I can now say that I am proud to be white. I didn't do anything to deserve being white. I was born that way. My husband, my many friends/colleagues, and I never, ever voted for Arlen Specter. He IS and has always BEEN a "RINO". He has never had any allegiance/loyalty to ANY particular party. It has always been about HIM: Arlen..., definitely not about the best interest of his Pennsylvanian constituents.
Having said the above, I will always admire his fierce and tedious fight against his terrifying, terminal illness. Specter's strength, tenacity and perserverance to "LIVE" were beyond admiral attributes, particularly, when he refused to miss work during the most grueling moments of his cancer remedies: chemotherapy.
Arlen Specter is approximately, to-date, 80 +/- years old. His golden "health care" coverage, as a US Senator, has afforded him the ability to FIGHT, LIVE, AND BREATHE far beyond the "Obamacare" plan proposed for "We The People".
Interesting, the Specters, Kennedys, Peolsis (Pelosi: tons of cosmetic surgery), et al; wrote/voted to implement this subordinate, selective, quasi-euthanasian type plan for the entire American populous, while at the same time, they enjoyed and will continue to enjoy every single advantage that current medical science could offer regardless of cost.
Hypocritical = Yes. Apathetically egocentric vs. lethal for America = Yes.
