Pelosi's Bill Might Go For A Vote Tomorrow... Or It Might Not
Posted by: Jillian Bandes at 12:07 PM
It's being widely reported that the critical House vote on Obamacare is slated for tomorrow evening -- but everyone still wants to know: Does Pelosi have the votes? The New York Times, The Washington Post, and The Hill aren't sure... and House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-Md.) just hinted that it may get pushed back. My guess? This push for tomorrow is a lot of bluster, and probably won't pan out.

Oh thank you nancy
Hold on, get ready for a tingle when you hear this, ..... nancy is going to post the Unhealthy Control and Spending Wish List for about 6 HOURS for people to read!!!! This while they are behind closed doors with the Republicans locked out. How exciting, 6 HOURS, imagine that, isn't she wonderful?
This bill is only urgent because the dems owe so many favors to the UNIONS and Community organizations and this bill has the spending for that - it has nothing to do with helping Americans with affordable healthcare or any healthcare. It is a smokescreen to raise taxes and take care of the paybacks.

Hide and seek
They are planning to gather behind closed doors again to try to sign a bill that they have not read and will not post before they think they will sign. Are they locking Republicans out of this event too? I think I'll call Pelosi and ask.

Wavering Democrats
It is most likely that Pelosi does not have the support for this bill since so many democrats are wary of the cost, the abortion issues, the public (tax payer burden) option and of course, WHAT IS IN IT FOR THEM. I just read a Wall Street Journal article that talks about Sen. Landrieu of Louisiana among others. She is concerned about getting her wishes for expanded Medicaid and help for teaching hospitals for her state. I just called her office to suggest she read the entire bill - i am still trying ro get through the Pelosi version but it does seem to have everything that is in the original with added control and spending. I advised Ms. Landrieu's office that in Subtitle D section 2351 there is grant money for nurse training in ONLY UNIONIZED facilities. Hope the info helps her understand what the bill is about. Hold Nancy's Hideous-Lying Face
to the Flames! Where's the transparency, Surgical Girl? Where's the much heralded and PROMISED 72-hr Internet Post and chance to read the longest Bill in the History of the World, Babycakes?

Lying Liars who LIE. WH & Congressional Dems.
