Reports have surfaced that the administration is refusing to look at the shooting at Ft. Hood as a possible act of Islamic terror. This despite the fact that the prime shooter in the case is historically documented with Islamic jihadist ramblings on internet pages. The simple question is this, if these reports turn out to be true, should we demand the resignation of the responsible parties? Even if the chain of communication goes all the way to 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.? 800.345.9622.

PLUS, Why won't President Obama be formally recognizing the 20th anniversary of the felling of the Berlin Wall? Wasn't this one of the most significant and important moments in recent history? Jason Mattera from Young America's Foundation will join us to tell us why College students will be doing what the President refuses to do... Recognize Freedom's landmark, and pray for it's continued success! 800.345.9622

Black University On White Beauty Queen: She's Not Our Skin Color So We Can't Relate To Her
Posted by: Greg Hengler at 1:06 PM
Just last week I was speaking to my mother about a black kid in my grade who was elected prom king at my almost all white high school (approx 1500 kids -- maybe 10 were black). Our prom king -- who was a friend of mine -- was a decent guy but nothing exceptional. I told my mom that if he had been white there was no way he would have won prom king (actually, he admitted this much to me in private). I was correlating this story to Obama's presidential election.

Our black prom king was celebrated and congratulated -- no back-talking or dreaming up racial conspiracy theories. And if anyone tried to pull a "he's black and our school is almost all white so he doesn't represent us nor does he understand us" card, they would have been lambasted. Unfortunately, there is a double standard when it comes to what a white can say and what a black can say. And in this case, when a white girl tries desperately to break down racial barriers -- erected by blacks -- she must retract and apologize. Strange to put it mildly.

BTW: What college educated person says, "She don't need to be sending him no letters"?

More GREAT reasons for Obama/Congress to ram through the fall agenda...
Posted by: Kevin McCullough at 10:05 AM
http://www.moonbattery.com/obama-reid-pelosi.jpg
Hmmm...

Brand new polling numbers from Rasmussen (the most accurate pollster in the business.)

Only 30% of the American people now strongly APPROVE of President Obama's policies and job performance. 41% strongly DISAPPROVE. Passion index -11%.

Only 29% of the American people now confident Congress knows what it's doing. 57% would like to see the entire group thrown out and start over again. Passion index -28%.

Simple approval of President Obama has now reached it's low point: 46%.

Another important number, "Independents" now disapprove of Obama's job performance by 66%.

On top of that the Goracle has switched hats from predicting that global warming will kill us all (when we've actually been cooling for the past eleven years), to now saying that it is a moral imperative to spend $4 billion a year to give health care to everybody, when we already do that at the cost of $2.5 billion...

So it would be the perfect time to go ultra-partisan and tell the rest of the nation to eat it... right?

Obama's desire to gay-i-fy the schools?
Posted by: Kevin McCullough at 1:18 AM
http://photos.upi.com/topics-Arne-Duncan/4888f752837b93d75cb9dc5e4e58a0a1/Arne-Duncan_1.jpg

I knew several pro-family activists who were pleased that President Barack Obama picked Arne Duncan to head his educational initiatives in his new administration. On the local level in Chicago, back in the day, Duncan had famously expressed favor for tax vouchers and empowerment for parents to decide for themselves what school best suited their student's needs.

His new appointment of Kevin Jennings has pretty much wiped out or nullified any positives he had brought to the job, and in keeping with the rest of the Obama appointments, fulfills the goal of Soros et al to make the Obama administration the most extreme leftist administration in American history.

Sadly this story was important enough to make it's way into the newest Xtreme Media weekly video feature, a brand new weekly newscast that highlights an important organization (The Family Research Council) and important stories you have not heard about anywhere else. The new InfoCast will be the second video offering Xtreme Media will now be producing on a weekly basis and will serve to lend important information to the debates of the day.

A special thanks to Jeff Ford of FRC for helping piece it together each week as well.

MuscleHead vs. Hewitt in L.A. on 99.5 KKLA 4pm PST (7pm EST)
Posted by: Kevin McCullough at 6:04 PM

4-7pm - Los Angeles/7-10pm - New York
LISTEN LIVE BY CLICKING HERE

If you're listening in the Los Angeles are tonight, feel free to take your pic from the two most trafficked bloggers at Townhall.com. On KKLA-FM 99.5, I'll be sitting in for Frank Pastore tonight.

Fun stuff to consider, think, and talk about. The toll free number - nationwide is: 888-995-KKLA (5552)...

Here's what we tee off on tonight:

4/7p - The lies told about Miss California:
http://sitebuilder.yola.com/sites/D074/D51b/D70d/D4de/U8a4986cb1bdffd12011bed4d07b15470/8a4986ca1cfca030011d0654a34e5547/resources/carrie-copy1.jpg
SHOCK! NUDE! OH MY!

Carrie Prejean's critics believe they have a silver bullet. They believe they can finally convince Miss California USA to revoke her crown. They believe that they will leverage enough embarrassment upon her that she will just give up and go away... They better get used to disappointment. AND they had better get ready for the mother of all lawsuits. 888.995.KKLA...

5/8p - Teacher said what?

http://www.latimes.com/media/photo/2009-04/46637442.jpg

Tenure is an absolute relic of a time gone by and should be eradicated as quickly as possible. For me its a real toss up between which is worse for our kids. The teacher's unions or teacher tenure. Godless, Dangerous, careless, and safely protected - a teacher can even mock a child's suicide attempts and be guaranteed his or her job. End tenure... save our kids... 888.995.KKLA...

6/9p - "Feelings, nothing more than feelings..."

http://www.city-data.com/forum/attachments/elections/28780d1223818805-obama-stupid-black-male-stupid-obama.jpg

When President Obama announced on Friday that he would seek someone to replace retiring Supreme Court Justice David Souter, he made reference to the individual being "empathetic" to the plight of everyday Americans in how they would decide cases. Is that what a Supreme Court Justice is supposed to do? The same with Hate Crimes. Isn't it criminal enough when an individual commits and act of illegality? Should we be considering their "feelings" at the time of the act? 888.995.KKLA...

I'm also going to open the Xtreme Television chatroom tonight if you'd like to chat along side during the three hours... simply CLICK HERE and follow the on screen prompts to chat with us and others who will be listening...

LISTEN LIVE BY CLICKING HERE

If you're listening in the Los Angeles are tonight or tomorrow, feel free to take your pic from the two most trafficked bloggers at Townhall.com. On KKLA-FM 99.5, I'll be sitting in for Frank Pastore tonight and tomorrow.

Fun stuff to consider, think, and talk about. The toll free number - nationwide is: 888-995-KKLA (5552)...

Here's what we tee off on tonight:

4/7p - It looks like the Governor of California overestimated, the amount of tax revenues the state will have to work with. So the obvious solution is to CUT entitlements right? Will it happen? Anyone wishing they had gotten behind Tom McClintock instead of this joker? 888.995.KKLA...

While we're at it, what IS the Biblical view of taxation? And why will President Obama's newest proposals to punish "big, evil, greedy Business" really only end up hurting... YOU? 888.995.KKLA...

5/8p - Where are the men in this world? Satan's ever so "tolerant" spawn went after Miss California this last week AGAIN! (Now seeking to take her crown away.) And in the end I still have not seen one dignified man defend her in the cable news line-up. Meanwhile homosexual males have been bludgeoning her name, reputation, etc. for answering a question one of them asked her. Finally... What WAS the vote in California on Prop 8? And how do the Miss California USA officials get away with claiming she doesn't represent California when her values are identical to the overwhelming majority of Californians? 888.995.KKLA...

6/9p - Tenure is an absolute relic of a time gone by and should be eradicated as quickly as possible. For me its a real toss up between which is worse for our kids. Xtreme Radio - LIVE at 9pm EST - Miss USA and REAL MEN!

a word of thanks...

This past week, folks in Tupelo, Mississippi, Bowling Green, Ohio, Metro Syracuse, New York, and today in Phoenix Arizona, audiences invited me into their meetings, homes, and radios. After these four engagements and lots books signed, and hands shaken I just want you to know that you've encouraged me FAR MORE than anything I could have possibly brought to you! In these four very different regions of the nation I saw in people's hearts and eyes a desire for a better nation, and my great hope is--as long as that is the case--then the hope for the future will not be necessarily dead-locked to the past. Yes things are being done by the current administration that will take work to undo. But it does not mean that the work is impossible and after meeting with you in so many different environments I'm convinced that this season is not America's final chapter. And that my friends is what you reminded me, encouraged me, and motivated me forward with this week. God Bless each of you! ~KMC

Coming up on tonight's XTREME RADIO with Baldwin/McCullough:

Will I or Won't I?:

http://www.nation.co.ke/image/view/-/562798/medRes/74770/-/maxw/600/-/9co09n/-/WAS305_OBAMA-ABDULLAH_0421_.jpg

In Hour One...  Stephen and Kev have been all over the nation this last week, some observations about where they've been, and a sneak peek of where they are going. Also... Stephen wants to know why the President took the Sunday circuit last week assuring Americans there wouldn't be any prosecutions in the CIA interrogations, and then turn around and open the door to it on Tuesday. How does one deal with someone who constantly goes back on their word? How do you deal with them? How do you trust them? Be the first in line, when the phone lines swing wide open. 800.345.9622.

2. Miss USA was set up, un-American, or just plain wrong?
:

In Hour Two... What does it say when an openly homosexual "man" resorts to calling a woman of any stature a "dumb b----h?" Many say that Perez Hilton's viewpoint is the future of America, but Kevin misses the day when someone would've turned and escorted Mr. Hilton out of the building. He calls himself a man? Is it right to ask a lady her honest opinion if you do not wish to hear it? But the real issue here is that Perez Hilton is exactly the kind of "man" that this overly feminized culture was designed to produce. We sort of deserve it... right? We ask you decide! 800.345.9622.

Coming up on tonight's XTREME RADIO with Baldwin/McCullough:

1. When disagreement is stifled by race-baiters
:

http://www.angieharmon.nl/pics/shoots/75_cb880_Angie_Harmon_049.jpghttp://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2008/09/14/article-0-02A4805500000578-562_233x288.jpg

In Hour One... This week former Law & Order star Angie Harmon responded to accusations that her disagreement with Obama's policies makes her a racist:

"I don’t care what color he is. I’m just not crazy about what he's doing and I heard all about this, and he’s gonna do that and change and change, so okay… We've got unemployment at an all-time high and that was his number one thing and that's the thing I really don't appreciate. If I'm going to disagree with my President, that doesn't make me a racist. If I was to disagree with W, that doesn't make me racist. It has nothing to do with it, it is ridiculous."

But do Obama supporters play the race card, at every opportunity as a way of shutting down legitimate discussion? Kevin believes they do, what say you? 800.345.9622.

2. When people bait and switch
:

In Hour Two... Stephen wants to know how comfortable we are as a nation with Politicians or everyday people who bait and switch.

President Obama told anti-war folks he would draw down/he's held the line or pushed for increases. President Bush said he would get Osama "dead or alive." CEOs promised workers matches on 401ks to get employees enrolled/when the recession hit they yanked the matching contributions. The domestic auto companies promised detailed bailout plans before asking for more money from the tax-payers/spent everything they had and asked for more. Guys lead girls on making them think it will lead somewhere/fall into the rut of never leading it anywhere.

So is bait and switch something we just have to live with? Is there more to it underneath the surface? 800.345.9622.

Budget Battle on Capitol Hill
Posted by: John Campbell at 9:19 AM

President Obama's Budget passed through the House Committee on the Budget, of which I am a member, late Wednesday night on a party line vote. It will come to the House floor late next week, and I expect it to pass. Like the ‘non-stimulus package,’ I expect that not a single Republican will vote for it, and a few moderate Democrats will also likely oppose it. This budget quickly moves America to the sort of place that Pastor Rogers described in yesterday's quote.

I usually give you lots to read, but today I'll give you a few things to watch. Here is my opening statement on the budget debate.  It explains some of the reasons why I oppose this budget with such vigor. It is 3 minutes long.

If you want to see what a 30% tax increase looks like, take your paycheck and multiply the total taxes deducted by 1.3.  Then, subtract that from your gross income and that will be close to your new net income. So, if you made $3,000 gross and $2,000 net, you will now only net $1,700. Oh, and that won't include the cuts your employer has to make in order to pay for their tax increases. By the way, this budget includes all kinds of things that are minor in the grand scheme of things, but big to certain people. For instance, it would repeal the use of the ‘Last In, First Out’ (LIFO) inventory accounting method.  This will dramatically raise taxes on all retail businesses who carry inventory.

More Obama Double Talk
Posted by: John Campbell at 11:45 AM

"…We're very serious about working on a bipartisan basis to reduce those deficits or reduce those costs.” – 3/24/2009:

Frankly, had the stimulus bill been anything remotely close to something Republicans could support, we would have had met the President way farther than half way, due to the severity of the current economic situation and his popularity at the time (which is now falling quickly). But he didn't. The stimulus was so far to the left that not one Republican voted for it, and some of the more centrist Democrats voted against it too. But he hasn't stopped there. He has since declared that his "cap and trade" energy proposal (which will double the cost of electric and heating bills nationwide) is "non-negotiable." Yeah, way to gain consensus. Now, he is proposing to use a "nuclear option" in the Senate for “cap and trade,” and socialized medicine plans so that he will not need any Republican votes, and can afford to lose some centrist Democrats as well. His agenda is left of center of the Democratic Party, not to mention the nation.

"…we invest in reform that will bring down the cost of health care for families, businesses, and government... And in this budget, we have ..." 3/24/2009

He included an extra $600 billion in his budget to cover the extra costs of his healthcare plan. How is that bringing down costs?

"We are in the worst financial crisis since the Great Depression…" 10/07/2008

"We are beginning to see signs of recovery." -  3/24/2009:

When he wants to spend money, he overstates the state of the crisis. Then, if people start to lose confidence, he understates it.

"I will make a firm pledge: I pledge under my plan, no one making less than $250,000 a year will see any type of tax increase, not income tax, not capital gains taxes, not any kind of taxes," - 11/12/2008:

First of all, this is completely inaccurate on its face. The president's budget straight up limits tax deductions for incomes over $208,000 joint and $104,000 single.  Furthermore, it imposes an energy tax (cap and trade) which is expected to double utility rates for everyone regardless of income.  Additionally, the president is guilty by omission.  There is no way he can spend the money he wants to without raising taxes on everyone at some point. You can confiscate all income over $250,000 (a more plausible idea after the bonus vote last week) and you would not balance the Democrat budget over the next 10 years. It would require a 30% increase in EVERY federal tax on EVERBODY, at EVERY level, in order to pay for the spending they want.  That's 30% more social security tax, Medicare tax, income tax, corporate tax, capital gains tax, alternative minimum tax, etc. That's the real message in his budget.
