Clinton Takes Bush-Bashing to Pakistan

After she prayed at the shrine for Muslim saint Muhammad Iqbal in Lahore today, Secretary of State continued her 3-day visit to Pakistan and delivered remarks to university:
As a way of repudiating past U.S. policies toward Pakistan, Clinton told the students “there is a huge difference” between the Obama administration’s approach and that of former President George W. Bush. “I spent my entire eight years in the Senate opposing him,” she said to a burst of applause from the audience of several hundred students. “So, to me, it’s like daylight and dark.”
Isn't that nice. It's so refreshing how this administration continues to look to the future and doesn't bend over backwards to appease other countries. Oh wait...

I really have to wonder how dignitaries from foreign countries--like Pakistan--would react if they visited the U.S. and we took them to pray at our National Cathedral. Am I wrong in assuming they wouldn't be happy, and may even consider us... intolerant?
I'm not criticizing Clinton or Pakistan for the vigil held at the shrine--I think it's lovely and important to recognize and have a healthy respect for different countries and their cultures. But one has to wonder... are we held to the same standard?

Yup, foreign dignitaries have never visited the National Cathedral. Not for Reagan's funeral, not for Ford's funeral, not for the 9/11 memorial. Nope, they'd say we were 'intolerant,' and we Americans BEND OVER BACKWARDS to appease them. |

And for that she throws some crumbs their way, and when your wards of "val", those crumbs look large. Vote the "right way" and those crumbs will keep comin'. Just as surely as Sherman marched through Atlanta, destroying everything in his path, "val" the RACIST has destroyed the black family. The KKK could have not done a better job. She has devastated 3 generations of the black family. When will she be stopped?

This woman is a complete fool. Its still Bush's fault. Its just hard to believe how disfunctional this administration is from the community organizer on down. While Obama and Clinton bash Bush, all of the nations Obama has extended his hand to are sending up rockets like its the fourth of July and blowing each other up. "I'll extend my hand if you unclench your fist", what a complete joke. They are all laughing at us know. The Taliban no longer has any fear, they know as Bin Laden once said about Clinton, they are a paper tiger. Obama and Clinton, two cowards in a pod. |

Well put. Clinton and Obama a classless duo. Wonder how much longer it will take for old Hillary to realize that her puppetmaster has made her look like a complete fool.
Yes the terrorist are busy plotting and planning. Others are anxiously awaiting the fall of the great US. Obama continues to put his hand out and they continue to spit in it. But hey what did we expect from a great ACORN community organizer. What Obama is finding is that the Chicago thug tactics that have worked so well for him in the past will not work with the rest of the world. |

I had a cute, mannerly monkey while in Panama -- great little guy. Sadly, he got a-hold of a beer and drank himself to death. I know he'd resent being linked in any way to Hillary Clinton, so in memory of him, please change the above quoted post to read: ". . .raised on a desert island by hyenas."

We have some of the most ignorant/uneducated people supposedly representing this country now. I am embarrassed for them. they make utter fools of themselves still - thought she would have learned from the childish re-set button fiasco. the rest of the world has reason to laugh at us now. These people lick the feet of everyone they meet overseas. Hil, get over it, bush is not president any longer, you did go against him at every turn, we remember your bitterness and spite.
You kissed the ground obama walked on and he repays you by elevating biden and sending him out instead of you most of the time - you have been trivialized by another so-called charismatic man in your life. |
