Third Strike for ACORN
Posted by: Matt Lewis at 7:32 AM
Over at FOXFORUM, Ken Blackwell and Ken Klukowski call on Attorney General Eric Holder to order a RICO investigation of ACORN:
Now that a third ACORN video has surfaced, a pattern emerges of ACORN workers willing to help people engage in prostitution, tax fraud, housing fraud, and even human trafficking. Under federal law, a RICO investigation is now warranted. Three strikes and you’re out, ACORN.

RICO investigation?
With THIS Attorney General?? Good luck with that.

How'O'How Will the Useless Eric Handle
this..? First, instructions from Rahm. Then the serious public scowl and statement to get--by Gawd--to the bottom of this..Followed by flim-flam, faux action and letting the ACORN Grifters continue to prosper.

"Ken Blackwell is a Joke"
Ken "Big as two double wides" Blackwell shambled out of the local pancake house and jotted down his usual nonsense in crayon on napkin and called it a "press release." Most press releases aren't smeared in maple syrup but hey our that's ken!

Yeppers -how about that "bi-partisan condemnation" and stripping of ACORN funding in the senate? Big win right? Good for you! Must be nice for conservatives to finnally have a victory-the last one you have was in 1989 so you're about due.

Too bad old Johnny McCain, Lindsay Graham, David Vitter, and few other "R" decided that they just couldn't make the vote! I guess they had too much finger waggin' to do about the "Afghanistan War"(see insipid Wall Street Journal article from Sunday) but as ACORN is now the central focus of all things far right and unhinged the "RINO" will get a nice tasty "pass."

Mean while GOP chipmuncks get ready for the winter by hunting their little ACORNS-too bad they didn't have the guts, intelligence, will, ability to do this bacj when George Bush was giving them Millions.

So why so upset with Obama? Is it racism?

Naw, just a bad case of being really, really stupid.

Its's as simple as that.

Bada-bing.

Got it?

Gooooooooooood.

And now we hear from Val
Who is more than willing to give the criminal organization known as ACORN a pass on anything they do as long as it furthers the socialist agenda of his/her lord and master Odipsh!t. Instead of addressing the criminal activities of ACORN Val prefers to spew ad hominem attacks against anyone who opposes Odipsh!t. Pretty sad, really.

Conspiracy
This aspect of the law is very difficult to prove. Videotape is a usable element but not in a fragmented form. Without the same people being engaged in the same activities, personal responsibility becomes a defense for ACORN. You might want to save those "Pancakes" for later? SORRY...

March On Washington
Good Morning,
This is nothing more then a government takeover people,
because 85-90% of the American people are happy with their healthcare the way it is,
it needs some oversight…..but people this is about CONTROL ,that's what this is all about,
the president said the other night that he plans on being president for a long time?
and I will own this healthcare program? in other words…. if it don't work blame me, yeah right,
by then we will be BANKRUPT, with all these policies,
between Cap and trade… stimulus…. healthcare,
all these policies and programs will BANKRUPT our country,
what is wrong with this administration? the American people don't want this healthcare program,
they NEED to listen the American people, did he not see the MARCH ON WASHINGTON,
there was Democrats Republicans and Independents there saying stop this out of control spending,
what do we the American people have to do to make them LISTEN.

No defense for child prostitution
If the allegations are true that ACORN employees were advising pimps how to run brothels, how to cheat on taxes and worse import children to used as prostitutes, then those individuals involved need to be prosecuted and ACORN investigated. I see that some one is changing the subject because ACORN's actions can not be defended. Focus on ACORN and whether or not they are involved in a henious crime: child prostitution.

Thank you for pointing out the obvious. All those who defend ACORN obviously have no problem with promoting child prostitution in fact they are equally as guilty as these ACORN employees in promoting it. I guess this is part of their transforming America.

Just for fun I went through some of Val's past posts. In the early morning she can spell most words correctly. By the afternoon you can barely read the posts. The spelling and the rambling make them almost impossible to understand. Alcohol usually has that affect on people. The more you drink the less you make sense.

the thing that disgusted me about the acorn people, was how they didn't flinch about young girls being molested. it just seemed normal for them. i have always sympathized with the women and young boys in these muslim and third world countries, muslim and third world go hand in hand, but this seems to be the norm in acorn land, child abuse.

the one thing the obama's presidency is showing the people of the USA is how morally corrupt the USA is within. the cockroaches are crawling out into the open for all of us to see.

it is quite beyond believe! i pray to our GOD for my country and that he will intervene in this horrible administration. imho

Mr. Estragon
I have seen your post calling others "Child pornographers" yet you express no concern with these ACORN employees attempting to help people who claimed that they were setting up a child prostitution ring.

I have seen you post claiming to be the parent of a service man but have watched you remain silent when libs call them vile names like "hired killers" or "scum bags."

Your commitment to liberalism seems far more important to you than being a decent person. You are the worst hypocrite that posts here.

I have listened to you lie about me.

"Claiming to be the parent of a service man." Why would I make that up? Have I claimed any special authority on military matters? No. Do I demand consideration for my specialized knowledge, like most veterans at this site? No. I only mention the fact when morons like you and Exeye say that I don't respect the truth.

I have listened to you exchanging congratulations with a child pornographer. You have never distanced yourself from Arch's vile posts and slanderous lies, in fact, you encourage him and look to him as an authority.

This is a conservative site, as everybody loves to remind us. When I see the conservatives policing their own, I'll speak up about extreme comments from liberals. Meanwhile, I'm not going to comment on every single thing anybody says, so don't lecture me on hypocrisy.

"...ACORN employees attempting to help people who claimed that they were setting up a child prostitution ring." Operative word is claimed. They were right wing "journalists" who were TRYING to get people to go along with them for the sake of a story that would get the booboisie all agitated. No laws were broken. There is no evidence that laws were broken.

Ann Coulter said she wished Tim McVeigh had set off his truck bomb at the New York Times instead of in Oklahoma. When I see her indicted for conspiracy to murder, I'll consider ACORN's issues.

I guess you see that my post was spot on. Instead of being outraged by the action of these ACORN workers you claim no laws were broken. Yes go ahead and blame those who exposed them. Oh yes and your inability to defend our fine young men and women of the military when another libs attack them shows as I said you are the worst hypocrite here.

In another thread, I just accused you of thinking like a middle-schooler. The comment quoted above would serve as yet another example. How is it that Coulter's comment, however inappropriate it might have been, is an instance of conspiracy to commit murder?

You are nothing more than a dirty old man with your child pornography rants.

No problem with the child prostitution I see and no problem with the disrespect for the military. No sir I am not involved in child pornography, I also do not condone people setting up little girls to be raped and taken advantage of by anyone. Apparently you do. Your ability to blame those who broke the story instead of being appalled at what the ACORN employees did to promote this sick practice shows what a deviate you truly are.

No one in their right mind
thinks that ACORN workers will, or should, go to jail based on these three videos. The goal is to prompt further investigation of the organization, hopefully by the authorities, and especially TO CUT OFF THEIR FUNDING.

None of these ACORN workers even batted an eye when the undercover team told them what they were planning, as if they hear this sort of story all the time. So, not only did they not report the team for allegedly conducting an illegal "business," the ACORN workers gave the team advice on how to evade the law. So, this is community organizing at its best?

You have pointed out the exact problem. Instead of telling these two that they would in no way support their plan to run a brothel they encouraged it by giving them advise. They did not seem shocked at all in fact acted as though they had done this type of thing before. Now that tape number 4 is about to be disclosed I would say that it can no longer be called an isolated incident. These community organizers need to be put out of business. If the government money goes away so does ACORN.
