Will the Dems' health care Christmas Present to America be an improvement or detriment to our health care system?

DENVER -- Never was so much hype created by so few to simulate the appearance of so many.

The hard-core left vowed to turn out 50,000 protesters for the Democratic National Convention this week. They pledged to "Re-create '68" and cause the kind of tear-gas-infused revolutionary havoc that marked the DNC in Chicago four decades ago. Police prepared for the worst riots. Media from around the world anticipated the best pictures.

But when rhetorical push came to real-life shove, the nostalgic, Marx-adoring organizers of Re-create '68 seem to have mustered no more than, oh, 68 bodies. Their presence here is dwarfed by the massive show of police, press and camera-toting looky-loos. You can't take a picture without someone else taking pictures of everyone else taking pictures of not much else getting in your frame.

The chaos-inducers' mouths were a mile wide. Their crowds have been an inch deep. What's left of the leftover '60s movement is all sizzle and no steak. Or veggie burger. Deep-fried tofu. Whatever.

At an abortion protest/counter-protest on Saturday in front of a Planned Parenthood mega-facility, I counted fewer than a dozen pro-abortion activists milling about with three times as many media members. The majority of demonstrators were more exercised about the war in Iraq than about the vaunted woman's right to choose death for her unborn child -- the stated focus of the demonstration.

And while Democratic Party Chair Howard Dean excoriates the Republican Party as the "white" party, I saw only one non-white agitator among the pro-abortion gaggle. (This goes for the rest of the Re-create '68 populace, too. It's as pale and colorless as a Colorado snowfall.) Across the street from the Planned Parenthood event, however, were many incensed black- and brown-skinned moms -- incensed that an abortion mill had been built right across from the park where their children practice football and swing on the playground set.

One of the moms said bluntly: "I don't want a f**king abortion clinic in my neighborhood!" A Hispanic mother added: "It's against the Catholic Church." (Are you listening, Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi?) When asked about her views on abortion, a black mother of three told me simply from her minivan: "I don't believe in it."

Speaking of disbelief, behold the dregs of the self-pitying anti-war movement. The white-flag crowd had so much trouble getting coverage of its worn-out, giant puppet-toting, drum-beating, ratty lingerie-flashing, Bush-cursing antics on Sunday that a sympathizer at the Associated Press devoted an entire sob story to the apathy. "CodePink faces tough odds for public's attention," the AP's Christine Simmons mourned. Perhaps if more than 10 of them showed up at one time to do something other than scream about BusHitler or bawl about detained Gitmo jihadists, they'd have better luck.

At Denver's City Center on Monday night, law enforcement authorities encountered about 100 aimless grievance-mongers -- self-described as "anti-capitalist, anti-fascist, anti-war" -- who finally fixed on something concrete to protest when their friends were arrested for refusing to disperse. "My freedom of speech was suppressed," one protester complained as she spoke freely to the media and acknowledged that she hadn't been arrested or asked to show identification.

In the melee, a few responsible adults were accidentally hit with pepper spray. Otherwise, Denver blogger Charlie Martin, who was covering the scene for Pajamas Media, quipped: "It was the world's most boring riot."

Finally, in a sorry attempt to re-create Abbie Hoffman's satirical stunt aimed at levitating the Pentagon, a dozen Re-create '68 stragglers dressed up like the cast of "Harry Potter," wielded magic wands and joined hands to float the Denver Mint. The Mint stayed firmly on the ground. To salvage the abysmal turnout, an unhinged contingent of 9/11 conspiracy theorists started barking at me. One buffoon shouted, "Kill Michelle Malkin," while the levitation experts chanted, "Peace and Justice!" and a wizard paraded around in his "Arrest Bush" T-shirt with Che Guevara promoters tossing fake quarters in the air.

To paraphrase a favorite left-wing bumper sticker slogan, discombobulation is the highest form of patriotism. Blame bankrupt ideology, not the altitude.

We lose either way

If a team wins a championship, fans riot.

I would expect that if as a result of bad luck for the USA, OBamBam wins in Nov, riots, burning, and deaths will follow in the days right after the election.

If a team loses a championship, the fans riot.

On the other hand, if we have good luck and McCain wins in Nov, riots, burning, and deaths will follow in the days right after the election.

We all Love a parade
Or maybe it was a play with not a lot of reher-
sal time. Do you remember the theme of the par-
ade? ha ha

The Democrat Policy
They don't have the good sense to rigidly control the message the way that Republicans do... in many cases, Democrats who disagree with the main party platforms are actually allowed to speak! They are fools and this is why they will fail.

Republicans have the good sense to seize a talking point and repeat it over and over again, regardless of whether we agree with it or not. That's called "keeping on message." And that's why we will succeed.

Griff is right - dumbocrats don't believe in free speech.

no ticket
The kool-aid kids probably couldn't afford bus fare

Parade?
I remember the Independence Day Parade during Desert Storm. Hundreds of thousands of people filled the streets of Denver with American flags to salute the armed services members in the parade. THAT was a parade.

The protester's "parade" is a joke. I have seen better parades from the little kid's bicycle parade during the Harvest Festival. It was boring and juvenile. At least it was short. In fact, the streets were supposed to be closed from 11am to 3pm but were reopened today at 12:30 because of lack of interest.

And Code Pink? I saw them walking down the sidewalk between the Park and the Mall. There were maybe 10.

Qdoba's line for free "Burritos for Obama" T-shirts was a bigger crowd.

Love? Peace? Justice?
Michelle, I saw the video on your blog site of that loser "attacking" you. He was loud, but you didn't look too scared. What a bunch of losers. Anarchy? The whole world is watching? What a joke. I see the Dims, yet again, snatching defeat from the jaws of victory in '08! They'll never learn that it's their IDEAS and IDEOLOGIES that are what's unpopular.

high altitude
Elevation is what you meant, not altitude. Otherwise, entertaining reading, Michelle.

What
we watched on Fox, was not funny. I forget the Fox guy but he and his cameraman had guts,
those demonized fools were scary. Watching
that scene brought back memories of the 60's
when there were more of them.

DISCOMBOBULATION?
I watched the video on that idiot jones. Your staff with you are to be commended. They are better men than me. I was initially going to this clowns website to ask him when and where he would like to meet; just him and me. He isn't worth the effort. He was however, discombobulated

Pitiful demonstrators
It's a pity watching so many people who claim to be the educated elite who are so stupid they don't know the only people watching them are laughing at them. Keep up the comedy post, that's what makes MM special, standing her ground like a 6'6" Marine.

Do as they are told
The far left agitators haven't a clue who George Soros is but I guarantee they do what their told; if they really are far left or just idiots. I sincerely hope they get the same orders to stay away from the Republican Convention. The far left agenda does not want to generate the "agitator" limelight that would cause negative publicity yet. If his puppet does not get elected it may be a different story.

Ranger 29
Lost some good friends in the big sandbox doing a job our great nation asked us to do for a country we love. Your Messiah, the American hating Marxist dissed us in theater and our wounded brothers in Germany, we will never forget the military hating SOB. Morons like you have a right to speak but you will never be mistaken for a patriot.

Keep posting on TH it makes us want to fight that much harder to get the job done, come back home and take care of business.

Why protest the party in Denver?
Why protest the democrat party in Denver? Seems to me that the reason there were so few protesting on the street is because men like Obama's buddy Bill Ayers (of the SDS - Weatherman Underground or Weather Underground) are inside the convention... making it hard to protest the convention you are attending.

So many of the former Marxist revolutionaries of the 60's have managed to become 'legitimate' democrats now... it is amazing. Radicals who burned cars, exploded bombs, threw bottles of urine at police officers, looted stores and called for the overthrow of the United States government (usually using the excuse of the Vietnam War or mistreatment of the poor or minorities as an excuse) now hold office, teach in colleges and universities and are 'influential' members of 'society.'

So no demonstrations outside can only mean the bulk of the 60's radicals were inside.

Good Job, Again!
Thanks again Michelle for doing what you do. You shine the bright light of hypocracy on these people.

Honestly, I don't know how anyone can support the Left after they witness these protestors. These are their contemporaries in the Democrat cause. How would anyone want to be associated with them?

Michelle's visits the mentally ill @ DNC
I heard the audio of the rabid leftists screaming at Michelle Malkin. My understanding is that some of those yelling lies at Michelle were actually members of the "press". What struck me about their screaming rant was the unmistakable impression that many of those folks were dangerously liberated from any moral reason and capable of nearly anything that might secure power. It seemed the only thing that kept the anarchists in check legally and the incident from turning into a lynching was the presence of other media.

I was born in '62, and as a child I saw what those assholes (please excuse the French, but that what they were and are) did, both on the T.V. news and in person. The damnest bunch of hypocrites I've ever seen. They're for "peace" and "love"?!! I was scared of those jerks when I was 10 years old, and for a good reason. The only people nowadays who like them are: Marxists, old Baby Boomers who still smoke pot, and young people who weren't around during the '60's and '70's who become enamored with the words "peace" and "love" that's thrown about like cheap confetti.

If the press refused to give these
idiots air-time they would all go home.

Funny thing about the Dems. Convention
I think of the speech by the Gov. of Montana, Brian Switzer, I personally knew him from college days at Colo. State Univ. He was the biggest cocaine user of any student I knew at the University. This is the Democratic Party. B. Hussien has openly admitted he was a drug user in high school and college. The Democratic Party is the party of Coke heads.

Protestors
My experience with these protestors(going back 40 years)is that the hard core are neurotic (with some minor psychoses). they are socially inept and have extreme self esteem problems. After 40 years in education with 25 of them in a large university, I have found no redeeming social values among any protestors that I have dealt with. They are misfits that can't fit in and protesting is the only way they can behave. They also have extreme anger problems that are mostly of their own making. Denver police handled it superbly. back off and let them make fools of themselves.

Look at all the Lonely People
Looking at the demonstrators, all I could see was groups of people that desperately wanted to be included in the process, but because of their idiology, were being excluded.

How sad. There are only about 10-12 things you have to do to be successful and happy in life, and these guys just don't get it. Yet.

Maybe one day.

Pathetic
Most of these protestors don't even know what they're protesting. The two largest components in the group are loser guys who, thinking "hippie chicks are easy" are trying to score just by spouting the leftists' talking points, and Cheech & Chong fans trying to put the high in the Mile High City.

We agree Michelle
Thank you so much for confirming that the far laft does not control the Democratic Party. As I have repeated many times, we Democrats are the moderates it is just that you conservatives have moved soooo far right you mistake the middle for an extreme.

Real protesters have jobs
The difficulty with mounting anti-protests and the like is that lots of us have full time jobs. (I have three race weekends in a row, besides my day job, for one thing.) For some reason protests and counter demonstrations are ALWAYS scheduled during working hours. However, when Jane Fonda and her gang marched against Gulf War I, we mustered 300 counter-protesters at the doors of CNN to remind them that 95% of the population of Georgia supported the war and indeed a surprising number had actual relatives and friends Over There. Jane and her crew slunk home and CNN wised up.

If the scheduling were better, these poor sorry brats would be swamped by Adult Americans who beg to differ. It would certainly make an interesting contrast.

Highlander Juan/Chopping Block
Good article Michele Malkin and great posts Juan and Chop!

how typical
the real story is inside but malkin chooses to talk about the gaggle on the outside in a poor attempt to distort the convention.

how typical. but it is apparent that she and other columnists got their "tear apart obama and the convention" orders from the powers that be.

As I read this account,
I can't help but think what a great country the USA is, where even these jerks have the right to assemble and speak their minds (I use the term "mind" loosely) without fear of being shot, sent to a labor camp or committed to a mental hospital...although this last option may not be a bad idea for some of them, I think a few of these people are seriously disturbed.

I would love to see them try and pull off their antics in, say, China. We've recently seen how spontaneous demonstrations are received by our friends in Beijing.

AudiR10
"Date: Aug 27, 2008 - 7:17 AM EST Real protesters have jobs
The difficulty with mounting anti-protests and the like is that lots of us have full time jobs. "

Rubbish the real problem is you will not give up pay and generally do not want to come out of that dark closet conservatives live in and be seen by the public

michelle
went to report on a small bunch of wacko's she thinks are mainstream dems. As HalD says (brilliantly as always) Michelle proved the opposite of what she already had fixed in her mind! Instead she became the news. She went to a cover a very small protest and became the center of attention. Proving that she is just as wacko as the wackos she is covering. Michelle, no one noticed the difference between you and that screaming idiot.

Somthing stinks
The whole democrat primary stinks. Just a few questions. Why did the party throw out two states during the regular primary over a minor rule violation? Why allow those States now at the convention? Why is Joe Biden the Vice President pick? Democrats never bring back a past loser. The one exception was Al Gore and he lost.

Semperfi/par
"...Why is Joe Biden the Vice President pick?..."

Joe Biden is smart, experienced and in touch with the country and the world. He is a great choice to balance the ticket.

Contrast with 68
It has been very interesting to watch this new protest movement and contrast it with 1968, the scariest time I lived through. Back then the authorities cracked a lot of heads etc, and things just got worse and worse. Bush, bless his heart, has just affirmed his belief in free speech, and it has finally fizzled.

The Marx Brothers
All this thread needs now is the appearance of "King Liberal" and we'll have the Marx Brothers.

Hal Donahue & wrightsrong52 complete the triumvirate.

wrightsrong52/Hal Donahue
She covered the news that the protest fizzled. If she didn't cover it, the msm would have left the impression that it succeeded. Thats why I read her, for "another" viewpoint. And thank heavens she does it, since no one else seems to want to.

And Hal, AudiR10 is right. the crops have to be harvested, the boss expects you to show up to work to get the day's shipments out, the customers expect service at your store, the architectual plans are due tomorrow...the list goes on and on, but you get my point. There is work to be done, and protesting or counter protesting does not get the work done. I often wonder how the mideast gets those huge crowds to all antiamerican rallies. Cause they don't have to show up to work. It is more culturally important to show a large antiamerican crowd, than to get the days work accomplished. If we had that same priority, we would not have one of the best economic conditions in the world.

Hal
My point about Joe Biden is he is a loser on the national level. He is also from a small State.
If you have watched him on C-SPAN he talks down to people. Not really the guy you want on your ticket. A condescending jack---.

calling all LIBS
I would have more respect for you and your comments if you would just come out and say you’re a Marxist.

You are the lowest form of life on the planet, and should replace the rat in the food chain.

Sua Sponte

Hal
I hate to break it to you but Barack Obama is not a moderate Democrat. He is as far left as they come, followed by Ted Kennedy, then Joe Biden. According to your 7:09 post, you say the far left does not control the Democrat party - maybe the reason no one was outside protesting is because they were all inside speaking. Just a thought.

Nice try at deflection Punkahue
have you spat on any returning Iraq soldiers lately?

how the times have changed
as even wrightsrong agrees: the abortion-rights protest/counter protest is "a very small protest" that is easily swayed from their original topic. As is all too common with the radical left of today, the ostensible reason for the gathering is forgotten when there's a chance to try to shout down and intimidate someone that disagrees with them.

At least there were still a few folks there who tried to deflect the more rabid amongst them. There is still hope for rational discourse on the left. (But it's also telling that they, too, were shouted down)

Off to work, only Hal's and Wobbies can "protest" all day.

For some, it's a cheap date
Protest and political activism for some people is nothing more than a way of life. A method of feeling important, achieving the moral high ground (a MUST iot to be sanctimonious and preachy) on a given issue, and a social function. In other words, a cheap date for losers. I realize this doesn't apply to all protesters, but I think it applies to many.

And a slogan of "recreate 68"? My god, when will we finally be free of the Woodstock generation? I've been saying for years we'll not be able to move past the rabid partisanship until this generation is dead and buried. The sooner the better IMO.

Press Coverage. NOT!

The press is making a point NOT to cover "protestors" (the name hardly describes these deranged, dangerous people).

In fact, if Fox News wasn't at the
convention, NO ONE would even know the
"protestors" were there!!

Now, think about this. If the Klan held protests outside the Republican Convention, do you think the world would know about it?! Do you think MSNBC, NBC, CNN, CBS and ABC would be all over it like white on paper?

Answer: The press coverage would be endless!
You'd think the Klan was running the convention.

TO ALL:

Did anyone catch Matthews and Olbermann after the Hillary speech? Olbermann was in his Democratic Party cheerleader mode. He and his Obama co-hort, Matthews, went ga ga over the speech. Olbermann, if you can believe it, went into his ESPN Home Run call!

The Democratic Party/MSNBC Team.

In full glory, live and in color at the Democratic/MSNBC convention.

HansFury
You should not compare rats to Democrats. Even rats don't kill their young.

Any lib that thinks
obama will be elected is whistling past the graveyard....his own people admit they are marxists when they say they "don't want people amassing fortunes to leave to their kids" as one stated on Foxnews yesterday.

The folks are beginning to wake up to what this clown represents and it ain't good.

He comes from a long line of radicals and come Nov 4th he and his "change" will be reputiated by a landslide.

We like American heros with family roots back to the revolution, we are not about to elect some one with a razor thin resume' who hides his real associations and calls his buddy Ayres who bombed our institutions a mainstream guy.

Molotov of cocktail fame was a mainstream guy...to Lenin.

You really have to hate your country to even consider voting for this commie clown.

Quote from above
"Joe Biden is smart, experienced and in touch with the country and the world. He is a great choice to balance the ticket. "

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

Thanks for the laugh. Biden is a mouth in search of a coherent thought. And, how about that Washington is Broken mantra of old Obama?

So, who does he pick? An older, longer-in-the-tooth Washington Insider that has been there longer than his opponent and has the identical distinction of Obama: zero experience outside of politics.

What courage has been shown by the old BO?

Perhaps he just wanted someone who was a better gaff-machine than himself to deflect some of the heat. LOL

balance the ticket?
So if Biden is smart, experienced and in touch with the country, and he balances the ticket, then his running mate is not smart, inexperiencd and out of touch. Wow, just what we have been saying about Obama all along.
And by the way, Democrats are not in the middle, they have moved waaaaaay left. Your presidential candidate is the most left member of the Senate with Biden the third most. You champion every cause that was considered far left only a few years ago. You wouldn't know the middle if Nabisco opened an Oreo and showed it to you. Republicans (the ones in office anyway) have moved left. That is why the lost in 2006. Conservatives stayed home rather than vote for RINOs. It was not a validation of liberal policy.
Also AudiR10 is correct. Real Americans were at work supporting their family and making enough money to pay the exhorbitant taxes that leftist extort from the working class to support those that are too sorry to support themselves or find it too easy to accept the free ride.

wrightsrong52
People like you - the Obamakoolaid swillers - never cease to amaze me with your presumptions.

I've got a flash news item for you.

Obama continues to sink in the polls. And there is beginning to be an indication that the "slam dunk" predictions of Democrat '08 congressional gains is a paper tiger.

What was a sure sweep for Dems as recently as June could be the biggest miscalculation in recent political history.

Obama was already unelectable - and Biden's elevation just put the last nail into the coffin.

But just keep on believing "up is down" and "east is west". That's what you moonbats do.

Intelligence vs Ignorance
Ms. Malkin, thank you for pointing out the ineptness of the left. Now, when we Republicans (tax payers) decide to make our statement, it will be heard! By the way, I have missed seeing you on Bill's show. Where have you been?

Breaking NEWS
It was reported that Obambi has finally spoken and will finally remain firm on a decision.

He likes the CWS, not the Cubbies.

Stay tuned for further developements.

Wow, Ms. Malkin!
Great column today!

I was simply amazed at the video, just watching the members of the party of tolerance and diversity being intolerant and pretty inclusive. They sure tried hard to shut you up, but when no one listened to their schtick, they accused others of stifling their freedom of speech....

Oh, sweet irony!!

;-)

Balance the ticket?
Hal Dunahoo says: "Joe Biden is smart, experienced and in touch with the country and the world. He is a great choice to balance the ticket." If this is true, it stands to reason that the guy on the top of the ticket is stupid (yes), inexperienced (yes) and out of touch (yes). Suspicions confirmed. Thanks for the education Hal.

Will Rogers once said, and I paraphrase slightly "Good judgment comes with experience and experience comes from bad judgment". In these perilous times we cannot afford to let an inexperienced, out of touch idiot occupy the oval office. NOBAMA 2008 (or ever).

Three VPs for Obama!!
Three VPs for Obama!!

The selection of Joe Biden fills in Obama's foreign policy gap which is based on his complete lack of experience in international affairs. However Obama also has a complete lack of experience in domestic policy, therefore Obama should have Hillary Clinton nominated as his second VP choice to fill Obama's domestic experience gap. The third area where Obama needs someone to fill a lack of experience gap is political strategy, and for this important slot I suggest Bill Clinton as his third VP choice.

Imagine the power of an Obama, Biden, Clinton and Clinton Democratic ticket. The head of the ticket, Obama the man with no experience propped up by three VPs. Now that's a real three legged stool!!

Grey Ghost
morning. I wonder if Punkahue has a quivering lip after reading your post. I wonder if he started on the whiskey when he found out that Biden does not think Obambi is not qualified to be POTUS. Shoot, he may have passed out by now.

working for a living
I've seen some really ridiculous posts here before, but Hal's assertion that conservatives don't protest because "...the real problem is you will not give up pay and generally do not want to come out of that dark closet conservatives live in and be seen by the public" is totally laughable. I've put in many 8-hour days lobbying my local legislature here in Michigan for causes/issues important to me. And yes, I did have to take time off of work. Back in 04 when Bruce Springstein came to Detroit to stump for Kerry, myself and three other friends were protesting outside the venue. Was the media interested in us at all? Of course not! In fact, at one point we girls got into our car and followed one of our local news vans leaning out the window and asking them why they weren't interested in our side of the story!

AudiR10 has it EXACTLY right. Most of us do work for a living, and just because my protesting time is limited by the fact I need to support myself, my husband and my daughter doesn't make your dumb assertion right. When it comes down to it, feeding and sheltering my family IS more important than protesting liberal ideals (and idiots). And I suspect most conservatives feel this way because we DO take care of our own, and do not live off public assistance, or our parents. It's no accident that when strident protesters are asked what they do for a living, almost all of them are either supported by their parents, or supported by the government. I have yet to hear EVEN one say he/she works for a living.

Good morning to ya!

Michelle the machine gun mouth!
What all she is doing is only admitting how guilty my Republican party is for in the end only after kicking and screaming a little, ending up endorsing most all of the Socialistic/Communistic programs that has America on its knees as every American now is actually saddled with a debt of $175,000.00.

Why does she not mention the fact that both candidates are begging the La Raza bunch for votes? Yes, when will she also mention the fact that her little man is none other than McCain, the one who divorced his wife and only a month after married the present chick? No hank-panky with this lady for probably years? Yes, the man that claims that he was annointed to be the Commander in Chief, a one that would not stick with: "Until deathe do us part".

So, I rest my case and would only vote if by the grace of God, Ron Paul would end up to be the Republican nominee.

wrightsrong52
you're grasping for straws. Read the article and come back and argue the issues of the article. You nuts have been screaming "Recreate 68" for months if Hitlary got the nod over Obambi, and vice versa. Pay attention to the news a bit more often.

Hal Donahue Writes:
Semperfi/par
"...Why is Joe Biden the Vice President pick?..."

Joe Biden is smart, experienced and in touch with the country and the world. He is a great choice to balance the ticket.

In other words he is everything osama obama is not. You guys picked a rock star who looked good and could run on change. Biden provides the adult supervision osama needs. If Biden is so talented why isn't he on the top of the ticket? Have you noticed when osama needed a running mate he picked as Paris Hilton would say "an old gray haired wrinkled guy". Everybody knows osama is out of his league and if the republican brand wasn't so tainted by their democrat like behavior osama would be 20 points behind. The best thing the dems can do is what they accuse reps of doing which is attack McCain with guilt by association. osama isn't qualified to supervise a latrine detail.

Heck the way you spin, you should have been there with them. You could have turned that few nuts into 1000’s with your spin.

good day to ya! This is getting better by the minute.

Good point. The reason there are so few leftist loonies outside the convention in Denver is because most are inside.

"She and Fox were the only organizations covering the non-event. Who was expecting 1000's of protester? Michelle? Fox?
Nobody was, you were hoping for it. I wouldn't have said anything if she didn't go."

you cant be this stupid. Who was expecting it?
If they didnt expect a big crowd why did they have so many cops? Why did they convert a local warehouse into a jail. Some of the protesters complained that more of them didnt show do to the massive police force at the site. But i guess they had all those cops because they werent expecting a big crowd.

Comforting Article
I saw the footage of FOX trying to interview the protesters. I heard all the bleeps from their foul mouths and signage.

These people are full of hate. How did they get that way? Our far left liberal professors filled them with this hate for America. No different than the Muslim Extremeists fill Arab kids with propoganda.

We need to salvage our youngersters and impressionable minds that are being exposed to this crap day in day out. They grab a hold of this junk because they are conditioned to WANT to believe it.

There's no better way to circulate a lie, than to make up a story and post it on the Daily Kos or MoveOn.org. Without vetting anything they will buy it, circulate it, push it and certainly believe it. Sounds like a great college social experiment - let's see how far the lie goes, and how many far left libs suck it up - we would even have professors teaching it in class.

I see you use "Roseanne" as a spokeswoman for your ideas. Glad you showed us just how pathetic you are. I bet you have Babs posters all over your basement walls too, right?

H.D.
Get over your Ron Paul addiction, already.

The man ain't gonna be president, not now, not ever.

Why?

Because he's a freaking lunatic, that's why!

He actually thinks 9/11 was not an act by terrorists, but rather a secret U.S. government plot. What a maroon!

I'm sure he thinks he's being monitored by a ultra secret government agency, thanks to the transmitter/receiver they surreptitiously inserted into the fillings in his teeth.

Ron Paul was a nut, is a nut, and looks to continue being a nut for the foreseeable future.

Hal and your ilk.....
had better start research to find slogans to explain why Zerobama lost.

Fits your intellect.

Donahue, the lying blowhard
I see The Donahue is taking it hard today. LOL.

"I wonder if he started on the whiskey when he found out that Biden does not think Obambi is not qualified to be POTUS. Shoot, he may have passed out by now."

Now that's funny, I don't care who you are!

bostguy112 et al

Your post was right on.

The Denver officials and Democrats asked and received a $50,000,000 grant from the Federal Government because they expected full-scale riots.

Michael
"These people are full of hate. How did they get that way? "

Mike, the easy answer is they are losers. They couldnt get a date (outside their loser protest grp) if their life depended on it. Also after watching the film of them on O'Reilly i was reminded of the bar scene in the 1st Star Wars movie.

SSGT, Doc, Curtal Friar
Good morning, gentlemen!

Personally speaking, I believe Barack Hussein Obama picked Joe Biden to help him with the speeches. The teleprompter does fail on occasion, and better to have a fully plagiarized speech than to mumble a few "um"s and "uh"s....

Ironic, indeed!!

New Parody
Ballad of Obama (from Gilligan's Island). Enjoy!

my blog!

SSGT, YLG, Doc, and others
You know it's too bad that Obama didn't reach across the aisle and down into the basement and make Ron Paul his VP.

Just imagine:

Obama/Paul Mixed Nuts for '08!

Biden the 1% er

Biden has polled 1% or less everytime he has run for POTUS.

Why would Obama pick a 1% er?

Obama personifies the Narcissist.

Obama-Messiah is the 'ONE' who will bring his flock into the “promised land”.

Obama sees himself, as the 'ONE' who can break the “oppression of the present order” by creating a utopian government that will solve all of humanities problems.

Obama-Messiah gives his followers someone to believe in.

Obama and his gospel of “Hope and Change” relieves the identity crisis of his youthfull 'Followers' and a soothing balm to those 'Followers' can’t accept the realities of life.

Obama knows that Biden the 1% er, could NEVER outshine him and his 'Glory'.

Obama allowed the Clintons to speak as long as they give 'All of the Glory' to Obama-Messiah.

wow

One more thing
osama is a kenyan anchor baby with muslim ties. the fact the dems have chosen him over more moderate experienced leaders just shows who is running the party. most americans are not ready to turn the keys over to a 16 year old who just learned to drive.

retired Geek
Its sad that these lefties come on here and argue points not having read a thing about what they are arguing.

Morning Y
So, you are saying that during the debates, Joe Biden will be in the wings with a magic marker and poster boards to give him the answers?
Makes perfect sense!

What I saw in the paper
> A United Nations human rights team has found “convincing evidence” that 90 civilians — among them 60 children — were killed in airstrikes on a village in western Afghanistan on Friday, according to the United Nations mission in Kabul.

If the assertion proves to be correct, this would almost certainly be the deadliest case of civilian casualties caused by any United States military operation in Afghanistan since 2001.<

Please tell us how pro-life you are again, Michele.

Discombobulation

No. Treason is the highest form of patriotism.

The difficulty with mounting anti-protests and the like is that lots of us have full time jobs. "

Rubbish the real problem is you will not give up pay and generally do not want to come out of that dark closet conservatives live in and be seen by the public

Gee Hal, anytime you wish to give up that government retirement you supposedly possess just tell me and I can arrange that, mate. Like all Democrats, Hal expects YOU to pay for his rights.

"...Why is Joe Biden the Vice President pick?..."

Joe Biden is smart, experienced and in touch with the country and the world. He is a great choice to balance the ticket.
--------
Interesting that the candidate of change picks a running mate with more time spent in the Congress than ANY previous VP nominee, ever! CHANGE == TAX. Biden's the architect of that kind of change.
