Austin Byrd's Biography

Austin Byrd is a sophomore at Columbia University. As a student leader on campus, Byrd serves as the vice-president of the Alexander Hamilton Society, an undergraduate group for future members of the armed forces, which is currently working to broaden understanding of and appreciation for the military on Columbia’s campus.

Byrd has participated in campus activism training with Young America’s Foundation and is currently a Marine Officer Candidate.
