Stephen Hayes has been a welcome (read that non-stammering) replacement on a regular basis for Fred Barnes on Special Report's All-Star Panel.

Moments ago, I think he broke news...

According to sources Stephen had spoken to hours of the Ft. Hood attack told him on the record that Obama's FBI was more or less holding the discussions/investigations into the causes of Ft. Hood, but that "links to terrorism" were quote "not being discussed."

This in light of the fact that the shooter on Thursday was heard shouting "Allah Akbar" as he was unloading...

One week ago as many as 20 14-19 year old kids participated in one of the most shocking crimes imaginable. Enticing a girl just leaving her homecoming dance to a secluded spot on the school grounds, the girl was given a large amount of brandy very quickly, became disoriented and was then the subject of a 2.5 hour assault. Authorities may try some of those involved as adults, one may receive life in prison. Some editorials have said this case merely shows a lack of respect for women. So sometimes it must be said... "I told you so!"

Who was the first pundit in America to predict Barack Obama would be President in 2009? Moi...

Who confirmed it? El Rushmo...

Who was the first pundit to predict that Huckabee will be the front runner in 2012? Moi aussi...

Who confirms it? Rasmussen... (only the most accurate pollster of 2000, 2002, 2004, 2006, and 2008 election cycles...)

And Allahpundit had better brace himself to get over it, because Romney is not going to be the candidate in 2012. $50 abortions still being available under the mandated health care plan he took credit for are going to be used against him in the court of public opinion in the base. Especially in light of the current health care debate, and how cost overruns are killing Romney's state. Romney will be unable to escape it this year, no matter how many of his PACs covertly slide slime cash to NRO to attempt to slander Huckabee. Huckabee's brand is Fox News, Romney's is NRO. Ultimately Huckabee reaches zillions more people, and he will not be able to be defined by others in this go around.

Additionally what Allah claims to want most "job creation" figures much better in a campaign message from HUCK than ROMNEY given that Romney's tax reform plan is complicated and very difficult to explain. Huck's humility, coupled with his, "fair tax, and disband the IRS" message is much better policy, AND it's easier to understand.

This is getting to be fun!

And even though he's promised the left that he would close Gitmo and withdraw from Iraq, those things have not happened. And even though he promised the nation that we would fight and defeat the terrorist mongrels in Afghanistan and Pakistan, he's been content for more than 45 days to allow nearly 1/16th of all the casualties we've lost in Afghanistan in eight years to happen in the last thirty days. Baldwin was ticked because of the speech given by the Nobel spokesperson who claimed America's values were now finally the same as the rest of the world's community. McCullough seconds that and understands that the reason the world loves our President is because he doesn't love his nation nearly as much as Presidents usually do. Values Voters LIVE

So the whole gang is here in DC. I got in midway through the day yesterday. My co-blogger, Lady Professor Faith Ammen, has arrived. And Baldwin rolled in around 8pm last night.

Yesterday I had the chance to give a shout out to the AFR radio family, a good portion of which tunes us in on Saturdays, with Crane Durham, Devin Patrick, and Donn Cobb.

This morning I will be with Governor Huckabee, Focus on the Family, American Family Association, and Tony Perkins around 8:30. Then Governor goes to give his speech.

At 10am the OReilly Factor has asked if they can interview us. As soon as that's done we sit with the Star Tribune. At 12Noon today we are on the brand new ABC NEWS feature that runs on ABCNews.com from 12-12:15pm.

Then at 2pm Baldwin and I take the stage. We are doing something very different, in that our presentation will be tandem, simultaneous speeches, disguised cleverly as a piece of our radio show. That's 2pm EST and will be online in many places, we hope to be able to bring it to you on XtremeTelevision.

At 5pm we sign books...

Then at 9:30pm tonight - if you are in DC and under 25 years of age, come on over to the Omni Shoreham because we've got a JAMMIN' party going on tonight complete with games, food, music, and more... Baldwin and I will be hosting it and it will be... well let's just say more fun than you what you HAD planned on doing... (and its free...)

So that's the run down - we're all over the place today, along with Sarah Palin, Mike Huckabee, Carrie Prejean, Star Parker, Mitt Romney, Mike Pence, Rick Perry, Tim Pawlenty, Bill OReilly, Bill Bennett, John Boehner, and many, many, more...

Kevin McCullough thinks that the President is getting a really bum wrap on the wanting to speak to the school children of the nation. Just this past week on Fox he heard the tin-foilers say this was the equivalent of cultish brain-washing. Really? So Stephen and Kevin came up with a groovy alternative. Pastor, Husband, Father-to-be, did he have to die?

A Georgia pastor, gives a woman a ride to a local convenience store. As they go to leave armed men in pull up in a Hummer, jump out and demand the man stop the car and surrender his passenger. Out of instinct he throws the car in reverse injuring one of the armed gunmen. Who then open fire taking the life of the pastor. Only thing was... the gunman were plainclothes police tracking the drug addict the Pastor had given the ride to. Stephen Baldwin wants to know, "how do you know when to obey?"

Saying goodbye with honor, or exploiting the situation...

An AP Photographer took a picture of Lance Cpl. Joshua "Bernie" Bernard, immediately after his leg had been blown off in a grenade attack in Afghanistan. The AP ran the photo in dozens of papers despite requests of Defense Secretary Gates, and the marine's OWN family. The AP justified their actions saying they were merely trying to show respect. They also said that pictures like these honored the sacrifice more than the statistics from the Pentagon.

A man, who has since birth BEEN a man, and to this moment still has his manhood has just been given permission to serve his prison term in an all female facility. Everyone wants their children to be safe behind the wheel. Texting has become the latest rage and danger. In Great Britain they've released this 4 minute video to help teens get the message. It is probably the most graphic warning video ever made. Stephen Baldwin thinks it's unwise and even wrong to use graphic violence to stop this kind of behavior. Even one of the comments on this page questions whether teens who go see the "Saw" movies would have one ounce less hesitation because of it...

Within 24 hours of Ted Kennedy's passing, people from one side of the debate on Health Care in Washington were already invoking him for political reasons to further their side of the argument. On the day of his death Kevin McCullough opined that the cannonization would likely be quite imbalanced. And if one chooses to invoke Kennedy for political gain, as liberals did immediately then it is Kevin's belief it is equally proper to then balance the historical sense of who he is as well. Especially if THIS turns out to be true! Even George Stephanopolous and Gov. Mike Huckabee got into the act.
