Roseanne Wants a DNC Riot

The ever-classless Roseanne Barr is calling for riots at the Democratic National Convention.

On Air America yesterday she said: " We have a lot of power and there is a Democratic Convention in Denver in just short time and we should a bunch of us go there and repeat the Democratic Convention from Chicago. Like, let's just cause a bunch of trouble. Let's wrest back our government from what, six or seven you know guys like McCain and Romney and Bush from the top. Let's just go take it. It's ours. Nobody gives it to you, you just go take it. Let's meet in Denver and let's do it."

Yes, Roseanne. Do it. Maybe the DNC will book you to sing the national anthem, too.

Yes, unrest at the convention....
...would provide contrast to the controlled and stable (if a little boring) Republican way.
In '68, they wanted McCarthy and got Humphrey; will either side be satisfied in '08?

...and why aren't the Moody Blues in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, but Madonna is....?

A good boisterous convention would be a great spectacle that may reveal to normal Americans who these people really are.

I'm hoping Hillary can wrest the nomination from Obama so both parties can be disgusted by their nominee.
