accuracy of his claims and how he managed to authenticate them.

Ps for Rick O'shea.

Irony is a difficult art form. I apologize if mine fell flat or I misunderstood your post.

As an Ohio resident I'm furious
(got better words but this is a family website).
Cate is right, KSU could care less about what and how Pino functions. Those of us who live here have called it "Berkley East" every since the 60's.
Send an E-mail to Governor Ted Strickland (go to http://www.ohio.gov and link). Since he is a liberal Democrat he may not do anything, but since he's new he might think its important Ohio not be painted as a haven for islamofasciasts.
I've e-mailed Strickland and also the board of trustees and intend to try to contact those who are local personally but frankly I dont expect much.

Bleeding Heart
The constitution protects your right to disagree. It does not protect your right to either actively participate in actions against the United States or incite others to do so. Should a person do that, they have now not only betrayed their country but their fellow countrymen as well. It would no longer be a First Amendment issue, I believe treason is covered elsewhere.

Kent State prof
Good writing. Good detective work.

"Charged, Judged, & Lynched"
So I assume that Bleeding Heart would accept the argument that Jimmy Carter has charged, judged, and lynched the state of Israel with his most recent book, right?

Tables turned
Consider for a moment if a fellow tenured Kent State professor had posted comments to a White Power web site where he described himself as "the most dangerous Ku Klux Klansman in America." Suppose he advocated the murder of African-Americans and memorialized a KKK member who had died in the process of burning down a church filled with Black worshippers.
Would the university defend him as fervently as they defend Pino? Would the liberal community argue as zealously that his First Amendment rights MUST be protected? We all know that they would not. "Free speech" in universities is an equal right, but it seems some are more equal than others.

Consequences...
Bleeding Heart Liberal there are consequences for people's actions in life.

As a liberal you may not be too clear on using reasoning in your life or debates. However Pino's writings are available and if you are intelligent...you have or will investigate those writings.

Consequences for calling for the slaughter of our servicemen and citizens and the effort to enlist like minded individuals to do just that...have legal implications. Sedition and Treason being some of them. He may even come under the heading of enemy combatant.

Dancing around and harping on "freedom of speech" and intentionally ignoring what he has written and called for is standard for what you use as a call name.

to Bleeding Heart
What part don't we understand?

-The part where state universities can outlaw "hate speech" but can't fire a professor for inciting violence.

-The part where state universities, because they take federal tax money, are apparently required to employ militant muslims under the "freedom of speech" clause, but public schools, because they take federal tax money, are apparently required squelch any advocacy of Christianity under the "separation from church and state" stance that isn't even in the Constitution.

Why does "freedom of speech" protect Islam but not Christianity? Why are conservative views "hate speech" and liberal views "protected speech?" This makes no sense and I think you are making a case that is not well-supported.

correction
Further, he would have to prove that he did not in fact contribute those articles, since the paramount defense to a defamation suit is the fact that what was uttered (by Dr. Adams) was TRUE.

bleeding heart
"What part of Free Speech don't you understand?

As it was once explained to me, "Free Speech ends at the point between your fist and the other guy's nose."

Right, and whoever explained it to you in that fashion was definitely not a jurist. Such an oversimplified explanation of free speech is ridiculous at best. Please do some homework and read some supreme court briefs regarding what constitutes protected free speech and then resume debating here.

"Dr. Pino apparently does not own the blog, may or may not have written some very hateful things that were written under a pen name and Mr. Adams thinks he should be fired"

Yes, Adams does think Pino should be fired. And, as you correctly say, he has the right to think that and express that as long as he does not harm anyone/Pino or violate Pino's rights.

"Pino has been charged, judged and lynched by Mr. Adams allegations."

Except that Adams's allegations neither harm Mr. Pino physically or materially, nor do they infringe upon his rights. If Mr. Pino has a problem with Adams, he can sue him in a court of law for defamation (libel and/or slander). However, the proof that he did write for this website lies in the fact that he isn't suing Adams.

If he sued Adams for defamation he would have to overcome quite a large obstacle as a burden of proof: that Adams knowingly lied regarding the contents of his speech. (actual malice) Further, he would have to prove that he did not in fact contribute those articles as the paramount defense to a defamation suit is the fact that what was uttered (by Dr. Adams) was TRUE. Also, if such speech (meaning Dr. Adams's) was done with the public good in mind, then Dr. Adams can claim he uttered it for that reason as well.

So, as you say, the reason we can infer Pino's guilt is in the fact that he won't sue Adams. It goes much deeper than just refusing to debate him.

Thanks for playing though. Your consolation prize is a lesson in American jurisprudence.

"...the freedoms that are forced on us by the constitution..."

ROFL...You can't make this stuff up ;-)

Can't you read?
What part of Free Speech don't you understand?

As it was once explained to me, "Free Speech ends at the point between your fist and the other guy's nose."

Responsibility for Free Speech is juxtaposed with shouting "FIRE" in a crowded theater.

Mr. Adams first incited people by saying Pino owned the Global War blog. Then he alleged Pino wrote the inflammatory articles. Pino has been charged, judged and lynched by Mr. Adams allegations.

But, if you take away the sarcasm and sneer from his column, all that remains is that Pino is tenured, contributed to a nasty site, and does not want to argue with Gun toting, fringe freak tabloid journalists.

Dr. Pino apparently does not own the blog, may or may not have written some very hateful things that were written under a pen name and Mr. Adams thinks he should be fired.

Now then, who is shouting fire in a crowded theater?

If you don't like the freedoms that are forced on us by the constitution, Leave.

Okay Bleeding Heart Liberal
There is a guy in your front yard (America) on his soap box telling you he is going to kill you and your family.

Take your shotgun and go cap him, wiseass.

this is a pretty good site to look at
regarding "fighting words" and perhaps julio can be prosecuted on these grounds:

http://www.firstamendmentcenter.org/Speech/arts/topic.aspx?topic=fighting_words

Contacting the trustees
I sent an email to the trustees yesterday, and another one today complaining that they had not answered my original email. I intend to keep sending emails to them until they do something about this or issue some kind of communique. Silence is consent, as far as I am concerned. IF they don't take a public stand, it means they don't care what this guy is doing. Secondly, there was a short article in The Chronicle of Higher Education today that states unequivocalby that Pino is not associated with nor the author of the global war blog. That seems to run directly counter to the assertions made on this website. However, it doesn't surprise me, since The Chronicle is a higher ed and therefore liberal pub. Last week I read two articles that said Reagan did not win the Cold War, and one that said conservatives are better writers than liberals because their ideas are so simple and shallow. I'm glad to know that. Liberals' writing is obtuse because they are so...Deep. Yeesh. Yeah, that's a disinterested assessment.

free speech
1. if you are a professor and your university fires you due to your expression of free speech, the legality of the firing depends upon a) the university code itself, b) any contractual obligations you have regarding the type of and content in your speech, and c) whether such speech endangers people, causes panic, deteriorates the operations of the university, is adverse to the mission of the university or will harm any individual and/or group either physically or in terms of violation of rights.

2. that being said, there does exist a double standard in academia today, and i believe that is the rub of our good friend's article. all that dr adams MIGHT be saying is kent state should amend its mission, code and contractual obligations such that anyone who speaks against america, specifically endorsing terrorism, will get the boot. on the other hand, he MIGHT be saying that the double standard should be dropped and if julio is allowed to stay, then no person from the christian side of things should be fired for declaring homosexuality evil, etc. i'm inclined to believe the latter scenario as dr adams is an adamant believer in destroying speech codes on campuses. however, this may be his exception to the rule.

3. as far as the website is concerned, it has been made a crime to give money or aid to any terrorist organization, and not only that, ANY branch of that organization. for example, if i give money to the humanitarian side of such an organization, i have committed a crime. it does not matter if my money went to a branch that uses all my money to feed children hurt in war zones, it is prohibited.

4. however, there is caselaw in the country that says just because one part of a business does something wrong, it does not implicate any of the other parts. thus, if my local bank branch steals some of my money, it does not implicate every other branch within the national business. thus, if julio is writing saying america should be destroyed, but offers no material support for the same, it cannot be deemed the same crime as trying to destroy america.

i believe that such speech should not be made illegal. why? let's say the government has taken away all our guns, made driving illegal and has redistributed all our money as a part of pogroms (ahem, the democratic utopia), i can be put in jail just for saying we should destroy the powers that be.

5. he should be fired.

Free Speech re: Julio Pino
...so this traitor Pino can blog all he wants about jihad (unless the blog service provider decides to shut him down - no, this would *not* violate the 1st amendment). The government may not intervene.

However, the content and consequence of his words may haunt him...perhaps he can be prosecuted for treason, sedition, aid and comfort to enemies...etc.

If he is found to be a traitor (and not just some lame faggy wannabe jihadi dork), *execute him*...he will have betrayed the lives and liberties of us all.

RetMSgt
"...Rights come with responsibility..."

This in a nutshell is PRECISELY what is anathema to today's Hollywood-style liberalism. "Responsibility" is a 4-letter word to libs, just as the word "individualism" is. This is a huge reason why liberalism is such a deadly enemy to our constitutional republic as envisioned by the Founding Fathers, frankly a greater enemy than the 7th century Islamic nuts running around the world.

In another thread yesterday, utahnotmormon and other leftists got their panties all in a wad when I pointed out that today's Hollywood liberalism is the exact opposite of Adam Smith's classic liberalism. Today's liberalism has absolutely no connection to the dictionary definition of the word.

Free Speech
The 1st Amendment only applies to Congress. I can censor you anytime I wish on my own blog/website/forum/property.

The protection of 'free speech' extends only to government preemption/suppression.

'Free speech' does not grant you immunity from consequences. You can lie all you want, freely, and the government may not stop you, but you can still be prosecuted for slander/libel.

The whole "shouting fire in a theater" argument is crap...*that* is why it failed. You can shout "fire" whenever you damn well please, nobody can stop you, but there had better damn well *actually* be a fire or else you may find yourself being prosecuted under the concept of reckless endangerment of others' lives. Your 'free speech' remains intact at all times.

Thanks AF Major
for responding on the comments by Old Sarge and the meaning of pig blood and grease being used when dealing with muslim adversaries.

There may be some that are not aware of the disgust and fear this brings to the muslims. I have read up on Pershing's successful actions in dealing with the rising in the Phillipines. IT worked!

DBZ - FYI Churchill is still getting his 100,000 salary from the university here in Colorado. He will continue to do so until the committee's reach a conclusion. (3 years now) Meanwhile he is not allowed to teach on campus and is free to do as he wishes. Great Punishment huh?

I think we need to let the FBI and Homeland Security deal with this Pino. Forget losing his job. My monies on his having been flagged prior and now subsequently moved up the watch list. Not that that means he will only be watched.

I guess you can't be liberal and love your country, military, and citizens. Otherwise why would so many liberals back Pino versus disavowing the man stands for their beliefs. See alot about "free speech" (common verse) but no mention of outrage regarding his wish and vision of our deaths. Notice the word "ours"?

Pino and Free Speach
Yes, free speech is protected until it endangers society. The Supreme court has ruled that to shout "FIRE" in a crowded theater constitues a danger and is not protected. The reason: It presents a Clear and Present Danger to those there.
Yes, the argument failed on appeal, but remains an example of when free speech is not protected.
Old Illini

Free Speech?
There was another assault the other day in Southwest - the most dangerous place here at Planet UMass, the most dangerous campus in the country. (Dateline says...)

These assaults are so common that they are nonchalantly ignored. Except for this one - the perp said something homophobic. The perp exercised his free speech rights. And now it is a major crime in an Artro Guthre style.

Like, this is different?

Here's a question
How can any state campus have "hate speech" laws, then, if they are representative of the government and cannot abridge free speech?

Bleeding Heart

Your mind must be a total mess. I would be confused too. Liberalism requires a whirlwind, scatterbrained mind that looks at one facet of an issue, ignores all the other facets, and then constructs a socially destructive facade based on partial or incomplete data.

Bethanie said it best, "Congress shall make no law..."

Free speech in logger camp? How about free speech right in my face? I don't think so, bubba.

Cate and Bleeding Heart Liberal
Cate: Your husband is a great American. Tell him that he is in our prayers.

Bleeding Heart Liberal: What part of responsible speech do you not understand. When I was in school learning the Constitution, the right to free speech was explained to me like this. You have the right to free speech as long as it does not endanger lives or cause damage to someone's reputation (as in lying about them).
Seems pretty simple.
I agree with Cate. The second that this idiot Pino began calling for the outright slaughter of American troops, he lost his freedom to free speech.
People like you amaze me. Rights come with responsibility. Exercising your rights means thinking and having respect for other human beings. What good can possibly come from Dr. Pino's diatribes? What great contribution to society as a whole is this piece of human excrement making? NONE! It is treasonous to advocate the overthrow of the US gov't. It is sedetious to espouse the killing of troops and provide instructions on how to do so.
Now go ahead and use your freedom of speech to bash me all you want.

Free Speech Comes With Responsibility
Our Constitution guarantees the right of free political speech, meaning that we have the right to express our political ideas without suffering recourse from the powers that be. Thos who are in power at any given time cannot infringe upon or take away the right to those who oppose them to express dissent. That is the right that we have as citizens of the United States.

Our right of free speech is not a blanket to protect us against any consequences resulting from us exercising our right. If a high ranking executive with Pepsi Corporation started a web site blogging his undying love and devotion for Coke, his right to have such opinions and express them are protected. However, that doesn’t mean that he would not be immediately fired by his employer as his expressions both harmed his employer and made it impossible for him to effectively perform his duties. If a member of our military were to express the sentiments expressed by Julio Pino they would also be dismissed and maybe even prosecuted for giving aid and comfort to the enemy, or even treason.

Mr. Pino has the right as an American to express himself in anyway that he sees fit and it is that right that is protected in the Constitution and for which I would help fight to uphold. However, he also bears any consequences that come with exercising his right.

The Dixie Chicks had the right to lambaste George Bush but I have a right to choose not to purchase their albums or attend their concerts. Free speech come with responsibilities and is not free of consequences.

einahteb - free speech
You are right that many people miscontrue freedom of speech as meaning "freedom from consequences for one's speech." Our First Amendment right is simply the right to be free of most government restrictions. There are some exceptions to this right based on significant government interest (e.g., safety - that old yelling 'fire' in a crowded theatre argument). As for the "Congress will make no law," it has been interpreted by the Supreme Court to include any governmental entity, including public schools K-12 and in higher ed. So, Kent State would not necessarily be prohibited from sanctioning this nutcase.

Support the Troops
I'm wondering where the liberals are? You know, the ones who keep saying they support the troops.

The words on global war, you have to look beyond his cut and paste jobs, call for the deaths of American troops. Free speech stopped the minute he prayed for my husband's death using hate filled rhetoric designed to incite others to action. 'Gun them down, where they stand, my brothers' is not the same as 'I disagree with the policies of this administration.' We are not dealing with a man who is ignorant of the power of his words. He has a Ph.D in history and is teaching about third world revolutionaries - he knows exactly what he is doing.

So, can people support the troops and Dr. Pino at the same time?

What part of free speech don't you
What part of Free Speech don't you people understand.

Some responder thought I would be scared by suggesting:

"I can stand on a soapbox in your front yard and call for the death of you and your family"

Yes you can, until I get my shotgun and blow you away for trespassing and causing me to be afraid for my life (an unfortunate legal necessity). If you move your soap box to public property, say what ever you want.

If you people don't like Free Speech, take a page from your own book: Leave.

There is a reason why it is the 1st Amendment.

Pino’s Lament
It had to be Joos
It had to be Joos
They wandered around
Then into our town
Now that just won’t do

Nobody else
Inspires me to kill
‘cept for perhaps
Those neo-con shills
Had to be Joos
“owing everything’ Joos
“War starting” Joos

Honor Killing
May seem to be mean
Seem to be harsh
And though we may be unwash(ed)
And just teeming with “’tude”

Nobody else
Will have to bleed
At least till we push them
All into the sea
We’ll start with the Joos
Then when we’re through
We’ll be coming for you.

Muslim Prof. Anti-American?
Not exactly breaking news that a professor at one of our "esteemed" universities is Anti-American let alone a Muslim prof. Line up a hundred profs from "academia land". What are the odds you will find one pro-American?. We all know the ans. Now the real question is if you line up a hundred Muslims living in America what are the odds you will find one pro-American? Maybe CAIR can help us with the answer, but than would CAIR really want to reveal the answer?

Conclusion, America can't depend on academia to keep it the "home of the free and the brave". America can look to those moderate pro-American Muslims who will take that step forward from being intimidated, break their silence and begin to speak and act in support of America in its war against Radical Islam.

Whatever happened to responsibility?
Seems as though folks are so wrapped up in their rights these days that no one is talking about responsibility. Responsible citizens do and say certain things. I can hold a position on something that may not be popular without spewing it all over others. I can and do share those positions with my friends and family in a responsible way. It's a rare day when I cast my pearls before swine. Hasn't it been said, "better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt?" Pino is, in my opinion, the wrong man for the position of high responsibility he holds. If he truly believes what he is being said he believes his responsible act would be to resign.

Sadly
It was bad enough in the 1960s that we allowed the media, Hollywood, some leaders and almost all of academy to make our moral standards nonexistent, all relativistic. Or when our judiciary went from seeking truth and justice to winning by any means being the sole driving force of our legal system.

Sedition, treason, the stealing of classified information, and the destruction of classified documents are all still crimes. For whatever reason, primarily because of lack of public outrage, such crimes are not longer investigated or prosecuted. Yet we didn't get here over night.

I was watching an old (2000) liberal program on the Rosenbergs atomic espionage a month or so ago. The program still questioned whether the Rosenbergs were guilty. It talked a lot about the McCarthy era and how evil McCarty was. Yet there was no postscript at the end of the show saying we now know that declassified Soviet records and KGB files confirmed that indeed the Rosenbergs were guilty and that while McCarthy was a egomaniac he had been fundamentally correct in his concerns about Soviet agents within the US government.

Today we have people defending the "poor" illegal aliens in our country. American taxpayers are suppose to take better care of illegal aliens even than we take care of our own. Anyone complaining about our government giving aid are racists. Yet the fundamental problem is these illegal aliens have broken the law. They are here illegally. Because we no longer enforce those laws does not make them less criminal. When they are here to obtain a job they again must break the law by counterfeiting, stealing and illegal using identification documents. If a native born legal citizen did the same thing they would be prosecuted.

How did we get here? Where did this whole paradigm of some criminals are not criminals while legal law abiding citizens are evil, racists, lying scum solely because they are concerned that our uncontrolled borders are a great threat to the USA? How did good law abiding citizens who expect since the live in a republic that immigration laws should be enforced and, as is the case in all other countries, become the evil doers? Go slip across the border into China, Iran, or Russia.

Well folks those concepts and their proponents live the good life at most of our universities. And just in the social sciences or history departments, you can find such professor throughout the universities. Their academic freedom, tenure and the First Amendment somehow allow enemies of our country not only to teach our young but to organize and preach our destruction. This is not new. I had two professors at a southern state university preach Marxism and the destruction of the USA in the 1960s, not the subjects they were suppose to have been teaching. They were the minority then, yet their graduate students are now the majority of professors.

Note what subject this professor is suppose to be teaching?

RE: Bleeding Heart Liberal
"As long as he has broken no laws, he can say whatever he wants."

As a member of a public university, he has an obligation to maintain certain standards, of those standards are NOT to advocate terrorism, which he, apparantly, has. His statements are grounds for summary dismissal, and may, actually, be a crime of inciting terrorist acts.

Not correct. Kent state would be viewed as a governmental entity if its a state university. The rights under tenure would be viewed as applied by government (understand I think this is bogus but thats how it works). Now if he's sent interesting items from a Kent email then he's in trouble... Having said all that, its irrelevant if Kent is a private university in which case-fire away baby.

But he can't be criminally tried for sedition or similar acts. Mayhaps aiding terrorism though if he's supporting the website and its found to be supporting terrorists-that would be another way to go.

no caffine
yell fire in a crowded theater. jeez. going for caffine now, in any form.

email / domain names

read up on IP addresses and domain name "masking". Not only is it possible, it's easy, and most websites do some form of masking so they are easily identifiable.

Pino has free speech rights. No one has the right to endanger Americans. It's still illegal to yell fire in a burning building even thought it's "free speech" and it's still illegal to aid and abet the enemy, commit treason, or try to overthrow our government.

Liberals, please try to make a reasonable argument. Everyone here would love to hear a well thought out idea from your side about this.

Pino writes
In one post, he prays for a hurricane of fire "to tear their soldiers to bloody shreds with our shells; help us to cover their smiling fields with the pale forms of their infidel dead; help us to drown the thunder of the guns with the shrieks of their wounded, writhing in pain; help us to lay waste their humble homes with a hurricane of fire"

Not all that different from some Daily Kos postings about Dick Cheney but that's fodder for another discussion...

Who to contact about Dr.Pino
The university knows all about Dr. Pino. They don't care. Contact the governor of Ohio - he will respond to the voice of his constituents if he wants to be reelected. After all, their tax dollars are being spent every time he logs on via the History Dept. servers. And we all know that the people who have the most to lose by public disapproval are the elected, as opposed to tenured, government employees.

Want the free exchange of ideas?
How about this idea:

After a jihad suicide bomber blows himself up, carefully collect all his body parts, taking special care to locate the male member, and feed them all to hungry pigs.

That should take care of the problem.

Mike, first of all
I have really cute pajamas.
Secondly, if TREASON is contained within your free speech, it should be treated as totally separate. When I was working in the school district, some 6th grade girls were drawing pentagrams on school grounds. Never mind that they were vandalizing--it was their "right." When I told them it was "evil" I was told that I CAN'T SAY that. I could only say that it was "inappropriate." So, where was MY right to free speech?? Everyone sitting here saying "free speech, free speech" are full of it. Once the speech becomes public knowledge--these same arguments come out over and over. If I can be silenced in a school district (privately), the jihadist professor could have been silenced in the same manner as soon as Kent State found out that he is anti-American and committing TREASON on top of it. Free speech, my butt.....

Your definition of free speech means I can stand on a soapbox in your front yard and call for the death of you and your family, and your only recourse is to turn your yellow belly straight up.

Shadowsbane
The reference to "pig blood" by Old Sarge goes back to a tactic used by General Pershing in the Phillipines. If I remember the legend correctly, Pershing's men captured a group of Muslim terrorists who were summarily executed by firing squad. However, the bullets were first coated in pig's blood and/or feces. The Muslim terrorists believed that their bodies would then be tainted, thereby barring their souls from heaven and their prize of 70 virgins. Gen. Pershing freed one of the prisoners so that he would tell his cohorts what happened. Needless to say, terrorism in the Phillipines was curtailed abruptly.

Old Sarge, therefore, was probably not advocating poisoning the enemies' bodies, but rather their souls.

Cheers.

Free Speech
What most people don't understand is that the First Amendment doesn't guarantee that there will never be any repercussions no matter what you say. Please note the first five words: "Congress shall make no law..." Kent State is not Congress and firing him isn't making a law.

Kent State is not legally required to continue to employ him no matter what he says, and I'm pretty sure that if he had a neo-Nazi White Power website, they would decide that in the interest of promoting an affirming, inclusive environment, he would have to go. And the First Amendment wouldn't save him.

In a time of war this would be sedition. But you have to declare the war first - which is what we should have done in the first place. Absent that if he's not a US citizen he should be deported.

But until then he has the right of free speech.

Freedom of Speech does not encompass calling for open warfare against the US, or its Constitution. It does not protect calling for the kidnap and murder of individuals who do not accept your religion as the law of the land. Period.

Nice post. Way to catch Adams red-handed by pointing out that he cannot legally prove silence means "(Expletive) you, infidel". Kudos to you also for the way you built your own escape hatch from criticism, by pre-emptively declaring you won't attempt to defend your opinions.

"(Expletive) you, infidel"?
< < His silence can be roughly summarized as follows: “(Expletive) you, infidel. I have tenure.”

And then Fox News got involved with an invitation to Pino to debate me on “Fox News Live” Thursday morning (March 1st). He declined Fox, which can be roughly translated as: “(Expletive) you, infidel. I have tenure.” > >

Silence = "(Expletive) you, infidel"?

Declining to debate = "(Expletive) you, infidel"?

You're a college professor, Mr. Adams? Come on. You may have a case against Mr. Pino (who I think is scum for even just "contributing" to the jihadist site), but you're not making it like this.

< < It is a profanity-laced email from http://global-war.bloghi.com using the email address (jpino@kent.edu). > >

Can you elaborate on this a bit? How does one send a kent.edu email from the global-war.bloghi.com site? If it's just the email input into the commenter's/user's email field, then anybody could have sent that.

Now, just to be clear, nothing I've written here should be taken to mean "(Expletive) you, infidel." The same goes if I don't respond right away to anyone who responds to my comment her.

anything with this wingnut because the Supremes ruled long ago that you can say pretty much anything you want and you can belong to any organization you want as long as your actions were legal.

University speech codes
It's amazing how these University speech codes are always used against Christians when they express biblical anti-gay sentiments, or conservatives expressing anti-lib positions, but they always protect the rabid, hate-mongering, Islamic, anti-Israeli, feminist-fascist lib client groups when they're spouting their particularly offensive and vitriolic brand of hate speech.

Dr. Adams has been a particular target, yet witness the protection they're all too ready to afford this Pino jerk. This guy's one for David Horowitz's book of dangerous academics.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, Mike.

Sedition
If sedition were still an actual crime then Hanoi Jane would of at least been arrested and probally executed for giving aid and comfort to the enemy during a time of war.

Old Sarge and Bleeding Heart
Pig blood mixed with feces used to be a poison used in ancient Japanese warfare. Apparently the result is a massive blood infection that would ensure that your enemy was dealt with. Sadly Old Sarge discharging the weapon would sanitize it due to the head of the blast. However not bad for a survival knife just in case you run out of ammo when dealing with terrorists.

And Mr. Bleeding Heart, with freedom of speech comes the consequences therein. Anybody may say whatever they wish, however one must also understand that the same holds true for their adversaries. What you are saying, it would seem, translates as "Since Dr. Adams owns a firearm he will undoubtably use that knowledge to intimidate those he disagrees with therefore insuring their inability to exersise their rights to free speech." Why else bring up his firearm collection? You sir are entitled to your opinion, and I respect that. I also respectivly believe you to either be a 1)Bigot or 2) Sustaining yourself on a diet consisting mostly of lead paint chips. Good day sir

Jihadist in O-hi-o
The people of Ohio should be aware that they are supporting an active and self described "dangerous" Jihadist in one of their State Universities. There might be more than 4 dead if he's linking terrorist cells or worse.

Bleeding Heart Liberal
I strongly doubt that sedition in a time of war is really a good idea. In any event, giving material support to terrorists is a federal crime, so any invlovement with a website that promotes violent jihad with practical tips for the construction of illegal explosives is problematic. Let's hope the FBI has his info, because I'm certainly curious.

also...an off thread comment:

My blog is updated concerning the issue of Japanese PM Shinzo Abe, who slapped thousands of Japanese WW II victems in the face yesterday when he retracted an admission and apology made by the government in 1992 to the "comfort women". "Ianfu", or "comfort women" were sexually enslaved by the Japanese military to pleasure sailors and soldiers, and many are still alive and have never eceived resitution. An Austrailian and two Korean victems of this barbarism testified before Congress two weeks ago. Go to my blog for more details by clicking on my name.

Dear Bleeding Heart Liberal
"I will man the barricades against anyone who tries to take your guns away"

Yet you will go the extra mile to....

"...fight to the death anyone who tries to take away Dr Pino's right of speech."

Hmmm. So are you going to 'fight to the death' Dr Adams' right to say what he says, or only criticise his position?

I just think you need to go back and read the previous article Adams posted about Pino. Then tell the readers of your ancestry, so we have an objective reading of your political background.

We can disagree about the limits of free speech and/or other Rights, but a traitor or conspirator is a felon and should be dealth with swiftly, harshly.

Isn't it the Liberals position on gun control, which you claim to shun, that "if it just saves one life?" How about terrorist sympathizers?

Out of curiousity,
I wonder who Pinto thinks is the second most dangerous Muslim in America.

Mind reading 101
Not only a gun toting patriot, Adams is now a mind reader extrodinaire. It used to be silence meant you did not want to talk. Now Mr. Adams knows what you're thinking.

Let me think of another scenario: An American citizen (no one has called for his deportation, I assume that makes him and American) exercises his right of free speech. It is unpopular speech. A gun toting fringe freak conservative wants to "talk"...

I don't know Julio Pino. I have never met him and didn't know he existed until Mr. Adams brought his gun sights to bear. As long as he has broken no laws, he can say whatever he wants.

I adore the Constitution Mr. Adams. Even though I feel you are pretty much of a whacko, I will man the barricades against anyone who tries to take your guns away.

By the same light of that Constitution, I will fight to the death anyone who tries to take away Dr. Pino's right of speech.

Rifle lube
Thanks for the tip Goshawk, still might fill up hollow points with blood anyhow, just wanta do a thorough job.....

Old Sarge
I found the same thing with the link. It appears as a re-direct.

Hollow Points and Pig grease! Lubes the weapon at same time. :-)

website link
When I tried the link to their site it came on screen for a second, and then sent me to the "Defend America" website. Apparently they are having traffic diverted to a pro America website so that they can hide in the same fashion of all good muslims. That is to hide behind womens' skirts, or anyone handy.

As a former Boy Scout and 20 Yr. USAF Veteran I believe in being prepared. I have no faith that our nation will do anything to stop the enemy within until it's too late. So my question is, should I coat my bullets in pig blood or pig feces??? Is a general dipping good enough or should I fill up some hollow points???

Sincerely, Old Sarge

Where's Kimberly?
She would love this Muslim fanatic. His politics sound very much like hers.

ahh
the joys of tenure it allows a professor to do anything sort of murdering someone and still keep his job. perhaps there should be some exceptions to this tenure rule.
