Obama's Personal Web Site Sends Mixed Messages on Health Care

The advertisement itself made note of that irony in its event description.

“This event is being posted on this web site given the strong support for single payer health care in this grassroots community, and the probability that some will be interested in ensuring their voice is heard by both the administration and Congress,” it said.

Bechler said that was understandable.

“I would think most of the people who end up at these Obama meetings support a single-payer system,” he said.

Other agencies who sponsored the protest include The California Alliance for Retired Americans, The California Nurses Association, and The SF Gray Panther. Spokespeople for all of the agencies said that the protest was a resounding success.

ENROLL YOU IN MEDICAID/ SURE

In the present bill anyone - probably a lot of retirees - who have an income less than about 1,400 a month for one person - you will lose your insurance and be put on MEDICAID. Not Medicare.

So, you will get to go to the county hospital and wait for 12 hours - one woman lay on the floor for 12 hours before anyone discovered she'd died.

You do not want Government insurance.

Just another.....
example of the Dems turning on their own. Don't speak out against "the big O's" plan or you'll be shunned by the community. Look what happened to Pelosi and where's Madame Secretary of state. Not to get off subject but why isn't she speaking out about Iran......anyway, Obama want's to be the micro manager of all that goes on and his financial guys (who ever they are) will dictate to him what programs that are not making them money. It's still about the money.
