I read the exchange in which Senator Biden said that Governor Palin is attractive, and the comment didn't bother me in context. I think it has been blown out of proportion and we should keep hammering on actual issues. |

I found the 60 minutes clip on CBS.com and Biden does cut off BO. It's right at the beginning when they are being interviewed together in a hallway at Investco. That 30 seconds of the interview reminds me of two drunk guys in a bar telling fish stories. Biden plays the uglier drunk that thinks he looks better by complimenting his buddy. Geez, Biden is so slimey! |

Let's just wait and see what else Joe's going to say. I was taken aback by his comment that his wife is "drop dead" gorgeous at his first speech. Do we really need to know that and, frankly, who cares!
Did anyone see the 60 minutes interview with Obiden tonight? The very beginning was priceless: it showed Biden interrupting Obama and the look on Obama's face was pure "gold". Not too happy to have the interview interrputed by his #2 man.

lots of people have commented on Obama...on his svelte frame and his youthful, fit appearance compared to McCain. Isn't that basically what they're referring to, his looks? And what about all the comments about Edwards? Or Mitt Romney, for that matter (the "ken doll" comments?)? What candidates look like is actually a pretty common topic of discussion. |
