Actually, the Fox news story is incorrect. Gibbs never said what was attributed to him. This is clearly incorrect and broadcast with no facts to support it. You don't have like to like the President, but don't make up stuff. It demeans your arguments, makes you look foolish, and strenghtens your opponent's side. He watched the dozens of videos of schoolchildren singing his praises - the latest videos are available on utube too. My take on these is I found these to be a blatant intrusion of politics in the school systems - even worse the youth of the ‘victims’. I could not listen to more than a few lines of each after the Hennigan School and I am really disturbed that the ending showed a Thanks to the City Year of Hennigan.
City Year is a TAXPAYER FUNDED Program part of Americorps and they are being used as the the White House National Youth Corps. I for one will be emailing and calling my House and Senate Reps and demanding an investigation into the crossover from ‘civic’ to ‘political’ in the mission for this group operated with our tax dollars.
Also note they taught these children to demean the former president in their song - teaching hate is not acceptable.

Obama can well afford to watch sports during important events. He has his czars running the country, Pelosi riding roughshod over and leading the Congress by the nose, and Reid ruling the Senate and locking out the opposition from any discussions.
