Poll
Will the Dems' health care Christmas Present to America be an improvement or detriment to our health care system?

"I live a few blocks from the Fannie Mae building," writes John Lockwood of Northwest Washington. "I was passing by to go to the post office to pick up a letter when I saw that somebody had left in front, right next to the Fannie Mae sign, a homemade 'HELP WANTED' sign."

EVERYTHING SARAH

Washington Capitals owner Ted Leonsis and MSNBC's Chris Matthews were just two of several well-known faces on hand for Friday's YouthAIDS 2008 gala at the Ritz-Carlton Tysons Corner, where emcee Sharon Osbourne took the stage, slid on her eyeglasses, only to announce on second thought:

"I'd better take these off. I feel like I look like Sarah Palin."

NO SOCCER MOM

"If we let that happen, then we'll soon be calling Dick Cheney the second-most dangerous vice president in history."

-Democratic strategist James Carville, worrying over the weekend about hockey mom and Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin becoming vice president of the United States.

GO FIGURE?

No wonder James Carville left Virginia and returned home to Louisiana.

John McCain and Sarah Palin supporters, we see, have borrowed from the familiar "Virginia is For Lovers" slogan and printed T-shirts, complete with a heart, stating: "Virginia is For McCain-Palin!"

Or is it?

Last week, a Time magazine/CNN poll handed Barack Obama a most impressive (after all, a Democratic presidential candidate hasn't carried Virginia since 1964) a nine percentage-point lead over Mr. McCain, 53 percent to 44 percent, in the Old Dominion.

Similar polls conducted in Virginia of late gave Mr. Obama a smaller edge, although Republican faithful point to a Mason-Dixon Polling & Research survey, conducted over the same recent time period, putting Mr. McCain on top of Mr. Obama, 48 percent to 45 percent.

'IGNORANT BIGOT'

Father Sean Mc Manus, a veteran campaigner against anti-Catholic bigotry as president of the Irish National Caucus on Capitol Hill, is slamming comedian Bill Maher "whom I see as a malicious, vicious and ignorant anti-Catholic bigot."

The priest is angry about Mr. Maher's new movie, "Religulous," and speaks of his personal disgust in a letter to the Irish-America magazine in New York, which interviewed the popular HBO host for its latest issue.

"Even Northern Ireland has not produced worse bigots than Maher," writes Father Mc Manus, who forwarded a copy of his letter to Inside the Beltway. "And the fact that Maher was raised Catholic only makes his ugliness more offensive."

The movie is about Mr. Maher's personal take on organized religion, of which he is no fan.

BEYOND GREEN EGGS

Dr. Seuss for president?

Not quite, although given all the excitement, campaign buttons and fliers distributed on the brick sidewalks of Old Town Alexandria on Saturday night one has to wonder how many Americans remain undecided about November's presidential election.

The "Dr. Seuss for President" art exhibition - Theodore Seuss Geisel's so-called "secret art" painted for his personal enjoyment over a period of more than 60 years - offers an unusual glimpse into the sociopolitical-minded imagination of one of the world's most celebrated icons of popular culture.

The colorful exhibition, which includes political works on topics like raising taxes on Capitol Hill, is on display at the P&C Art Gallery in Alexandria through the November election.

Google Hannity's America
Then go to the video called Obama and Frieds; Histoiry of Radicalism

Pass the word on, if you're a conservative. We can do some good work for McCain/Palin right at home.

Today is the third day.
On September 29, 2008 US District Court Judge R. Barclay Surrick, the federal magistrate for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania ruled in the matter of Philip J. Berg vs Barack Hussein Obama, et al as the world was distracted by the $700 billion subprime mortgage crisis. Obama signed (sic) a breathe (sic) of relief as the mainstream media chose to ignore the question: "Can Senator Barack Hussein Obama legally seek the office of President of the United States?"

In his ruling, Judge Surrick noted that the "...cause came before the United States District Court Judge, Honorable R. Barclay Surrick on defendant Barack Hussein Obama and the Democratic National Committee's motion to dismiss." The order continued, "Having reviewed the motion and plaintiff's opposition to said motion and for good cause shown, it is hereby ordered that the motion to dismiss pursuant to F.R.C.P. 12(b)(1) and 12(b)(6) is denied. It is further order of this court that the following discovery is to be turned over to plaintiff within three (3) days.

1. Obama's "vault" version (certified copy of his "original" long version) birth certificate; and
2. a certified copy of Obama's Certificate of Citizenship;
3. a certified copy of Obama's oath of allegiance."

Obombo could be toast.

BHO and DNC Motion to Dismiss Not Ruled
To Hawkeye58: Contrary to the rumors and according to Phillip Berg's website ObamaCrimes the motion to dismiss filed by Obama and the DNC has not been ruled on yet. Wishful thinking at this point. I doubt the courts will even touch this before the election. Regardless, Berg's claims are dubious at best.

Debra
You are correct. After I posted a copied email here, I learned at obamacrimes that the motion to dismiss has not been ruled on to date. Nevertheless, either he is or he ain't...time doesn't matter. The Constitution prohibits anyone but natural born Americans to be president. Don't you agree that it is reasonable to require a presidential candidate to establish his bonafides beyond a doubt before he collects millions of dollars in campaign contributions?

BO's citizenship
There are several extensive, well researched blogs on the Internet making an excellent case for the view that Obama is not a natural born citizen of the US. However, he may have had time to cover up that fact by now with forged or stolen documents, bribed witnesses, etc. None of that would be beneath him, to be sure.

AMERICA: 7/4/1776 - 1/19/2009
Birth certificate lies or not, past associations with communists and sex perverts and drug dealers or not, Obama is a full-fledged socialist and a lying fraud. Granted, John "Democrat-lite" McCain is no great candidate, but it's still his election to lose -and it seems he's trying pretty hard to lose.

Still, if people knew the truth about Obama, Obama would win only D.C. and the states with the largest percentage of welfare recipients (the Parasite States of America).

Instead of propagandizing, try checking out the past of the candidate and what he proposes for America's future. If you're willing to accept only what the mass media says, you deserve the misery Obama will bring upon the United States. Read and learn - or do liberals not have the attention span to read?

If Obama gets in, and has Nazi Pelosi and Harried Reid at his beck and call, it won't be pretty. Circle the wagons, shelter your money from the tax man, and get ready for a rough ride to socialism. And pray for REAL conservatives to run in the 2010 mid-terms. We DON'T need Republicans, we need CONSERVATIVES and Libertarians.

Oh, and let me know as soon as one of the 50 states decides to secede from the Union. I'll have my bags packed in 5 minutes.

That's AWl ayve got to say??yes ..that's all, we'll do the rest

Secede? Really?
Actually, Texas still retains the legal right to secede from the union. The USA has never actually completely fulfilled it's obligations regarding our entrance into the Union.

Might be interesting to see what happens when America slides a little further down the fascist/socialist slope we've been on for so long now. Anyone else remember the theme of those come vacation in Texas ads a few years back? "Texas: It's a whole other country."
