What Liberals share with 'Rapelay'

Do you feel the leaked information from a global warming alarmist organization is meaningful?

This last week through informal surveys on my blog and social networking pages I asked the public what the United States government had done to its citizens in ramming the partisan stimulus package through votes and preparing for it the President's desk. I had not thought of it previously but I ended up needing to go back to some of my facebook friends and blog readers to further ask them not to use the profane expressions they were in public venues because of my sometimes youthful readership.

See an interesting theme developed.

Many of them compared the act that the partisan half of Congress performed something akin to sexual assault on 'We The People.'

Perhaps for good reason. Let me see if I can explain.

Liberals are long known for light sentences for child molestors, opposition to child rape and child porn laws, and the speedy expediting of "freedom of speech" protections to pornographers, pedophiles, and male homosexuals who belong to the group NAMBLA. Slightly less well known but easily documented are the sympathies the left has towards lowering the age of consent laws so that it's not really a crime for adults and children to have sex. This past week the Obama administration pushed the nomination of David Ogden to the Justice Department. Ogden is well known for his desire not to prosecute those who fall into most of these categories.

But why should we expect anything less? President Obama is merely following in the steps of former President Clinton who made porn in the White House so common it was kind of scoffed at as an afterthought to his administration.

This week Amazon.com after many complaints finally decided to ban a virtual reality game called "Rapelay." Defenders of the game say it's not real rape because it only occurs between computer animations. There are no genuine side effects. And it won't impact reality.

Sort of like what liberals sound like when it comes to our money. The money we work increasingly harder to earn. And with one uber-partisan vote they take away. Taken faster than the speed of light or at least in shorter than being allowed to read the legislation that does so.

In the game Rapelay, reviewers have stated that the player must first sexually assault a mother character and her two daughters before being allowed to then "pick" their next series of victims.

In the Congress of Washington DC liberals have seen to it that our mothers and daughters will have less money in the home budget working for their protection and welfare.

In the game Rapelay the reviews indicate that the rapist can even convince one of the animated computer characters that they like what's happening to them.

In Washington DC liberals in Congress sent their lapdog "Mr. President" out to the masses to do the same thing.

In the game, players take what is not theirs and laugh about the outcome.

In Washington DC, liberals take what is not theirs and laugh at the stupid people that gave it to them.

This week the Congressional Budget Office fell into conflict with the 2008 Financial Report of the United States Government. The CBO had previously reported our deficit to be in the neighborhood of 450 billion dollars, but the 2008 Report puts the actual number at 5.1 trillion.

Worse yet when the financial obligations promised under all current spending are factored in for Social Security, bailouts, stimulus package, interest, and the like the United States runs a deficit of $65,000,000,000,000. (Sixty five trillion dollars.) That's a deficit of over $214 million per person (man, woman, baby) in the United States population.

It is also more than the Gross Domestic Product not of merely the United States, but of the entire planet.

In other words when Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, and President Obama got done "financially raping" you this week they left you with a tab to be paid that is a higher price tag than the globe's resources could combine to pay off.

Political leaders with no morals see little difference between nominating administration members who will not prosecute those harmful persons that create elements that lead to sexual assault on innocent girls, nor the physical equivalent of doing the same thing to your pocketbook, future earnings, and any ability to dream of self sufficiency.

They merely take what they want, throw you in the gutter when they are through, and laugh while you and I are left to pay the bill.

I've tried to be as tasteful as possible in explaining this comparison, and due to the passion of the natural man that was not an easy thing to do!

This is just pure slime

McCullough's column is completely dishonest and hateful, as usual. He concocts imaginary liberals, places them in the worst possible light (e.g., pedophiles, rapists), and then presents them to his readers as objects to be hated.

It's all a lie. Either McCullough is psychotic, or he's out to intentionally mislead you and inspire your hatred.

Then the hypocrite claims he tried to be tasteful.

Liberal's Values

Liberals just don't share middle american values.

This Column is Pure Truth

McCullough's column is completely honest and truthful, as usual. He describes liberals, perfectly, revealing their true character (e.g., pedophiles, rapists), and then presents them to his readers as kindly as he can.

It's all truth. McCullough reveals the psychotic, narcissistic personalities of Liberals.

Then the Liberal hypocrites claim that McCullough is NOT being be truthful.

McCullough's article is idiotic
Let me make this as simple as possible:

McCullough talks about pedophiles and rapists.
He also talks about liberals.

But without making any remotely logical connection between the three, he assumes that his readers will believe him that liberals are rapists, pedophiles, and everything else bad.

This is the cheapest and most disgusting form of argumentation, something you might try with a 12 year old.

If McCullough was really concerned about these problems, then he would suggest that we need much more scientific research into their causes and how they can be controlled. But I suppose science is also an evil property of liberalism.

Case in (KMs) point
The 3:59 am post lies about the columns truths, and then illustrates them by calling for science to fix the evil of child molesters and rapists.

Way to go Doc, you back up the truth of the column perfectly...Enabler.

I'll never
If I live to be 100, I'll never understand the "thinking" of a libtard. McCullough only has to point out the typical liberal views to get them foaming mad.

KMC's truth

The last time KMC wrote about the gaming world, he ended up looking rather foolish:

http://softfacts.newsvine.com/_news/2008/01/17/1234252-fina l-mass-effect-1-kevin-mccullough-2

I wonder if his description of "Rapelay" is more accurate than his description of "Mass Effect" was in his January column of last year.

As for this article in general, I think Dr. Douglas woefully understates his case: the depths of McCullough's psychosis are bottomless.

Dr. Douglas is a Liberal Apologist
What excuse does Dr. Douglas have for Obama's Cabinet appointees?
1. Eric Holder as Attorney General
A man who engineered pardons for a Fugutive
from justice (Marc Rich), in exchange for a
healthy "political contribution" to the
Clintons by Rich's wife. A man who pardoned
the FALN Terrorists.
2. David Ogden as Holder's "second in command"
A man who spent most of his legal career
defending pornographers.
3. Hilda Solis as Secretary of Labor
A woman who is an open borders advocate and
is more concerned about helping illegal
aliens obtaining jobs than she is about
helping Americans obtain jobs.
4. Janet Napolitano as Secretary of Homeland
Security.
Former Gov. of Arizona, who also is an open
borders advocate and who fought to prevent
Arizonans from passing legislation that would
prevent illegal aliens from getting taxpayer
funded social services, driver's licenses
and taxpayer funded health care.
5. Cecelia Munoz to his presidential staff.
A high ranking official of La Raza, a rabid
anti-American, racist, open borders advocacy
group.
6. Tim Geithner as Secretary of the Treasury
A man who is a tax cheat.
7. Attempted to appoint Tom Daschle as Secretary
of HHS.
Another tax cheat.
8. Rahm Emanuel as his chief of staff.
A man who tried to hijack the responsibility
of the census from the Commerce Department so
he could keep secret the means of census
taking so Americans couldn't access any
improprieties and/or gerrymandering.

NUFF SAID

Rape is an accurate description
Rape is exactly the word I and my neighbors and friends are using to describe the so-called stimulus bill.

Not only did Congress rape us, they raped my daughter and her entire generation, plus their children and their children's generations. For what? So government workers might drive "green" golf carts? I see no stimulus there, just a payoff for a Congressional vote. The whole bill was porkalicious, rife with favors given in return for votes. That's the way Washington really works, if you want the truth of it. And why is Obama out selling this wholesale rape to the American People? Because the powers that be, the Reids and Pelosi's who front for the deeper pockets, know he can't actually govern. They're keeping him busy while they continue to assault us all.

It's obvious to me that if we the People don't get together and march on Washington to the throw the bastards out, the perpetrators of the largest rape in the history of Man will merely take that as a sign to continue.

Some of you defenders of your rapists should learn to read, books like Ayn Rand's Atlas Shrugged for example. Of course, your rapists are counting on the fact that you won't read anything they don't tell you to. They're counting on you. I see that so far, you haven't let them down.

Who is John Galt? And where is he now that we need him?

Barack Obama a Sociopath

Barack Obama is NOT an 'Empty Suit' but a skilled and manipulative 'Con Man' and a Sociopath.

Add his conning abilities, to his Marxist thinking, his malignant narcissism and his blatant manipulation of the law (he is a lawyer) and the results will be disastrous.

Barack 'Sociopath' Obama will do to America what all of madmen and their armies have failed to do - destroy America.

America is on the 'Eve of Destruction'.

retired geek
Obama is doing a fine job.

You've got a long four to eight years ahead of you.

Obama can and will be dangerous

Barack Obama is a pathological narcissist and has a very weak sense of self.

Barack Obama compensates his devalued and injured self with pomposity and by projecting a false image of majesty and authority.

Barack Obama retreats into a bubble universe of fantasy, in which he is loved, respected and omnipotent.

All children create such a world. Narcissists like Barack Obama, simply don’t leave it.

Barack Obama has carried this world of pretense into his adulthood.

Barack Obama has made this world so real, he NO longer can differentiate his world, from reality (real world).

When Obama acts presidential, he is simply acting out his childhood fantasy of omnipotence and grandeur.

Barack Obama emotionally, is still a little hurt boy (from a dysfunctional family), neglected and unloved in the body and mind of a grown up man.

Barack Obama, can and will be dangerous.

Barack Obama has the emotional maturity of a child, but the intellect of a man.

Barack Obama is a 'Perpetual Child' and will project the rage of a child towards Liberals and anyone else when they begin to criticize his failures to produce his campaign rhetoric.

Retired Geek Stimulus Package

Create a randomly sorted database of all citizens on welfare. Although 3,880,321 were on welfare as of 12-31-07, the average size of a welfare family is 4.2, resulting in 16,297,348 actually living off of the welfare recipients check.

This is the equivalent of the actual population (not metro population) of New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia and Dallas.

Deport all illegal aliens and create a database of where they worked (Approximately $160 billion -$10k per deportation).

Assign each person on welfare to a job that was left by an illegal alien.

Refusal to report to the job automatically and permanently drops the citizen from welfare for life.

The government would pay the business for the salary of the newly hired former welfare recipient, whether replacing a deported illegal alien or a new job creation, for six months (Approximately $166.4 billion - $10 hr).

Give each former welfare recipient $30,000, for expenses to relocate to the new job and incidental expenses (Approximately $480 billion).

An approximate $804 billion, deports all illegal aliens - this takes the drain off all of society - puts all welfare recipients to work.

The entire $804 billion is placed into the economy within six months and business's have money to improve, expand or hire other employees.

This would save or create 15 to 16 million jobs.

Everyone wins except the politicians.

Obama is the 'Classic Predator'

Barack Obama the narcissist, has no self-esteem or self-worth of his own.

In the absence of observers, the narcissist shrivels to non-existence and feels dead. Hence the narcissist's preying habits in his constant pursuit of Narcissistic Supply.

Pathological narcissism is an addictive behavior.

Since a narcissist isn't acting on normal human premises, since all he is doing is playing you for the reaction he wants, truth is irrelevant. Truth or lies — it's all the same to him. Whichever works. Usually that's lies.

Narcissists like Barack Obama, are different in that they are never themselves. They identify with their image instead.

Barack Obama the Narcissist, has to be the center of attention and he will do anything to get that attention - lies, truth, demeaning remarks - especially towards anyone who others respect or get more attention than he does.

Malignant narcissism is perverted self-love. In fact, it isn't really self-love. It's self-hatred. The person "suffering" from Narcissism hates himself and loves his IMAGE instead.

He makes it look good the easy way — by making others' images look bad by comparison. That makes him a predator on the image of everyone around him. Everyone.

POLITICS - IT'S A GREAT RACKET

.....Now I know why the Kennedy crime family got out of bootlegging and into politics ...much safer and more profitable .....COLOSSUS

Fellow NRA Members
In case you missed it in the commotion over the Porkulous bill, Bobby Rush (D-Il) submitted HR45 - Blair Holt's Firearm Licensing and Record of Sale Act of 2009....
It's started folks....

Double Dittoes to Retired Geek in Va
Geek, you nailed Obama to a complete TEE. This is the same portrayal of Obama that I have been trying to point out to folks since last summer when this Narcissist hit the scene on a 24-7 basis.

It is because of this trait and mental disorder of Obma's, that the Liberal Democrats and the Mainstream Media chose him to be their candidate.

They knew, and they know, that with Obama, the narcissist, sitting in the most powerful seat in the world, that he was a Rubber Stamp for any Socialistic Bill they lay before him, as long as he has Center Stage and the Spot Light.

These tendencies were portrayed all the way through the elction process, the nomination process, and then onto the Grand Stage of inauguration.

In Denver at the convention, it was the Greek Column Theme with hordes of worshippers. When he made his acceptance speech, he went on Stage Alone, after hustling his wife and children back stage. He would not even share the spot light with his own family. Then, the Inauguration. Enough said. What a spectacle of conspicuous consumption spent on The Man, in a spot light totally alone, as he gazed over the horizon at his worshipers and his domain of world dominion. In his own mind, of course. Every narcissist also has Delusions of Grandeur. He shares these Character and Mental defects with others from history: Napolean, Stalin, Mussolini, and Hitler. A narcissist who is left to his own devices is a very dangerous character. Serial killers, such as Ted Bundy, was also a Narcissist and Sociopath. Socopathy is the other deadly mental defect of every narcissist. Wake up America.

Ditto to Retired Geeks Stimulus Plan
You are right on again Geek. Getting rid of illegals would open up jobs they are now doing. Also, it would get rid of the majority of the drug traffickers in this country which their gangs run.

As for the illegals who are now in our jails and prisons for committing crimes of murder, rape, drug dealing and terrorism, put them on a chain gang, and their work detail will be on the southern border of the United States where they will be required to build a tight security fence to keep out future invaders. Of course, hire well trained and armed security to see to it that these criminals stay on the job, and do the work they are assigned.

As for the welfare recipients who refuse to work, fine, let them root hog or die. Cut off the Pork Welfare Programs, and they will work. When the governement figured out that their are some segments of society who are not shamed by welfare, and they could also grant the right to vote for these same deadbeats, the Liberal Democrats knew they had an eternal voting bloc. Obama and the Socialists are trying to gurantee that they have a Lock and Bloc on all future elections. Thus, under the guise of free and open elections, the Liberals Believe they have created the Perfect Dictatorship. That is why they want to grant citizenship, and thus, voting rights to all the illegals who are reproducing like rabbits. This is the plan.

Tea Party #2
Do not say that "Dr Douglas" is educated. Say that he is "schooled by liberals".

garryb #29: Do you know what is even worse about gun-registration bills? Criminals and illegal aliens are exempt from complying with them.

Greyhawk #32: Bring home our soldiers and their equipment from FDR's war and put them in charge of immigration. The Engineers can build the fence. Tanks and helicopters can patrol the border. The infantry can capture the illegals, with "shoot if shot at" orders.
This will get them out from being surrounded by the moooslim terrorists in England, France, and Germany. The immigration work would be paid for with the money now paying to protect Europe.

"NO Reason, NONE, to TRUST OUR WORD"

Conservatives, "Consider Nationalizing"
====

"Fiscal conservatives" have said that the U.S. Government should at least consider nationalizing the country's banking system as a means of moving beyond the current lending crisis.

"This idea of nationalizing banks is not comfortable," said Sen. Lindsey Graham. "But I think we've got so many toxic assets spread throughout the banking and financial community, throughout the world, that we're going to have to do something that no one ever envisioned a year ago, no one likes. To me, banking and housing are the root cause of this problem. I'm very much afraid any program to salvage the bank is going to require the government... I would not take off the idea of nationalizing the banks."

Rep. Peter King also said "nationalization" should remain on the table.

SOCIALISM
THE WORSE THING ABOUT SOCIALISM IS THAT THEY RUN OUT OF OTHER PEOPLES MONEY TO FAST.

For those of us who care
about this country (obviously NOT dr.d and some of his friends) take a look at two other bills that have been placed in the leftwing demoBurou.Alcee Hastings HR645 which builds the re-education camps Douglas would have us all attend and Bobbie Seals HR45 which would take away our weapons. They get me and my weapons if they can pry them out of my dead hand.

STIMULUS

"This idea of nationalizing banks is not comfortable," said Sen. Lindsey Graham.

Thank you, idiotic Stupid party voters in SC for sending this illegal alien loving jerk back to the senate over Bob Conley. It's bad when party wins out over principle.

LARGE-SCALE WELFARE
It is not the least bit surprising that B.O. is anxious to mortgage our children's futures, because unlike most hard-working Americans (particularly those that are self-employed), he has never risked his own resources for anything. He was fed and clothed by the entitlement system, went to college and law school on other people's money, his campaigns were paid for by someone else, including his pres. run. He has never had any "skin in the game". This bill is designed to lower his risk of failure using our money. If he can get the American people to put enough of their money up, it will mitigate his shortcomings as President. I'm afraid that there is no sum large enough to mitigate his shortcomings.

And with regard to his statement that he "received this (recession) as a gift, wrapped in a big bow", I got news for the man. He campaigned with the promise that he alone could lead the people out of this crisis. It is a little late to plead ignorance, B.O.

HR45
To Jamie R in Utah:

Many firearms owners in this country are already aware of the law. In response, there has been a run on firearms and ammunition, long lines at gun shows and dealers and the folks are preparing for the fight. There are many proud, bitter gun-owning neighbors here in Colorado who will be glad to stand with you if it comes to that. So they can come get our guns - at their own risk.

I would much prefer the revolution to come from the voting booth, but what has happened in Washington recently has left me wondering if this might not be an option.

What?!
I know this column is about the "stimulus" bill, but I can't get past the game. Really? They have a video game like this? Seriously?

Rubes

Like I said before, McCullouigh's approach is to juxtapose liberals, pedophiles, and rapists, and then expects his readers to get all excited and hateful toward those perverted liberals.

This is the cheapest and most disgusting form of argumentation, something you might try with a 12 year old.

There's two possibilities:
1) McCullough is basically functioning like a 12-year-old and doesn't know any better, or
2) He's playing you guys for rubes - 12-year-old rubes - He thinks he can manipulate you with this childish nonsense.

You should be extremely insulted by him. Do you like being treated like 12-year-olds?

And again, if anyone actually cared about these problems, they would support the scientific research required to solve them.

SO THEY VOTED ON PORK CHOP HILL !
AND THE BAILOUT OF THE YEAR AWARD GOES TO PORKZILLA.

I have noticed an oddity
At my place of work, 400 people lost their jobs at Christmas. Last week, another 137 lost their jobs. This week, it was 80. That is half the work force at the time of the elections in Nov.

Isn't odd that Roland Burris (who btw admitted to having conversations with our impeached governor about donations before he was appointed to the Obama senate seat) has 150 people on his staff just like the other 99 senators; and none of those public trough feeders have lost their jobs? These recessions are really tough on everyone.

Apparently, I'm in the wrong business.

Hey Dr. Dougie
I have an idea. Everytime we catch on of the child molesters, let's shoot him the head. At the end of the year let's see if the # of Liberals has decreased. Now that would be scientific - and even mathmatical

marie re Rape
Date: Feb 15, 2009 - 10:54 AM EST
"The Bush administration raped us for 8 years and left us with a massive debt, how is that rapefest is acceptable to you? It's acceptable because that's the range of your mentality, with all the lies."

So, you're OK with the more massive rape if it comes from 'The One', and Harry, and Nancy?

Rape is unacceptable no matter who is doing the raping. If you had been reading these columns for any length of time, you would have read the criticisms from Conservative regarding Bush's lack of a veto pen.

No one is twisting your arm to come on TH.Go back to watching Springer and Oprah or that lesbian Ellen!

Exactly! What are our options?
So, we're raped. What are we going to do now? Why talk about it if action is not forthcoming?

Left-wing Loonies
The left-wing has caused almost all of the ills we have in our country today. Liberals,be honest with yourself and look around at the problems we have in society today. You know you're to blame.

Birdman is the perfect example

of what McCullough's slimy article is trying to turn you guys into. Mindless 12-year-olds:

Who cares about causes and cures?

Let's just shoot the bad guys.

Pervert
McCullough's columns frequently reference deviant sexual behavior. His blog is peppered with comments about homosexuals. Spears, Vanessa Hudgens, some girl singing "I kissed a girl and I liked it"... The girl who wanted to auction off her virginity was a guest on his radio program. The guy has a fascination with perversion.

It would be best for other conservatives to disown this guy. There are legitimate criticisms of liberals. This stimulus is going to have little short term gain and huge long term pain.

McCullough's perverted column isn't going to persuade anyone who doesn't already agree with him. It's just going to offend people.

Seriously?
quote: "Liberals are long known for light sentences for child molestors, opposition to child rape and child porn laws, and the speedy expediting of "freedom of speech" protections to pornographers, pedophiles, and male homosexuals who belong to the group NAMBLA."

Really? Specifically, what "liberals" oppose "child rape and child porn laws"? Where are the "liberals" supporting pedophiles?

I'm no fan of the left, but once again KMC goes with broad-based, ad hominem attacks. And please: can we ever get a decent copy editor for this stuff?

Scurlious
The writer of this aweful dribble is once again ascribing attributes to "liberals" but doesn't mention anyone by name, except former President Clinton. With President Clinto we at least got somewhat enjoyable, but painful drama, eight years of relative peace and prosperity, respect internationally and when he left, he left a surplus of 250+ billion dollars. I will more than take Bill Clinton's preformance over anything the repugs have to offer.

Let's see: lies and more lies about getting us into the Iraq war, a financial boondoogle that will leave us in a quandry for years to come, massive numbers of foreclosures, near bankruptcy levels of debt due to an unnecessary war coupled with tax cuts for the rich (didn't see any trickle down there), a recession, disrespect for women on a national and international level, falling educational performance of our kids, partisanship to unprecedent levels of ugliness. . .a bailout of the rich because of the greed, arogance and sheer stupidity . . .

President Obama couldn't possiblity do any worse than the last eight years. You name-lling republician obstructionist need to go find another country to terrorize. I have taken mine back and you are no longer welcome.

Rowly
Blamed for what?
-Going to work everyday? Trying to make due on wages that look more like what I earned 10 years ago because the increases in my health insurance, price increase in gasoline and food have outstripped every wage increase?
-Knowing that I was lied to about the Iraq war and seeing the best and some of the brightest loose their lives for a Bush lie? No lie of mine as caused another's child to loose their life or well-being in Iraq.
-See the wealthiest lie, steal, cheat to get their fortunes and leave the rest of the community to clean up the financial and mortgage mess? It wasn't my greed, arrogance or stupidity that got us into this mess.
-Lying and gagging healthcare professionals so women are not properly informed of matters regarding their health or well-being with regard to reproductive issues. I never got anyone pregnant, nor would I lie or mislead any male patient a of mine with regard to any healthcare issue. That would be immoral, unethical, unproductive and disengenious, not to mention, just plain wrong. But women have been disrespected and lied to for years by the former Bushies. Shame on you for the climbing abortion rate and the increaseing teenage pregnancy rate, because these young women are not being told the truth.
I'm not to blame for the major ills-those who supported Bush are; so take your hatefullness elsewhere.

Temple Prostitution
In Kalifornia the porn industry brings in lots of tax dollars for the state and the Public School System is in need of tax dollars because you can’t fail to teach that many children and expect them to be tax payers.

The Public School System took the approach that students shouldn’t tease the 18 year old 12th graders for working in the porn industry after school.

Chuck Schumer wants to legalize prostitution to bring in more money to support the parasitical government of N.Y.

This reminds me of the days of Al Capone only our government is promoting these vices to fund their operations.

Al Capone tried to donate money to the orphanages to make him self look like he cared but the orphanages refused to take the money.

It was Al Capone’s that caused of all the orphans in the first place.

It is our Government that is causing all the orphans in the first place.

McCullough's funny
He's like Dr. Mike Adams, Ann Coulter or for that matter, Al Franken. It's hyperbole and satire. If you take any of the specifics of what they say literally, you scare me. If Liberals take this stuff literally, they're being intentionally obtuse, and should remember the Al Franken analogy. It's the bigger point they're making that is what you're supposed to take from all this. If McCullough weren't using a running schtick in his columns, you'd be left thinking the guy has some serious sexual problems. Which I'm pretty sure he doesn't.

Child Sacrifice

Temple prostitution and child sacrifice go together

Like the public school system and big government programs

Alice
Just like Alice In Wonderland....according to you 'what's up is down and what's down is up'. You have lost it,give it up.

Dear Leader is about to give you what you want.I hope you enjoy it.

re: Alice
Actually, gasoline prices are back down to low levels. Most commodities are as well. You can sorta blame Bush for that one, as he did nothing to provide for a strong dollar, but the Fed gets some blame on that as well, and of course using corn for ethanol didn't help matters any.

The financial problems are again partially Bush's "fault", but not for the reasons you cite. Bush didn't invent greed, and poor regulation of financial markets is a bipartisan problem -- Madoff was at his tricks during the Clinton Administration as well. People that bought into his scheme didn't do their due diligence: that's their fault, not the government's.

As for the subprime/housing mess, again you can lay that partially on Bush's plate but it is more on the Fed and government policy that was begun under Clinton.

re: Matt
Are poorly-constructed sentences and bad grammar also part of KMC's shtick? Because if not, you'd be left thinking that the guy has some pretty serious grammatical problems.

There's nothing wrong with some use of hyperbole, but when that's ALL someone uses, it tends to indicate a lack of intellectually thoroughness. All KMC seems to do is to make broad accusations against groups he doesn't like, namely gays, "liberals", etc.

Semper Lib
Oh, I didn't say McCullough was a modern day Jonathon Swift. If McCullough has an editor, that person should be fired. And indeed, McCullough's one-note approach can get a little creepy. But it seems to work for enough people. He's getting paid for this, isn't he?

Matt, Semper Lib, Dave, et al...
Yes...

At times I have focused more on the issues surrounding sexual morality (probably more so than any other pundit) and other intrinsically faith/culture related issues.

For a major reason.

One - my nationally syndicated radio show now reaches 162 stations (possibly 203 by this weekend) and we are targeting the pressures and issues that the 15-34 generation face.

Last week I wrote exclusively about the economy in my "Thugs and Arrogance" column. In addition, if you read to the later half of this column you should be quite fearful of how our total obligations vs. the world's GDP compare to each other.

Lastly... I don't care much why all the mindless people like Dr. Dougie comment on this page as it pertains to reading into my motivation for topic selection or even how hard I smack the left in the head.

I am communicating a central truth that is refutable each week. Consistent with the worldview laid out in my first book that came out in 2006.

The message of this one simply being... Liberals lust for your earnings, and they are passionless about your welfare.

Crucify me if you want... They did it before to someone far more admirable than me.

But don't be shocked that I am here doing exactly what needs to be done, because largely no one else is doing or saying what BEGS to be pointed out...

Thanks for reading the column, and have a great day!

Keep up the good work....
Mr. McCullough....

"even how hard I smack the left in the head."

They want to take my taxes to spread around, but they won't share their peanut and jelley....

Somebody needs a reality check.
"Crucify me if you want... They did it before to someone far more admirable than me."

Yeah, because being criticized on an message board is the same as being nailed to a cross, adorned with a crown of thorns, and having a spear thrust in your side.

Dr. Douglas
This isn’t aimed at you, just that the research would some how blame the conservatives.

Then hate speech laws and higher taxes would follow any findings.

The taxpayers would get punished again for what someone else did.

Again, seriously?
Nobody's getting "crucified" here, so playing the victim card is hardly relevant and is supremely misguided at best.. I'm no leftist myself, but most people I know who would identify themselves as leftist or liberal have no love for child molestation or pedophilia, and to suggest that such things are a result of a particular worldview or ideology is simply wrongheaded. To paint all of those with opposing viewpoints as evil rather than debating them in an intellectually-honest manner does not positively contribute to the nature of political discourse.

I'm certainly no fan of the so-called "stimulus" bill, but I see assaults on our liberties from the left AND the right. The purpose of government is not to take property from one individual to give to another; however, neither is its purpose to protect "family" or "Judeo-Christian" values. Rather, the purpose of government is to protect individual liberty.

Peanuts
The government is Lucy.

The Conservatives are Charley Brown.

Every time the conservatives think the government is going to fix something.

The conservatives end up watching the colors change on our backs.

Dr Doug wrote
"Birdman is the perfect example
of what McCullough's slimy article is trying to turn you guys into. Mindless 12-year-olds:
Who cares about causes and cures?
Let's just shoot the bad guys."

Ever notice how leftists think rapists and child molesters can be cured, but they totally scoff at the idea of curing homosexuality?

Jim

re: Darkness Fish
I don't see the comparison of homosexuality to rapists and child molesters. Rape and molestation does not involve consenting adults, so there is a victimization. There is no victim in a consenting sex situation, at least not by the very nature of the act itself; this is true regardless of whether the consenting sex act is hetero- or homosexual in its orientation.

Preferring sex with one's own gender is not an inherent problem, hence there is nothing to "cure".

Semper Libertas @ 5:53
I think you missed my point.

Many on the left believe that homosexual desires are considered to be inborn and immutable. How does this square with the belief that desire for children is somehow cureable? After all this preference is probably inborn and immutable.

Make no mistake, I believe that homosexual behavior, although deviant, pales in comparison to rape and child molestation.

Jim

Jim

Mr. McCullough,
I agree that what the government is doing to its citizens is immoral, but I wish you hadn't given so much free advertising to such despicable "game." I really could have done without a description of its sordid contents.

Dr. Douglas, you criticize every column and nearly every comment on TH. How do you expect to be taken seriously? It's like the little boy who cried wolf.

I guess
All the democrats must have been lying through their teeth for the last 5 years when they screamed the republicans spent too much money, and our national debt will destroy us.
I guess all that democrat rhetoric about being for the little guy has turned out to be complete and utter hogwash, too.
Oh, scratch that lying claim the republicans are in bed with the big money players, I think we all see how much the democrats are smooching their very richest big shot business buddies, especially if they are criminals.

a sad truth:
Rape analogy = epic fail.

No Robert... its not the same...
Not even close to being the same...

The things you point out make what was done to Jesus Christ far more noteworthy. Which was the point of the statement.

I CAN'T compare myself to Christ - because I'm not even close to being worthy to be compared.

Semper Lib... again focus here
I didn't say ALL liberals ARE rapists, child molestors, adulterers, homosexuals, etc.

But it is ENTIRELY the agenda of those from the left - never from those from the right who seek to diminish the lines of morality and blur everything into gray.

David Ogden, nominee for undersec at Justice is a PERFECT example -- and Obama put him up there this past week.

Go research Ogden's record -- what he's advocated for, what he's in favor of...

You don't find people who openly advocate those ideas on the right.

If people on the right practice those ideas - they do so under the cover of deception and embarrassment upon discovery.

And the only thing the links homosexuality, adultery, adult/child sex (which the left advocates - Jocelyn Elders for example), is that they are behavior of sexuality that are both unhealthy, and immoral - because they fall outside the boundaries of monogamous sex within marriage...

You Mean Reid & Pelosi Play Hentai?
I'm still trying to reel this whole column in my head, but is the author essentially saying that Reid and Pelosi like to play Japanese hentai games? I'm kind of disturbed by that image in my head right now. Figures you would come up over this story from WorldNutDaily (like I did).

All I can say is that this is a somewhat quasi-grey area. I don't deny how black-&-white a heinous crime that rape is (especially child-rape), but do we need to start prosecuting gamers and game creators, as well as comic book collectors and cartoonists who make these things even though no laws have been clearly broken? Right now, a comic book collector is facing child porn charges because he ordered some Japanese comic books through the airmail that are, to say the least, disturbing to non-Japanese people. Should he be convicted even though there is no evidence that he posses any real child pornography, or has abused a child?

It's nonsense to believe that someone drawing a scantilly-clad girl is comparable to raping a child. Most likely (thank goodness), no actual child was involved. That said, has a child been harmed then or put in harm because a cartoonist drew a scantilly-clad girl? Did Toni Morrison harm children because she wrote about a daughter being raped by her father in "The Bluest Eye"? This is what I call the quasi-grey area unless there is, without a doubt, actual evidence that a poor child was physically abused or raped in the process.

By the way, since this particular game was developed in Japan (as most hentai games are), it might be a bit difficult to prosecute foreign creators in a U.S. Federal court system.

Libertarians Equal...
Libertarians are sometimes more dangerous to the world than the leftist...

Usually you can easily spot the fallacy in the leftist straight on...

Libertarians = the "freedoms" of the right, and the "indulgences" of the left... and claim they are "protecting liberty."

Washington, Adams, Jefferson, Lincoln and others have all commented, written, and reaffirmed that capitalism built on a society with a moral-less vacuum of belief leads us down a dangerous path...

Semper - there is no freedom or liberty but such as is a gift of the divine to man.

Until you understand this... your frustrations will be innumerable...

Wow 7sticks
You didn't grasp anything in the column whatsoever did you?

The7Sticks
"That said, has a child been harmed then or put in harm because a cartoonist drew a scantilly-clad girl?"

If we can be uplifted by good music and art, can we not be degraded by a continual assault of trash? The creators of trash will be held accountable. See Matthew 5:27-30.

"In the year 2006, the porn industry revenue in the United States was $13.3 billion. That is bigger than the revenues of the NFL, NBA and Major League Baseball combined. Other statistics regarding the viewing of pornography are alarming. During the year of 2006, there were 72 million unique visitors to adult websites every month. Hollywood releases 11,000 adult movies a year, over 20 times the number of regular releases."

re: KMC
quote: "Washington, Adams, Jefferson, Lincoln and others have all commented, written, and reaffirmed that capitalism built on a society with a moral-less vacuum of belief leads us down a dangerous path..."

They did not, however, advocate the government as a source of virtue; rather, they saw the government for its true purpose: the protection of individual liberty.

I've never claimed that virtue is a bad thing, or that we shouldn't encourage morality. But it should be done by individuals through persuasion. Government not only has no role in defining morality, it is an inefficient and ineffective instrument in doing so.

In saying that libertarians are "dangerous" is to say that *liberty* is "dangerous", to say that people should only be allowed to live their lives without intrusion if they follow your moral code.

"It is to secure our rights that we resort to government at all." -- Thomas Jefferson

re: KMC, cont.
quote: "I didn't say ALL liberals ARE rapists, child molestors, adulterers, homosexuals, etc."

The title of this column isn't "What Some Liberals Share...". The first sentence of the 5th paragraph isn't "Some Liberals are long known for light sentences for child molestors, opposition to child rape and child porn laws,..." In both cases, as with the article in general, "liberals" were denounced in sweeping terms.

In fact, I don't know *any* "liberals" who are opposed to "child rape and child porn laws". Nor, for that matter, do I know any libertarians who oppose such laws.

the crap that came out of your mouth....
i almost never get to read such ignorant lies, but these days with the conservative media elites spewing their lies, i've had my fill. you seem to look the other way when faced with facts that debunk your BS. well as your poor pathetic party has come to realize, the public has spoken. being an obstructionist is not what america needs. thank God Obama is our president. a true leader at a time when this country needs one the most. and thank God we are in the information age so people that spew lies and hate are quickly and effectively trumped! once again a call to all americans that stand for truth and justice....death to the NOT so grand ole party.

stupidity
it seems the christian right, conserative right, moral (non) majority is scared and throwing poo like the monkeys they are...death to the NOT so grand ole party!!!!

Townhall sinks to new low ...
... even for them. Nothing intelligent can be said about this so-called "column" except who the crap let this toe jam near a keyboard?

Normally I would adhor any mention of rape in the context of a supposedly political discussion, but the author needs a good gang-raping to clear up his obvious confusion on his topic of choice.

If Liberalism is a Mental Disorder,
then Conservatism / Republicanism is full-blown insanity!

Another nail in the Republican coffin
This column should be widely disseminated. While it is, no doubt, a satisfying read for an unhinged sliver of the population, it does far more too discredit the right. Clearly, the author has no idea that he comes off as a total loon.

re: Elaine
This article does absolutely nothing to discredit the actual ideas of individual liberty and free market capitalism that many of us stand for on "the right".

Um, Who Created This Mess?
Why is it Rove/Bush/Delay/NRO/Townhall "conservatives" won't take responsibility for creating this financial/credit mess?

George Bush and his Republican Congress led by Tom Delay and Denny Hastert increased the federal government the most since LBJ. They fought two wars on the nation's credit card, expanded the Medicare drug program as a payoff to Big Pharma, expanded Big Government into public education via NCLB and expanded Big Brother via the Dept. of Homeland Security.

Ayn Rand acolyte Alan Greenspan encouraged Americans to take advantage of innovative financial products such as adjustable rate mortgages, lowered interest rates to historic lows and created a "Take As Much Risk As You Want, We'll Bail You Out" environment on both Wall Street and Main Street. His successor, Bush-appointed Helicopter Ben Bernanke showered cash out the window via a 0% interest rates and trillions in cash to insolvent banks who should be allowed to go belly-up.

Who the Bleep are you kidding, McCullough? You want to know who "raped" the country - George W. Bush and his merry band of apologists - like yourself.

If you were an honest man, you're critique would include blame for Repubes as well as Dems. But you're not an honest man.

Like many on the right (though not all - Cunning Realist, Andrew Sullivan, and some of the writers of the American Conservative come to mind), you're a hypocrite and a hack.

Blind spots
Note that the loud complainers talk about blaming political parties when the article mentions only liberals.

Do you have a brain?
Ya know, when I was raped 20 years ago I didn't have the thought afterward "now that was unpleasant, however it was for a greater good that I endured this horrific event"

May your mother, sister, wife or daughter never know what I went through, because it is quite obvious that you don't have a clue.

this is disgusting
How dare you compare the unimaginable suffering of millions of people to *any* government policy.

You're just making conservatives look like total ignorant morons. Rot in hell.

a reply
For the age of consent as far as I'm aware the age of consent is not lower than 16 in any state. Texas has 17, for it's state.

Now let's get one thing out of the way.

This is a porno game, from Japan, that is very very obscure. VERY obscure. In fact if it wasn't for a British politician making a fuss over it then neither of us would have probably EVER heard of it.

You said

"There are no genuine side effects. And it won't impact reality.

Sort of like what liberals sound like when it comes to our money."

I fail to see the significance. You're talking about economy vs. psychology.

"Political leaders with no morals see little difference between nominating administration members who will not prosecute those harmful persons that create elements that lead to sexual assault on innocent girls, nor the physical equivalent of doing the same thing to your pocketbook, future earnings, and any ability to dream of self sufficiency. "

This game was made in Japan so even if virtual rape was illegal the game would still exist. Oh and why didn't you site sources that these games cause people to commit rape. It seems like a stretch.

Isaiah 32:5
"This week Amazon.com after many complaints finally decided to ban a virtual reality game called 'Rapelay.'"
not quite, the game developers themselves prohibited the game from being sold outside of Japan. Amazon deleted the re-seller's entry (it wasn't Amazon themselves selling it) after being informed of this, but their Japanese site continues to sell it.

"In the game Rapelay, reviewers have stated that the player must first sexually assault a mother character and her two daughters before being allowed to then 'pick' their next series of victims."
the last part is false; those three are the ONLY victims, and the rapist gets killed at the end.

"The vile person shall be no more called liberal, nor the churl said to be bountiful." (Isaiah 32:5)

Begging the question
" immoral - because they fall outside the boundaries of monogamous sex within marriage."

Explain why falling outside some seemingly arbitrary boundary is immoral.

Dribble Drabble
This is the most insane thing I have read all day. Congrats sir, you have now blown my mind. To compare what is being done to the people by the government to a rape sim game is awesome in it's stupidity. Where was this article when the Bush was piloting our country into the ground for 8 years. If anyone out there thinks that things now are any worse than they were for the last 8 years, I suggest you get a brain scan as you may have cancer in the brain. KMC is spewing another line of dribble drabble to get his name out there. He knows that if he compares those low life "gamers" to liberals, he will strike a chord with all of the other close minded war mongers. Just embarassing if you ask me. like a baby pleading for a bottle. Notice Me! Notice Me!

Absolutely Baffled....
I cannot say that I disagree with the liberal agendas being spewed across our country with regards to the bailout, stimulus, etc, there is one thing that I cannot wrap my head around.

Is there a point in the reference to this abomination of a game? Am I to assume that you've played through it? What, for the good of everyone else around you?

This reeks of another publicity push, as you seem to be unable to make a ripple in people's collective minds without mentioning video games, or trying to find the most offensive game possible, just to make a statement...

I'm a diehard republican. But guess what. I play video games as well. You paint a picture of Republicans being bigots, narrow-minded, and sleazy. You have taken the forums of the internet to make a name for yourself, and seem to be trying to fill the shoes of folks like Jack Thompson, who equally bring shame to the rest of us by portraying grotesque pictures of the Right minded people that you claim to speak for.

Debt and Deficit are DIFFERENT THINGS.
"United States runs a deficit of $65,000,000,000,000. (Sixty five trillion dollars.)"

First of all, where is he getting this number? The national debt is "only" $10 Trillion(!), according to every source I've read. And that's the DEBT. The DEFICIT is the amount we have to pay every year in INTEREST on the debt. Which is still horrendous, but when the writer's grip the facts is so sweaty on basic math, why should we take anything else he says seriously?

Oh, yeah. He hates Liberals, so he must be right. Fnord.
