Obama Adviser Calls for Troops To Stay in Iraq Through 2010

So reports the NY Sun ...

The problem is; Obama has based his campaign on the fallacy that he would immediately bring our troops home (McCain has promised to bring them home "with honor).

But the truth is that neither Hillary nor Obama will actually order a preciptious withdrawl, because the consequences would be catastrophic. 

Assuming we will have troops in Iraq for at least a few years, who is best prepared to be Commander-in-Chief?
