The cruaulty of a wife
I have been crucifide mentally, finacierly and physicaly. I am French have been living in this country for 17 years.
Last december after being separated for 5 months with my wife, she called the police allegaging that I abuse my 2 daughter and herself. this happen after I was returning with my 2 daughter froma trip from Tahoe skiing.
hell pours on me, she file a restraining order, freeze 10 accounts (all of them).
I was charged with 2 felonies with a potentiel of 7 years in jail i was told by diff lawyers. Tahoe took the case from the silicon valley and drop them immediately to 2 mistermeanors. Finnaly at the end of July theymade me a deal that i couldn't refuse to avoid the kids to be for a week in trial.
They dismissed the child abuse which were corporal punishment and kept one charge of threat.
all of this to send me in aseries of courses.
I never had a chance nobody heard my story(beside my lawyer)I had a written proof that my daughter 15 was acting out in reaction of the separation and had made the same accusations against her mother in october; that time she called me to tell me she was going to call the police on her mother, I save the mother of huge trouble (during the separation), this one 2 month after brough my daughter to the police telling her what to say to the police.
Now the best is I was a dad for 15 years working from home and raising the kids bymyself, I love my children also beyond life and my lawyer pressure me yesterday to sign a 2 years restraining order where I won't be able to see my children.
I like to say to my friends, I already know hell, from fear in february to spend most of the rest of my life in jail (2 felonies) to loosing all contacts with my children.
How can we be ever the same and not resent the cruaulty of women?
