Sarah Palin: "Conservative of the Year"

Human Events has given it's annual " Conservative of the Year" award to Gov. Sarah Palin. They had Ann Coulter write the column awarding the title, and there's also an exclusive interview with Gov. Palin by Political Editor John Gizzi.
