Re: Divided Electorate..... Instead of a lack of Republicans showing up in 2008, what if we focused on Democrats not showing up on Tuesday? That's the point Rush made yesterday:
So I guess we could say here that there's a civil war brewing in the Democrat Party and they need to go more in the middle. The Democrat Party needs a bigger tent! The Democrat Party needs moderates! The Democrat Party needs to expand it's base! Everything that they are saying from a template about us on the Republican side we could turn right around and smack 'em with.

and I know JUST the mods to give 'em... |

did she do a sex tape? Gosh, all that jesus stuff must have made her do it if she did. |

but NOT liberals. The lesson from Tuesday is clear. 1. Conservative Republicans (like McDonnell) win when they do not abandon core principles, but also do not allow the Demok-rat-MSM complex to define them as "radicals" 2. Moderate Republicans (like Christie) win when they lean right and run on small government principles. 3. Conservative republicans (like Hoffman) lose if they allow D-rat-MSM complex to control the narrative and paint them as "extremists". The D-rat-MSM (including even those pathetic rejects lurking here) created a constant din of "moderate" Scozzafava pushed out of the race by "radical right" and "reactionary" Hoffman (which is a laugh because McDonnell is actually to the right of Hoffman. Hoffman was not articulate/savvy enough to defend himself as a moderate, the way McDonnell did. 4. Liberals masquerading as Republicans lose, and should lose. Republicans need a big tent not the whole circus. |

Their acolytes fondly look at Mao for philosophical inspiration. They don't believe in private property rights, which is the cornerstone of a civil society. The second amendment must be repealed, and the free expression of one's religion must be looked at as something which damages the State. In April 1961, with JFK's approval, we invaded Cuba in an attempt to topple a Marxist regime, 90 miles from our shores. Today JFK's democrat party's ideology is much more like Fidel's, than it is to our Founders! Those same acolytes visit Cuba regularly, fawning over the Marxist leader. On and on i could go, but the democrat party, today, is extreme. Extreme in their contempt for liberty and freedom. Why is the democrat party so extreme? |

because the moderates came over to the Repub party. |

With that filter, judge the validity of any comment she makes. Doing that, would tell you that she is nothing but a liar. And a contemptible one at that! |
|
Sceptyczny's comment makes me wonder where her mind is.
Strange person, sceptyczny.

or are you only against gay and lesbian sinners?

too bad its on the top of his head.
I guess Lindsay Graham could care less as he is rolling out a new green bill with Kerry and Lieberman.
Sounds like the far right just ain't gettin' the message. |

whatever is in prejean's past, she is not going around claiming people are denying her equality because they do not want pornography legitimized.
prejean is not going around touting fornication and adultery and sodomy as good things for society. |

1. You're probably off-topic with Carrie Prejean.
2. SOMEBODY needs to mention her, because Town Hall probably isn't going to share the joyous news that Carrie doesn't have to return the money she got for her boob job.
I wish somebody would start up the business about Pelosi forgetting her intelligence briefing - there were eleventy zillion stories here a few months ago - in light of the recent news that Richie Cheney couldn't remember anything about the Valerie Plame business less than a year after it happened.
Hey, it's ALL off topic at Town Hall. |
