It hasn't been funded yet, but given the silence of Columbia University alumni like Warren Buffet (Masters, 1951) in the wake of Columbia's invitation to the world's preeminent weapons and training supplier to the killers of American soldiers and marines in Iran as well as its leading Holocaust-denier, it should not be hard to get the honorarium and travel expense dollars together to keep the university's momentum going:
Bashir Assad Fidel Castro Hugo Chavez Kim Jung Il Robert Mugabe Muqtada al-Sadr
There is no moral difference between Ahmadinejad and Mullah Omar, bin Laden or Zawahiri. None. All four have had their hands in the killing of Americans, both civilians and military.
Given Ahmadinejad's repeated shut-down of Tehran University and the imprisonment of student leaders there, you have to wonder how any college or university in the world would invite him to their campus.
And you also have to wonder how the students of Iran are reacting to this debacle.
Bill Kristol is absolutely correct: No self-respecting student or professor should set foot inside that hall.
And no alum should send them another dollar.
