So Now We Can Talk Wright?

Let me just say, I condemn McCain's attacks on Obama's pastor as patently "out of touch."  I implore the McCain campaign to cease attacking Rev. Wright and Obama.  ... Oh wait -- never mind -- Obama said it is now a "legitimate issue."  Clearly, it wasn't before.  But if Obama says so ...

Did you just watch CNN or Fox?
Jeremiah Wright just finished speaking at the National Press Club in a question and answer format.

The questions were argumentative. Frankly I thought they were too argumentative.

Wright did not disappoint those who like him striking back. He did so. He also upped the ante.

I cannot see how this helps Barak Obama. I do not see how you can put a positive spin on this.

The more exposed he is, the more people see no pointed tail, no horns, no trident. A teaching moment-- for any and all concerned. Maybe won't help Barack much-- may hurt -- but it shows he's willing to put it out there if only to have some control over the mesage.

What is wrong with this guy??
I heard his speech last night at the NAACP dinner and he sounded like a complete nut.
I don't think he cares at all what happens to Obama or how his actions affect him. I think he is looking out for #1. It's really a shame that Obama did not denounce this guy becaue this will follow him forever.
I was upset to hear him mock LBJ and JFK. If a white person mocks the way an African-American politican speaks they would be forced to resign from office. Why are there such double-standards here? The Dems are falling victim to their own political correctness and now they have no clue how to get out of this!
