Hillary's dialing all the wrong numbers

Poll
Will the Dems' health care Christmas Present to America be an improvement or detriment to our health care system?

Buried within a recent presidential-preference poll that asked voters who they would never vote for, an unexpectedly large number gave an emphatic thumbs-down to Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton.

A national poll of likely voters by independent pollster John Zogby found that nearly half (46 percent) said they couldn't vote for the former first lady under any circumstances. That is certainly a huge portion of the American electorate, which will no doubt feed growing doubts in her party about the New York senator's electability. But another number was even more disturbing to senior advisers in her campaign.

Zogby found that among likely Democratic voters, 18 percent said they "would never cast a vote in Clinton's favor."

That such a large percentage of overall voters would flatly express an aversion to electing her president was troubling enough to top Democratic officials. But that she appeared to be losing support within the base of her own party set off alarm bells among her high command.

The 46 percent of overall voters "includes a significant number of Republicans, conservative-leaning independents, liberal anti-war people who don't trust her, plus those who don't like her for a number of reasons, including those who consider her polarizing or feel she can't win," Zogby told me last week.

"If there's 46 percent who say never, then there are the rest of the voters who can be drawn from. But when I see 33 percent who say they could never vote for Barack Obama or John Edwards, and even Al Gore has less than that, then there is a problem with her and her campaign," he said.

The 18 percent figure surprised Zogby. "That is nearly one in five Democrats. The parties are at parity, which means she's going to need 85 percent support among Democrats," he said. Losing 18 percent of the Democrats means she would fall short of the minimum support needed to clinch the presidency.

One Democratic pollster, Ed Sarpolus of Michigan's EPIC-MRA poll, said, "She's in a trouble zone."

"Typically, when a candidate loses more than 12 percent of the base, they tend to lose," he continued. "If it was 12 percent, I wouldn't be overly concerned. If it gets around 15 percent, there are enough Democrats who would hold their noses, cover their eyes and vote for Hillary on Election Day."

But beyond that number, should it continue to hold up, "it is very difficult to win," he said.

However, Zogby's poll also showed that 19 percent of the Democrats said they could never vote for Obama, her closest rival for the nomination, or for Edwards, both of whom are in the top tier.

But Clinton's problems appear to run deeper when you look at a voter and gender breakdown of the 46 percent who would never vote for her. Among men, for example, 51 percent said they would never vote for her, nor, surprisingly, would 42 percent of women," Zogby's March 7-9 poll reported.

None of this means Clinton can't win back some of the doubters, but the pre-primary calendar is growing shorter and she will have to turn things around well before the January-February primaries and caucuses.

"It doesn't mean she can't turn it around, but she is going to have to do it very quickly. I would say by November because of the number of early primaries and caucuses," Sarpolus told me.

"Around December, voters attitudes begin to settle in and harden," he said. But in an era when presidential campaigns are moving at an ever-faster pace, the early outline of the 2008 election contest is beginning to take shape.

Clinton retains her party front-runner status, despite her deep polarization of the electorate, while former New York City mayor Rudolph Giuliani is leading all of his rivals by increasingly larger margins.

But at this point in the run-up to the two-month primary sprint, virtually all the major general-election-matchup polls show Giuliani beating Clinton. A March 2-5 American Research Group poll shows him ahead of her by six points.

Two major factors are in play here. One is the battle between Obama and Clinton and the other is the intensity of opposition to Clinton among her party's anti-war voters.

Recent surveys show Obama closing fast on Clinton in the national polls. He trails her by a scant 34 percent to 31 percent in the ARG poll. But nominations are won in state-by-state contests where delegates can be apportioned under different formulas.

In Michigan's Democratic primary, for example, "Hillary right now is kicking butt," Sarpolus told me. But in his latest general-election-matchup survey against either Giuliani or John McCain, "it's neck and neck."

What all of this says at this juncture is that, despite the political woes of war and scandal that Republicans have on their plate, the GOP is still very much alive and kicking in the 2008 race for the presidency.

The Test
We had all better be prepared for the "test" that the next president will take. GW Bush was tested by 9/11 just as his predecessor was "tested" by the first World Trade Center bombing, the Kobar Towers, the African Embassies, Black Hawk Down and the USS Cole. President Bush reacted with strength and determination and we had better hope our next president does as well. If he/she doesn't, in the time it takes him/her to stick a finger in the air or authorizes a poll to determine a best course of action many Americans will die. Rhetoric will be important here. I will be voting for the American candidate who states clearly and defiantly, "don't tread on me."

Magnificus
Pseudo-libs? More likely, Pseudo-Conservatives, i.e., Rudy, Hagel, Bush, etc, etc, ad nauseum.

Proud American
Agreed. Once Fred starts beating Hitlary like a drum at the debates, she'll go ballistic and probably throw an ashtray at him! haha.

PasPhil: Good point!
There are lot of people -- like the Governator out here in Leftifornicatia -- who call themselves "conservative" who are anything but.

Notice they always use a qualifier: "social" conservative; "fiscal" conservative (the worst. They want your guns and rights, but want to spend less getting them); etc.

We may need a new label, like "constructionist", or "originalist", or even "realist". "Reaganite" would do for me at the moment, except that it's been so abused by such a disparate bunch of poseurs that it's lost all meaning.

Another site I can't post to?
Try again. I am one of those people who thinks it is too early to obsess about polls. With one exception. I understand strong negatives for well-know candidates are very sticky and virtually impossible to lower. I'm with BrianR, I would like to see the negatives on Giuliani and I'll bet they are very high with us conservatives. He will soon crater just like McCain is doing. The GOP base is about 60% conservatives like me and I don't know anyone who likes McCain or Giuliani so the "conservatives" being cited must be those new "big tent" conservatives who consider everyone to be conservative except those of us who actually have a list of issues. Let's see what the numbers look like when Michael Barone comes around to including Thompson in his polling criteria. No rush for Thompson to declare. He's doing fine and not spending a dime.

BTW, for those who need a link
Here it is:

http://www.draftfredthompson.com/

This guy could be a real Reaganesque savior for America. I don't overstate.

Magnif: Yeah, Man! Amen, Bro!
Fred's the Mensch!

I just answered your post on my blog, BTW. Thanks.

But you are ABSOFRIKKINLUTELY right! (In more ways than one -- LOL)

Fred Thompson is the right (double entendre again; my bad) man at the Right time.

THIS GUY is the man we need.

Screw McCrazy and Bald Hillary. It's time again for a real conservative (Yeah, I know there are others like Paul et al) who can GET ELECTED.

Let's draft Fred Thompson!

BrianR

We both know there is REALLY only ONE good choice and the MSM is beginning to pull out all the stops to protect against We The People actually having that choice.

Their glowing reports on McKainnedy, Mitt the Flip, and Judy Rulan-Armie should tell everyone that it doesn't matter to the Lame Streamers which one gets the nomination because they're all the same.

They stand in same corner as the Libs and all have enough negatives to be beaten over the head with for however many months they have to do it. The media wants to not only bring down this president but choose the next one too.

We can't let that happen!

C'mon in Fred! The water's fine!
A little murky with all the libs and pseudo-libs though.

Magnificus: Don't forget McCrazy...
... who refuses to discuss campaign finance reform whenever he's asked about it.

He, of course, almost single-handedly strangled the First amendment, and who wants to be reminded of a murder they've committed?

And, oh yeah, Gang of 14, Keating scandal (there are some bones in the closet just waiting for the MSM to rattle if HE gats the nomination), McCain/Kennedy, blah blah blah.

A mans past is a good indicator
We can ensure a Republican defeat by nominating any of the BIG 3 as the MSM has convinced us we MUST do or we can do the unexpected and ELECT Fred Thompson!

First of all, the MSM that loves them now will hammer away their shortcomings during the run-up to the general election. BANK ON IT!

A) IF Mitt Romney gets the nod he will be called "Another Massachusetts Flip-Flopper" day in & day out. AND there won't be a thing we can counter with because it will all be TRUE.

When running for governor here Romney was Pro-Choice which served him well in a blue state like this. But once he started running for president Mitt "flipped" knowing for him to win the Republican nomination he would need the Pro-Life vote.

And though he may have 'personally' been against "Gay Marriage" he made only a feeble attempt to get the question on the ballot for a vote by the people and to force the legislature to put the marriage protection provision into the state's charter thereby following the state's constitution.

Romney was also steadfast in his support for EMBRYONIC STEM CELL RESEARCH, (citing a relative who suffered from a Alzheimers(?) as the basis for his support. Then somewhere on the campaign trail he visited a lab and claimed that on "seeing the 14 day old embryos" changed his mind. ???? Come again?

He never made any effort to ease the states restrictions on obtaining gun licenses, some of the toughest in the country. YET NOW he is saying he has been an NRA member for a long time. Then why not help others become the same? So much for my constitutional right under the 2nd amendment.

Sorry, but I REFUSE to vote for Mitt Romney, EVER AGAIN.

As for Rudy... he has at least as much dirty laundry the MSM will love airing out for all of to see. Considering I've seen him dress in drag thats one load of laundry I really don't wanna look at!

But again, Rudy is Anti 2nd amendment... For Open Borders... Pro 'special rights' for Gays...

How can anyone say this guy IS NOT a liberal???
What exactly would your definition of a Liberal be?

BTW, Mr. The Don
Is it safe to assume you voted for NYC's current Republican mayor, Mike Bloomberg? And would you consider him pro-Second amendment?

To The Don
*sigh*

What does it tell you that the NYTimes and CBS News like the guy, HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM?

Those are QUOTES, things he said himself. Get it?

You want memos? We got memos.

http://www.thesmokinggun.com/archive/years/2007/0212072giuliani1.html

Those are generated by his own campaing staff.

Here's another great quote, at CPAC just a couple of weeks ag:

" We don’t all agree on everything. I don’t agree with myself on everything.’’

Could he be saying "pay no attention to that man behind the curtain"? Ya think?

Further, that has got to be one of the weirdest things a pol has ever said. I don't know about anyone else, but I agree with myself 100% of the time on the issues. This guy wants to have his finger on the nuke GO button?

That reminds me of Perot's running mate, Stockdale, standing at the podium at his first debate and opening with the statement "I don't know what I'm doing here". Very telling, and true political theater.

GunnyG
I need that on my car, the loopy left are going to need some big shovels for all that crap for the pile is growing.
Bytheocean remember slick willy was just a governor, so I will take a Senator with many years of experience over a state Governor, plus being a good ol Georgia boy and knowing that Thompson being from Tennessee he is a good ol Southern Politician and is smooth Communicater when it comes to dealing with major issues, kinda like Reagan so not to worry it won't take much for him to wipe Hillary off like crap on his farm boots.

flip flop
Hillary changed her position on Iraq again today. First she voted for it. Then she said she wouldn't have voted for it then she said she would keep the troops there for years much like Germany and like South Korea, Today she said she would withdraw them. She is counting on the electorate forgetting what she says.

The Don
Nope. Doesn't wash.

Giuliani's anti-gun, flat out; and a real flaming lib.

“Mayor Giuliani, when he was mayor of New York, basically said I'm not a Reagan Republican anymore, I'm a moderate Republican; I'm pro-choice, I'm for the Brady Bill, I'm for the assault weapons ban"
CBS News (http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2000/04/06/national/main181115.shtml)

"But the contrast is not as sharp in Mrs. Clinton's expected contest with Mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani. The mayor and the first lady hold almost identical views on gun control, which could complicate any effort by Mrs. Clinton to draw a contrast. Mr. Giuliani's campaign manager, Bruce J. Teitelbaum, said, "As a senator, New Yorkers will know exactly what Mayor Giuliani will do because he doesn't just talk about gun control, he actually has a record of taking an historic number of guns off the streets."
NY Times on the Web, 10 May 2000

“Abortion Fits GOP Philosophy, Says Giuliani

Mayor Giuliani is wading into the debate over America's immigration policy with the argument that the comprehensive approach being pursued by the Senate is better for American security than what he called the 'punitive' approach being pressed by the House of Representatives.”

There it is, in his own words.

Brian
I was receiving Zogby polls but no more. Could it be they didn't like my right wing slant answers to the questions?? Just a thought, Brian, just a thought.

catalina/Lolo
you both have solid points.

Osama is the kind of oily salesman type that talks a good line but when you look for the product, it ain't there, if it ever was. Osama Obama will get you to buy a ticket on the express to H*ll and then thank him for the opportunity! As I have stated in other posts, he is the incarnate of Martin Sheen's character in "The Dead Zone."

Hitlary, well, southern accent and all, a nutjob commie who'll tell you exactly what she thinks you want to hear. If you protest, she'll set her eyes on "Stun" and you're crispy!

Danny: Wrong
Look at my post of 1:04 PM today. As a matter of fact, I'll save you the trouble. Here it is:

"Right now the R party has as front-runners a couple of candidates who don't give a flaming rip about conservative values: Giuliani and McCain. We're told we're supposed to "hold our noses" and support them anyway (Yeah, well, pass out the gas masks).

"Here's the REAL problem. If this kind of candidate gets elected, and the R party gets the idea it no longer needs to support core values like gun rights, free speech, smaller government, fiscal restraint, etc. in order to get elected, well....

"GUESS WHAT?

"It won't! You can kiss your guns goodbye, zip your mouth near campaign time (which seems to be perpetual nowadays), get ready for the Big G to regulate every aspect of your life, and open up your wallets, because the last line of defense will be GONE!!!

"Make them EARN your vote."

Some messages are worth repeating.

If it boils down to Hillary versus Bald Hillary, I sit it out, as there is NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THEM in philosophy or politics. They are BOTH flaming liberals. Frick and Frack, Tweedle-Dum and Tweedle-Dumber.

Rudy V Hillary
This is communism's last stand and they will do everything they can this time. Mrs. Bill Clinton must not be allowed to enter the oval office. Rudy is the only one who can beat her. I am a libertarian conservative who has serious issues with Rudy on the second ammendment as well as his grandstanding past (i.e milken). The fact is we need someone who knows how to fight tough and fight dirty. Rudy Guiliani is the only one who with an R who knows how to do this. The Islamic threat is only going to get worse. We need a President who will not tolerate sharia law in Minnesota (for example). Rudy is the only one I trust to take this seriously. We need a president to take pick to the state department and to the CIA. . .Rudy can and will. What other republican will?

catalina
No I haven't misread a thing. Sooner or later he has to put forth a game plan. Obama is a slicker salesman than Ol' Billy ever thought of being. Right now he's running as a nice guy. He'll con you right out of your paycheck and people will thank him for it. Every GOP candidate can't wait to get a hold of him.

Proud American/Magnificus
Swoop by my blog and check the Thompson 08 bumper sticker!

He's ALREADY got the leftists crapping their diapers.

BrianR
LOL!

Sometimes ya need a smack to wake up and smell the coffee!

It was deserved and now look at the AWESOME Thompson 08 bumper sticker on my blog! haha.

NO MORE RINOS!

Thinking about it...

Who is the one candidate that doesn't even need a running mate?

Hint;(we all know the troubles he has with 'mates' anyway)

Rudy Guiliani & Judy Rulan-Armie
Get the best of both worlds...
what a campaign slogan!

Too Many Negatives

From all of the supposed "TOP TIER" candidates.
And this election cycle is going to give the voters of both parties a lot of extra time to grow even more disdainful of their choices.

If ever there was a time a 3rd party could win, this might be it! Though I am leaning toward the idea that the two eventual nominees aren't even announced candidates yet.

Conservative Fred Thompson.
AND
of course the VERY Liberal Gorelephant.

The MSM is trying hard to convince us that if a presidential hopeful isn't already IN the race then it is TOO LATE! More BS from the MSM as they continue to lose their grip on both the pulse of the general public and their SANITY.

The delay by Thompson and Gore is going to work out in both mens favor as the weeks of headlines and sniping about and from the various campaigns drives voters away.

These two have insulated themselves from the early back-biting and in-fighting. A very smooth strategic move by two shrewd politicians.

Which is more repulsive?

From my cold dead hands
Not Rudi, New York is not America so give it time, Rudi will jam his foot and most of his leg in his mouth and proove that he's just a pretender not the real deal. The R party can do better so we might as well start figuring on Fred Thompson because the Dems will obviously lose in 08 badly HA HA !!!
Weather Moderate or Conservative thats far and away a better side than the flameing liberal left of moral decay!!!!BYE HILLARY

PJ
You have hit the point exactly--so far there has been NO choice except to keep a Dem out.
But now if we can get Thompson to run, we have a choice!!
Yes, he is a lawyer and he has been a Congressman but, more important, he has the right ideas. He is conservative on everything I have been able to find so far.
Anyone who doesn't know him yet--look him up and be convinced.
Gunny when I tried to go to your blog I didn't get a pic of the bumper sticker!! Just a blank rectangle with a little square in it.

Fred Thompson
We need for president a man who has shown a record of successful management experience. I don't know Fred Thompson but Reagan had successfully run the screen actor's guild before being governor and before being president.
In my opinion an actor and a senator's experience is not enough.
The only men in the race for the republican primary who have such a record are Guilianni and Romney. Personally I think I would rather try an engineer at this point. We've had enough lawyers, and the MBA with no proven track record has been a disaster. An engineer can take something apart and put it back together again and fix it in the process and it takes a discipline of the mind to attain it. And I don't mean a nuclear engineer.
Is there no engineer with management experience out there who is a conservative who wants to run?

hilarious
You guys are hillyarious today. Poll explains Obama phenomenon. Mr. Pie in the Sky just might stand a chance...right up to the debates, then he's burnt toast.

BTW, a thought for all
Gunny's post reminds me of the meat of that email, and it's something for all to consider.

Right now the R party has as front-runners a couple of candidates who don't give a flaming rip about conservative values: Giuliani and McCain. We're told we're supposed to "hold our noses" and support them anyway (Yeah, well, pass out the gas masks).

Here's the REAL problem. If this kind of candidate gets elected, and the R party gets the idea it no longer needs to support core values like gun rights, free speech, smaller government, fiscal restraint, etc. in order to get elected, well....

GUESS WHAT?

It won't! You can kiss your guns goodbye, zip your mouth near campaign time (which seems to be perpetual nowadays), get ready for the Big G to regulate every aspect of your life, and open up your wallets, because the last line of defense will be GONE!!!

Make them EARN your vote.

Gunny: Flaming email?
Why... I thought I was quite constrained and decorous in my approach. I resemble that accusation!

Here you were, poor ole Gunny, formerly known as NRALifer, getting ready to support a guy who wants to take away his guns!

Let's re-characterize. My email wasn't flaming, it was flabbergasted.

Now McCrazy, on the other hand, only wants to kill the FIRST amendment.

LOL

Rudy the RINO or Hillary the NONO?
If h20skier really wants an answer from a conservative, he probably won't like it.

This conservative, given that Hobson's choice, will "elect" to stay at home (pardon the pun). There is no way that I would support even with a clothes-pinned nose a gun-grabbing, pro-gay, pro-open-borders guy. And as for Lady Macbeth, to quote Tony Soprano - forgetaboutit.

emmmjay/ALL
Check my blog (shameless plug I know...blame BrianR, he mentored me) for a GREAT Bumper Sticker for THOMPSON 2008!

BrianR
Yeah, who can forget that flaming email I rcv'd from you! haha.

Hey, ya step into the line of fire w/o looking and ya got nO ONE to blame but yourself. Shoulda examined RINO Rudy more carefully.

THOMPSON FOR PRESIDENT
All right, everyone! So start chanting--Run, Fred, run! Run, Fred, run!!
I agree with the majority--there isn't a person running right now that I want to vote for, but I have read enough about Fred Thompson to believe he is finally the one!!
Let's get everyone on the bandwagon!
http://draftfredthompson.com/index.php

Billary!!!
Hillary Clinton is a LOSER. she has manipulated the law for her own and Bill's advantage.
She has manipulated politics to gain office I.E. New York, because nobody in Arkansas would have voted for her for any office, not even the pig S**T inspector.
If this is the best the liberal left can do than the Republicans should have nothing to worry about, and FRED THOMPSON should have a easy road to the WHITE HOUSE.

Hillary's bad numbers
Hillary has big problems if a former politician, who's relatively unknown, and hasn't even announced a run yet, is ahead of her by one point. (A virtual tie).

In a new Rasmussen poll, Fred Thompson beats Hillary by one point. That's not too good since most people don't even know who Fred Thompson is.

She'll really be in trouble if he runs. Run, Fred, Run!
http://rasmussenreports.com/Political%20Tracking/Presidential%20Match-Ups/March%202007/Thompsonvs.ObamaClinton20070323.htm

Gunny: LOL
Saving political souls, one at a time!

H20skier
To answer your question (and you can visit my blog, for I've discussed this in GREAT detail many times), if it comes down to Hillary v. Giuliani, I'll be sitting it out.

A pox on both their houses.

Giuliani is nothing but Hillary without the hair, which is why I call him Bald Hillary.

They are identical on the issues and philosophy, Frick and Franck, Tweedle-Dum and Tweedle-Dumber.

Re: Churchill and compromise
Churchill also said that whatever (and whomever) is not conservative must be liberal by definition and practice.

NO COMPROMISES.

Relevant Wise Observation From The Past
Winston Churchill, a wise warrior who witnessed the cosequences of leftist stupidity that killed millions, said: If you're not a liberal by the time you're 20, you have no heart; and if you're not a conservative by the time you're 30, you have no brain. As usual, we have a poor field for 2008. All Democrats are colossal duds, and most Republicans RINOs. Maybe Thompson is an answer -- or let's find someone worthy and not compromise again.

Hey bubba...
Are we talking about the same John Zogby who rigged poll questions, in 2004, to try to help get John Kerry over the top?

Negative turnout
While there is no true conservative in the field (yet), Republican turnout traditionally is higher by percentage than Democrat turnout. Grass roots Republicans also tend to retain party loyalty when voting more than grass roots Democrats, many of whom still fancy themselves as "independent".

So if Hillary does get the Dem's nomination there will be a lot of Republicans voting out of habit or a sense of civic duty who will vote for whatever Republican opposes her because of all the things Black and White Brian mentioned. This is Rudy's best chance to win.

I agree that Fred Thompson will be the best conservative choice if he decides to run.

Queen Hilly!
The problem with our famous Queen Hilly is that she believes the U.S. is like England of old and that she is Queen Victoria. She should just be able to make a royal decree and rule with an iron fist. After all, she is now telling us what will happen once she is President. So much for the Legislative process.

RR

Not that it matters
I don't think it's necessary to get out a thesaurus and use every vile adjective in the book. Nor do I think it fair game to comment on physical attributes.

I will simply say that I would never vote for her for two reasons: a) her core ideology is uber-liberal, and 2) she is inconsistent if not downright dishonest--her (stated) position is often driven by the audience she's addressing (pandering to), and she, like her husband, seems to believe that re-wording it is the thing. Most recently he defended her vote for the war saying "she was actually voting for a coersive weapons hunt" or something to that effect. It pretty much sums up the Clinton approach, which doesn't fly with me.

That said, it's hard to put any credibility in this article. I certainly don't think it predictive. It's a POLL, and I think polls are basically just a tool for propaganda. I'm sure when I hang up on pollsters, they go ahead and fill out my responses on their own.

The problem with Rudy
is that a lot of conservatives may stay home rather than vote for a Republican who is even less Right than President Bush, despite the fact that it could put an Obama or Hillary or Edwards in the White House.

Pity, but true.

Hey Black and white Brian
Why don't you tell us how you really feel. ;)

When I try to explain this to some libdolt friends, they don't believe she is really that bad. Eyes closed, mind closed, USA is in trouble, the turnout for the next election may be as low as 25%.

No thumbs down
.
I wouldn't give Hillary a "thumbs down". What I do give her is an up digit, but it's not a thumb.

HItlary
Hopefully, in her dreams at night, she hears the voice of Vince Foster asking her, "Why Hillary, why?"

In closing, let me shamelessly p*mp my blog, as my mentor BrianR taught me. Three new articles up. Now GIT over there ASAP or I'll sic The Kimbat on you! haha

h20skier
Don't even said that in jest! The groundswell FOR Fred D. Thompson is growing and he'll be able to oppose RINO Rudy quite easily. Fred is a Reaganite and NOT a RINO. I side with BrianR (after he took me to the woodshed over this! haha) that Rudy is not electable as a true Conservative.

correction
I don't need someone trying to correct me like a child. I realize it makes some people feel superior to do so, only because they've never made a mistake, see above post as to my peeve. I said believes when I meant to say beliefs, so just correcting that.

I feel this way about some Republicans
I would not vote for certain Republican's running. No how, now way. Romney not a chance. Any man that can say this is who I am, but this is not how I would vote...Our believes are at the core of our being, if we can't be faithful to them, what are we going to be faithful too? I would rather have a Muslim and that's the last thing I want running this country. That was upfront and honest, than to have someone that plays to the audience. Which is Hillary's problem, as well. I like Hillary as a woman. I do not want her as my president. McCain I have a lot of respect for, good man. I also would not vote for him for president. Edwards, Obama I wouldn't vote for if they were the only two in the race. Gore is too immature to be president, like Edwards. So that leaves Rudy for me, he may not be the best, and I disagree with him on several things. But he's the best I see running and I don't have to explain why I believe that. But I will say this, my biggest peeve is someone that will look me in the face and tell me a lie, like they've gotten away with something. Just ask my children I can pick out someone telling me a lie a mile away. A liar and a thief walk hand in hand. So Rudy it is.

Hillary's problem
is that she cannot mask the real Hillary, a nasty, vindictive, duplicitious, wooden, opportunistic, power-hungry socialist/Marxist who is simply not a nice person, much less a leader of men.

"Her Thighness," as Mark Levin calls her, can also be referred to as "Her Phoniness."

Why women won't votet for Hillary
When I wanted to get into law school in the 1960s I was told "It's no use training girls to be anything. They just get pregnant and quit."

As womens' liberation put more women into the work force, and women began to be hired as lawyers, guess what? They got pregnant and quit.

Then the Old Boys Club said, "You see? We hired women and it didn't work out." And then no matter how qualified or celibate or committed a woman was, she oculd not get her foot in the front door. "We hired girls and it didn't work out" was the answer they got.

It's not as easy to fool little girls as it used to be. Plenty of women realize that hiring Hillary, who would be unqualified even if she were a man, would set the cause of women in high office back so far that not a single woman would even be considered for the position for the next 40 years, regardless of her qualifications.

If you want to make sure she doesn't get elected, remind the feminists among your friends how this happened to them during their liberation days. Believe me, we all have stories just like mine.

I told you to STOP playing with the dictionary!

GO TO YOUR ROOM!

Hey there, bubba
Zogby is a domocratic

For more trouble if Hillary

In a trouble zone?
'' One "Democratic" pollster, Ed Sarpolus of Michigan's EPIC-MRA poll, said, "She's in a trouble zone." ''

One Black and White Brian said, "She IS a trouble zone!"

(And that's without getting to, taking into consideration and/or even mentioning that she is also a treasonous, recidivistic, serially-perjurious psychopathologically-predatory, lying, looting, thieving, civil-rights-trampling, justice-obstructing, mass-murdering, co-serial-raping any-old gangsters' moll)

Polls.. and Polls
I don't understand how Mr. Lambro can hold any numbers from a Poll from a right wing slot that has any questions about a left wing politicatian up for validity.

It's illogical and stupid to think that an auidence would by it.

Goshawk

So far, it looks to me there are a lot of wrong
numbers. Maybe if we just keep dialing!!!

Hillary is..
a wrong number!

Brian
So, Brian who will you vote for when it is Gulliani against Clinton?

Yeah, well, I'd like to see
a similar poll on the revuslion factor for Giuliani.

In my house, it's 100%.
