Obama Again Fails To Realize Russia Has A Security Council Veto, and Bill Clinton Again Can't Help Himself

Jim Geraghty notes two major studies today.  (HT: RobinsonandLong.com)

First, Jim notes that Obama again calls on the U.S. to go to the U.N. to rebuke Russia over Georgia.  Obama apparently still does not know that the Russians have a veto.

Second, Bill Clinton just can't help himself, his contempt for Obama is so immense.
