Carly Fiorina is Out; Is Bill Simon Running?

With Carly Fiorina out of the California Gubernatorial race, will it be Bill Simon for a third attempt?

As it stands right now, this may be the first California Gubernatorial Campaign without a pro-life, pro-family conservative; unless, of course, someone adds their name to the race...

Is it Bill Simon to the rescue...?
