If you take a good hard read of the comments posted to this article you will see that hardly any posters dispute Hawkins' summary of the positions of liberals and conservatives on the issues.

Most of the discussion and debate was not about whether Hawkins was correct in his descriptions of the conservative vs. liberal position, but rather on the merits of the conservative and liberal positions.

And while it is true that Hawkins did describe the liberal positions in very unflattering terms, especially compared to his descriptions of the conservative positions, a simple observation of that by you would have made the point (as I just did). You have no call to denigrate Hawkins or the article. And dragging you opinion of Sean Hannity into the discussion reveals way more about you than it does about either Hawkins or Hannity.

If Hawkins has misrepresented the liberal position on an issue maybe you could enlighten us. But the fact that you've made no attempt to do so, only denigrate Hawkins and a conservative who is not even involved in this discussion instead, indicates you have no real argument with any of Hawkins assertions. You (apparently) are just a miserable liberal who can't even understand why.

What in the heck does that dribble you posted have to do with the price of rice in China? Doesn't matter about all the baloney you posted. So what about the generals etc.? What is the cosequences of losing? Tell us what are they? You are obviously stuck on stupid. Since you cannot work as you claim then maybe you should go to school and learn some context and some critical thinking skills. The mistakes were made and they are done. That doesn't justify retreat and surrender. Do you have any idea what the fallout is going to be? Maybe you will never travel to a foreign country. Maybe you will never come face to face with an enemy(at least I hope not). But just the economic fallout alone in a global economy WILL effect you I gurantee it. P.S. Don't give me that cr** about sanctions. Did you miss the Oil for Food scandal? Do you not care we were being ripped off and lied to? Are you so heartless that you don't care Saddam was reselling the goods and building palaces and starving women and children? Are you so narrow minded that you cannot see the big picture or is it that it scares you so bad that you can't cope? What color is the sun on your planet?
