Obama missed another perfectly teachable moment on Inauguration Day. Why didn't He condemn Jay-Z and Young Jeezy for their blatantly racist smears against whites? Why weren't they removed from stage at His party?
It would have immediately sent shock waves through the black community and taught American children everywhere that racism by either side of the aisle is not acceptable.
The fact that Obummer missed it means he isn't a Great Unifier. He isn't serious about making a better America or even cleaning up the black community. All he wants is your vote. And he knows he'll get it if he doesn't make any waves.
Because it was an such an obvious chance for our new President to induce real change on our society, it is truly sad he blew it.
And I don't hear many liberals caring. |

Obama attempted bi-partisan approach. I commend him. But he pulled the partisan line (lock-step with Pelosi) and ended up wearing the partisan outcome of the House vote.
This pork-barrel who's/who's of liberal beneficiaries spending bill is not a "stimulus" bill. It's yet more of the same spend/debt/spend that got us into this mess.
With 11 Democrats jump'n on the "NO!" vote, it looks like the GOP is the agent of "change" and bi-partisan leadership! LOL |

Obama's uniting message means 'whites begin to do the right thing'. Didn't you hear what his CHOSEN pastor said to whites on inauguration day? if Obama picked that moron to speak knowing his radical views about whites why would he stop Jay Z. At least rap artists are expected to be racist since that is how they make money i.e. fighting the power etc. But when a 'historic' president picks a racist pastor to speak during his inauguration it confirms what the 60 million knew - REV. Wright was a mentor to our rookie muslim president. Get used to it, black supremist is in the whitehouse and his religion Black Liberation Theology describes what he believes and how he intends to govern. Obama believes in 'whitey' paying for slavery and every other thing that has happened to the blacks around the world. This is what he meant with 'changing the fundamentals'. If a person is white and non-muslim, then expect to 'feel the change' because it is coming. Redistribution has started by giving people who don't pay income tax a 'tax cut'. The middle class whites pay lower minorities (mainly blacks). And the rest will soon follow. |

Most of this outrage is generational. I'm willing to wager that most of you on here are over thirty. Probably over forty. I'm sure hip-hop sounds like some of the worst tripe you've ever heard.
Take faith. I'm sure, if you guys have kids, that your kids listen to rap. Levi Johnston listens to rap. So does Bristol. It's what kids do. They don't take it NEARLY as seriously as you all do. It's disposable entertainment and they know it.
But you know this feeling you have, that the President is a bigot. A lot of black people felt that way for eight years. It's not fun feeling like that, as you know.

Obama says he is going to work with those across the aisle? He knows they won't use their brains as long as they are getting something for nothing. He believes in taking from the productive and giving to the non productive. It doesn't work. The non productive will take the handout and wait for their next one to come. I can only hope the Republicans have finally found their gonads and remember who their voting base is and remember why they got voted in, in the first place. |
